Super yummy coffee and snacks like Ruby Jewel ice cream and loads of fresh-baked goods and SANDWICHES! Love their cinnamon rolls!
The vibe is good. I like the interior. Coffe and macha is good. The collections of gifts are good.
The very nice store with lots of options, the food quality is not the most reflective of the price or capability
The room view faces the Oregon Convention Center. The facilities are good, but there are two points to mention. 1. The bathroom has no door, see the video for details. 2. The water in the sink and shower is very small.
It is only 5 minutes walk to Moda Center. It is especially suitable for watching football. There is a small train at the airport entrance. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also good
Everything was good except no pool. It said it had a pool online but actually there isn't one. Parking is also across the street, which is kind of annoying. Everything else was great. Close to OMSI.

Clean, nice room. Even right next to the elevator, it was very quiet. Staff was fast and courteous upon check in and out.
As much as I would love to gift a 5 star, what's stopping me is paying EXTRA for the Club Lounge and the front desk agent telling us what time Hors d'oeuvres were served, and us canceling our dinner reservations to see what that was like just because we paid extra, and us going there and reading a sign saying that particular service was not being honored between 12/31 til 1/5/26
Quick and friendly from valet to front desk check in, great room overlooking the Willamette River and picturesque Bridges
Very close to everything we wanted to enjoy on our trip. We valeted our car and walked everywhere!
When we spoke to a different gentleman at the front desk not long after we read the sign, he didnt seem to know what we were talking about at first, then decided to tell us that particular service was closed and dismissed us
Most hotels at this price provide: fans in the bathroom so your fellow travelers can't hear and smell you; small grooming packets with Q-tips; makeup mirrors; extra blankets; more coffee packets and real cream packets

The holes is very nice and clean, and it has a perfect view. My family are very satisfied.and the locals convince for us walking to the moda center for NBA.
This is a safe place to stay in Portland, especially convenient for the exhibition center.
Sometimes I don't sleep well in hotels but this was nice and quiet. I would definitely book this hotel again
It was super clean, and the public transportation was really convenient and great.
We stay here when we go to events at the Moda Center. It’s a short Uber ride to the events. The rooms are extremely spacious. The restaurant is clean and offers a variety of delicious food
Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run

When I was getting my suitcases and sorting myself out before leaving instead of letting me do that she stood there waiting for me the whole time watching me so she could shut the door and while a huge queue of people at reception waited for her when that wasn't her job as there was a guy who dealt with that made me extra uncomfortable
The room could have been cleaner as it had a smell overall i enjoyed my stay here and slept very well even that high up the TV had channels that I enjoy to watch so it was nice I stayed over one week
Anyone who has walked in wet bathing suits and flip flops knows that is not going to happen. It was nice to see clean sheets with no stains, as well as a clean bathroom
Pretty ok place. But the toilet would run every couple minutes. The body wash was empty. Location is not that good.
I liked this hotel they gave me 16 floor ( unconscious thing but it was my birthday on the 16th as well) there's a gym and a restaurant cash machines and a vending machine place to put your luggage as well the staff at reception were rude though the girls seems strange especially the one with the red hair or orange short hair
The mattress was comfortable and the room had a great view. It was comfortable and conveniently located closed to the center of Downtown Portland.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a simple American meal. The flight was delayed and we were able to check in quickly in the middle of the night. We helped to solve accommodation problems
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was top-notch. Access by Uber was convenient.
Very good, I like everything about it. It's just a little cold.
They also gave me hotel credit to enjoy the coffee at the lobby. The rooms are very modern along with shower rooms that are much better than bath tubs
Loved staying here. Convenient area and clean rooms. I
Tub water pressure is low. Staffs are super nice. Quiet at night. Room is clean. Hotel is not new but the price and service is good.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are exemplary. When we were bummed about the rooftop bar temporarily being closed, the manager Katie went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had an amazing stay
Absolutely wonderful. Staff was top notch. They even gave us $100 credit to use for food and drinks. 10/10 recommends the roof top bar is gorgeous a total vibe.
We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed
The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is exemplary. When we were shocked that the rooftop bar was temporarily closed, the manager Katie went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had a wonderful stay
First time in this hotel, quite good. Good location, good room, separate shower and closet, coffee maker in room. No parking, but there is a valet service
The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there

In my opinion the whole thing is a 5 star hotel. The staff couldn't have been better, the hotel is a piece of living history, very well maintained and conveniently located in the city centre
Stayed before and after the renovation and each stay was great. Spacious rooms and suites are incredibly comfortable and have a vintage feel while still maintaining modern comfort. Great location in the city center
All the staff we contacted were very friendly and helpful! I really like the environment and the overall feel of the hotel. Can't wait to go back.
The room was not too small and comfortable. There is no electric kettle.
We stayed the night to explore downtown and go to a music concert. The hotel was centrally located and a beautiful place to return after the night's activites
The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated, the coffee was from Starbucks, and there were two complimentary bottles of mineral water

A good place to stay in Portland. Very close to downtown center.
Room was nice. The hotel has no parking - only valet. The nearby parking garages cost $28 per night.
It's a little dated, but this is an excellent 3-star hotel and I would stay there anytime
Great choice for a solo traveler. Nice location and quiet big room.
We enjoyed our 5 night stat un this hotel. Glad we made the right decision to stay here rather than booking a cheaper hotel near our event venue.
Spacious comfortable and clean room. Attentive staff. Great location within walking distance to pearl district and great eats. Terrific attached diner. Overall a great stay.

