My husband I were gifted a weekend stay at this hotel. (12/5-12/7) I chose this room specifically for the large soaking tub. Upon arrival the room seems perfect. Beautiful decor, Nespresso machine, huge king bed and even a Christmas tree. As soon as we checked I headed for that tub. To my shock there was MOLD. Mold on the ceiling, on the floor. Rusty fixtures! And the sliding door was dropping metal shavings all over the floor. I was grateful I brought slippers to avoid getting metal in my feet! The next day we ordered room service breakfast and there was a hair in my napkin/silverware roll up! I expected a better quality mold, rust and hair free experience from this hotel. If you plan on staying here, lower your expectations.

Due to an unexpected family emergency and death, I had to cancel my stay. I reached out promptly to explain the situation, hoping for some flexibility.
While I understand policies must be followed, I was disappointed that no accommodation or exception could be made under such circumstances. I believe compassion in situations like these goes a long way, and I hope future guests are treated with more understanding.

The rooms are very nice and our view over the city was especially pleasant. The service was immaculate and super helpful with all of my many needs. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. I parked my car and never needed it for the whole weekend. And for my personal reason it was less than 5 min walk from the convention center.

Great location to host a work get together. Valets, bell hop, front desk, and staff in general were very nice. Check in was easy and they took the time to appreciate I did a block booking with them. Guild house was great for food. The reason for 2 stars is road noise! Holy smokes I was in 910 a suite and wow was it loud. I thought I was sleeping in a highway with how loud it was. I am bummed because it is a great hotel but if you can’t sleep what’s the point.

My first time staying at Le Meridien Columbus after many visits to the city, and I absolutely loved it. The vibe feels more like a W Hotel — energetic and stylish — but the rooms are actually much larger and better appointed, with a clean, modern design. The bar downstairs has a great atmosphere, and the neighborhood has way more to do than the typical downtown area, while still being just minutes away. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips!

Le Meridien Columbus has a superb location right on High Street. They offer all the amenities you could want including 3hr massages, valet and wedding packages. The decor is definitely geared towards a modern millennial crowd and features artwork from local artists. Each room has a satisfying rain shower, stocked mini bar and cocktail bar and if you have a high floor you'll probably have a great view of the city too. If you're enjoying a weekend in the short north district, this is the place to stay.

Hands down best hotel experience we have ever had… and we get around. The staff goes above and beyond for its guests, especially the furry ones. Dog friendly and awesome dog themed events, top notch bar, fabulous food (next door guild house menu available), great atmosphere, close proximity to the park, conveniently located in the short north, what more could you ask for? Huge shout out to Brooke and the team at the front desk for making every stay better than the last!

Great staff, but rooms are tiny. We loved the restaurant and hospitality but we had to switch hotels to get a bigger room as they did not have any suites available to extend out stay. Location is amazing, you can walk to every high end restaurant.
