It's just the level of an ordinary business hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful; the room is spacious and very comfortable. It's right in front of a bus stop (route#1). Very convenient to take public transport. There is a small but friendly Middle Eastern grocery shop right next door where you can get bread, milk, veg, and even hot food.

The location is good. Parking is free. The bakery next to it is Tous Les Jours.

location is convenient for my visit and easy to OSU and the highway as well. people are friendly and helpful. food is good as well

I was pleasantly surprised during my one night stay at here. Owens the staff member who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. Our room was very clean! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked. The only small issue was that the body wash, conditioner and shampoo bottles that are fixtured to the shower wall were all empty, but we only stayed one night so it was not that big of a deal. I will remember this place for my next stay in Columbus.

We traveled 3.5 hours and stayed over-night to be at OSU early the next morning for my Mother to have a major surgery. I wanted her to be well rested and relaxed before we got to the hospital. We were SO happy with our stay, cleanliness, our beds & linens so comfy (we're picky about this), customer service was excellent, and breakfast was helpful & delicious! The short trip next morning was super convenient and a straight shot to hospital! We def will rebook for future visits, and I am thankful for your part in helping a stressful situation for our family more tolerable & comfortable. :)