Another great stay at Dossier. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I appreciate the mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and the city views. Staff are very attentive and helpful.
We loved our stay! The hotel was great. Staff was super friendly and the room fabulous. We’ll be back for sure!!
The light rail is just a block away but even better was the food carts down the street. There was so many great food choices. I recommend this hotel very highly
good customer service and security
Love the Bistro Alder. Clean room, friendly staff, close to destinations like Powell’s and Deschutes Brewery. Easily walkable city with decent neighborhood.
What a great property. Room was spacious and we really enjoyed dinner and drinks in the bar on the first floor. Would definately recommend this property.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Close to the convention center. Rooms come with aroma therapy kits and shampoo/lotion/etc. that are nice. The only hotel room I've stayed in that has a recycling bin.
It's quite old and can't be compared to domestic standards. It's perfect for guests who want a location close to the exhibition center and a lower price than the Hyatt. I won't be staying there next year anyway
Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Walking distance from the Moda Center just as I wanted for the Blazers game.
The hotel is located in the city center, with great value for money and nice service👍
The room was clean and hygienic, check-in was fast, and the airport hotel shuttle required payment (I didn't ask how much per person). Going to Portland for an exhibition, this hotel is very convenient and cost-effective
In the second half of 2023, the government took action to resettle the homeless and govern the city. Portland has a brand new look. It feels that the city has "come alive", and it feels safer and more comfortable

I was not an overnight guest and did not leave the ground floor. The staff was friendly & helpful. There is a fire pit, open sky and covered seating in the central courtyard
The best Marriott in Portland. Amazing staff, impeccably clean facilities and scrumptious ice cream sandwiches!
At breakfast—which is delicious and complimentary—one of the team members gave our son a small stuffy (didn’t see that coming). The rooms seem like they’ve never been used; they felt brand new! Location was great too
In the city center, parking is expensive
Very professional and friendly residence right next to union station. Feels very peaceful, not sketchy, parking is easy and they even have a valet team standing by. This might be the most professional hotel in PDX
The three of us booked two Bedroom suites, each room has a bathroom, the overall feeling is very spacious and comfortable! Parking at the hotel is relatively expensive, costing 45 US dollars a day

Portland, 888 Sw Third Ave (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It is located in the center of Portland, and it is very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping around. Crossing the road is the local area The Pioneer Square
Well priced and central location. Easy Checkin process.
The hotel’s parking lot is very expensive and costs more than 50 per night. We then found a parking lot across the road, at a normal price. If I have the opportunity to go again, this is definitely my best choice
And when flight canceled they were very accommodating letting us stay another night in same room, huge relief! Room spotless, love the modern clean bathrooms and overall setup of room!! Highly recommend!!
After checking in, we found the valet parking to be excellent; we could simply text ahead and go downstairs to get our cars. The hotel's surroundings are a bit noisy due to its street location
We chose this hotel because of its valet parking service, which prevents our vehicles from being vandalized. There are always rumors about this in Portland, so we didn't want to risk it

Some figures in the bathroom were a bit rusty and aged, desk in the main room looked like it had been through a battle with a handful of deep scours (to the point where I had to take pictures to ensure I wouldn't be charged with damages)
The location is great since it's close to downtown. Both the room and the lobby are clean, and there is free water available in the lobby
The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location is fabulous! You can pick up a street car to other neighborhoods within 2 blocks of the hotel, but the walk to Pioneer Square takes only 10 - 15 minutes or so
Lovely staff members, they were all very friendly. Loved the access to games, gym voucher for local gym. Room was clean.
We were traveling with kids, the arcade and game room were selling points for me. The kids loved having something to do and there was something for everyone in the game room. Would definitely stay here again.
The valet was short-staffed, 3 out of the 5 times I needed to pick up my car there was no attendant present, witnessed other guests confused upon arrival to the hotel wondering where attendants were

But room could be bigger for having a pull-out couch bed. But if you just want acouch in your room it fine. Love view on roof top restaurant. Super close to the convention center. Cafe in the lobby has good lattes
Quiet and sanitary, very close to the convention center, first choice for business trips
Room was clean, newly updated, but rather small. Bed was nice. Rooftop dining was great. Easy access off major highway. Walking to Moda Center was 5 minutes.
Very close to the exhibition, convenient for travel, the light rail is downstairs. Very clean and warm. Forgot to take pictures. After comparing several nearby hotels, I finally booked this one and was very satisfied.
The refrigerator is too noisy, and so is the air conditioner. It's inconvenient to enter through the main door with large luggage. The elevator sign is unclear, and you have to keep pressing it
This was an excellent pick! I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the beach. Once I checked in, I headed straight for the beach. Definitely a great choice and a wonderful experience.

Close to the city center, quite convenient, nice decoration, classical style, good service attitude, provided a small refrigerator, and was quite clean. Stayed for two more nights.
Convenience, Clean and good service. You just walk only 2to3 blocks to get in the center of Portland.
I took off a star for "comfort" as the hot water for tea was made in the same machine as the coffee and had that oily coffee taste that is very bitter and ruined the herbal tea bag I brought from home
This is a common problem in most hotels and even some restaurants. Unless you are an herbal tea drinker you might not taste the difference. I am someone who cannot drink caffeine even in caffeinated teas
Thank ya’ll so much, we’ll be back for another get away soon! We stay in a lot of little hotels for weekend getaways and this one will stay in our top 5 because of the service, price, and location!
The location is perfect for a downtown weekend, and if you’re not used to city noise then bring a sound machine. We didn’t mind at all since that’s the price you pay for a killer downtown location

this stay was the best we've had in portland! the room was actually clean! the staff was absolutely helpful and amazing! friendly and conversational! even the Valets were outstanding! we cannot wait tonstay here again!
The bar tender, Jade, was AWESOME! The food was really good from the inhouse restaurant. The hotel is in a great location to activities and eateries. Very clean and quiet.
Great rooms. Clean and comfortable. Bed was too soft and the show door didn't stay closed.
Lobby had a broken tile so there was caution tape in the middle of the pathway. Rooms were ok. Bed was not comfortable at all and the yellow lighting was not great for getting ready.

All in all, a perfectly quaint hotel that is well maintained in a good location with solid team members that made the stay enjoyable. Thanks again for your services, we appreciated it
Overall everything is pretty great! Food is served quick-service style and has remarkably cheap pizza and beer. Taste and value are well above average for Hilton food
The biggest issue is the menu is tiny, they only have appetizers - no main courses
The hotel environment is Hilton's usual standard. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel food is just average and not suitable for Chinese stomachs. I will choose to stay here next time.
Rooms/Service - When we checked in, the room was slightly dirty, but when we told the front desk they said "what would you like us to do" rather than offering solutions upfront, which made us feel like we were the ones causing the headache
The bed was great, though the sheets seemed a little small for the mattress and kept coming untucked — still very comfy overall. I also loved the chair by the window; it was a perfect spot to sit and watch the city

But our absolute favorite, was Abigail Hall. Out of all our Portland bites, we still talk about the food at this spot! Service was incredible too
We spent a week at The Woodlark in July, and had a great experience! The staff are so welcoming, and helpful and they even upgraded our room
By far my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Love the mid century modern design.
Absolutely superb customer service and accommodations. Beautiful design and architecture. Centrally located. Don’t miss this gem!
Well done, all around Woodlark staff. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Front desk staff was able to upgrade our room for our 15th anniversary
It was supposed to be a five star hotel, and boy did it disappoint when I came here. I felt like I was coming back home. I love the bar and the restaurant. I love all the little details that go into this hotel

Everything was really nice. The location is great, the decor is really cool too and staff was very helpful and nice.
This is such a comfortable hotel, beds and bathtubs are great! Wish that parking was so expensive $40 a night
Love this elegant vintage hotel! Cozy bar and nice restaurant. we booked a suite to get a larger room.
Super cute & clean the only complaint I had was the heat didn’t get warm enough so I was chilly. 10/10 would stay again.
The bathroom was slightly dirty with trash on the floor and a hair in the shower but everything else was fine.
The window in the bathroom was partially jammed upon arrival and with only single pane glass in the whole room, it was very cold. The rooms were smaller than advertised as well

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean suite. The beds were very comfortable, parking was spendy but also convenient and close. The staff were all extra friendly. We will definitely stay again
for some reason incidentals went from $40 a night to $150 as long with a $49 parking fee so it was $200 extra in fees I don’t know why things changed all of a sudden they said we were getting apt of snacks but we honesty only got snacks once or twice
Elevators fast and don’t have to wait too long. The staff are friendly but we asked for laundry bags but waited for so long at least 40 minutes. Breakfast area is good and food was ok. But not that many options to eat
Parking fee I think is 39-40? It was ok but still don’t get it why we need to pay for parking fee when you stay in the hotel( but I guess most of hotels are like that) I wish they had paper slippers in the room
poor thing she will be trained by a woman like that! If I were u guys I would teach that lady customer service 101 before she teaches the new hires to be as rude as she was
The breakfast was great and the location was good, so I was able to go anywhere without any inconvenience. I recommend this hotel as a good hotel for a family trip.
