Pretty ok place. But the toilet would run every couple minutes. The body wash was empty. Location is not that good.
I liked this hotel they gave me 16 floor ( unconscious thing but it was my birthday on the 16th as well) there's a gym and a restaurant cash machines and a vending machine place to put your luggage as well the staff at reception were rude though the girls seems strange especially the one with the red hair or orange short hair.
When I was getting my suitcases and sorting myself out before leaving...
great experience! comfortable stay and welcoming staff that let me leave my luggage behind!
The mattress was comfortable and the room had a great view. It was comfortable and conveniently located closed to the center of Downtown Portland.
We chose this Hilton expecting a standard experience from a large hotel chain, and the stay did not exceed our expectations. Basic amenities such as slippers and an electric kettle were not provided, toothbrushes had to be requested at the front desk, and bottled water cost USD 3. Cleanliness was average, overnight parking required an extra fee due to the downtown location, and the hotel offered average...
I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel.
We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms...

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was top notch. They even gave us $100 credit to use for food and drinks. 10/10 recommends the roof top bar is gorgeous a total vibe.
Overall, the service was quite good, and there's a collaborating coffee shop nearby where you can grab a bite.
Location is good very close to the river for walk or run
Room is ok clean but the bed is not so good for me
Nice Hotel with good facility. Location is also good and convenient.
Nice hotel in downtown. Good atmosphere and the staffs were very helpful. Would stay here again!
We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable...

The location is great for anyone who has an early morning flight for Portland International Airport. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the room size was generously large.
I had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff and diligent cleaners during my visit! Their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable, and I can't wait to return for another lovely experience.
Now called: SOJOURN SUITES
Beautifully renovated.
Big spacious rooms that are clean and have a nice vibe to them.
Nice bathrooms, the little amenities that are provided are decent quality. Not terrible, anyway.
weight room.
Vending machines (drinks only- i think) / ice machines on every floor.
Entrance/common area is huge with brilliant chandeliers of dangling white glass leaves, Lots of seating, bar...
Had such a nice and quiet relaxed night together. It was much needed quality time with eachother ❤️
No luxury but clean and tidy. For the price it was perfect, as I need no more before I take my flight in the morning.
Shoutout to my guy Rick! Absolutely saved me last minute after another hotel messed up my reservation. Great guy and great customer service. Room was huge and clean! Love it

Room is ok but front desk service need to improve as not very friendly .
Stayed for one night. The gym is a little small, a single room with couple of treadmills and some dumbbells.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious although the bathroom is small. There is also a small bar, concession area and restaurant on site. It was a good location for ghe Gresham area we were visitjng.
The bed was comfortable. I would have liked a heavier weight comforter. But still, we slept very well.
Check in clerk had some difficulty getting the hotel system to integrate with *******
The room was clean and staff member who helped us at the reception desk was friendly. Parking lot needs upgrade.
Only one Lady as the waitstaff with a temporary kitchen and bar. She was working so hard to take care of everyone! She deserves a raise!!

Breakfast menu was very limited. Room was old and not very clean though I wouldn’t say it was dirty. Staff when I checked in was a little rude but okay I guess.
Just need a place to rest between flights. The staff were very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. I’d stay again
We enjoyed our stay however a few gnats around the dining area were bothersome. Also, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned during our stay. Wasnt a big deal but worth mentioning.
The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast had a good variety of choices. only complaint I had was the noise from the traffic on the busy street nearby. I liked that Elmer's Restaurant was just next door, an easy walk for dinner.
Nigh tables were visibly dusty, didn’t notice any other issue, but not sure what the general level of cleaning is.
Room quite cold on arrival although heating worked pretty well.
Big rooms, comfy beds… not bad for the price having BW name as some warranty
Yes, awesomeness!
Overall im really pleased for the greatness of Best Western Hotel and its faculties.

Exactly what I needed last minute. Had a wonderful sandwich and coffee to start the day by a cozy fireplace. Grateful such a historic building is still bringing life to the city. The staff was exceptionally helpful and insightful.
Today I encountered the most friendliest professional front desk agent that found it possible for me and my father to stay for the night. I want to thank Piper, Luna and Raven for a pleasant stay at The Society. Me and my father are extremely grateful for the hospitality.
If you want a low budget but high cost-effectiveness, this is a good choice, but one disadvantage is that there are many homeless people around, but they are not very aggressive.
Incredible customer service. Such a rare thing in this day and age. We had to cancel our booking unexpectedly and response from the front desk was swift and their staff super friendly. Thank you 😊 We will definitely book here each time we visit Portland.
It has a superior location, warm service, simple and fashionable style, and combines the characteristics of an international youth hostel and a check-in B&B.
The hotel is amazing. It's very clean and chic. The bar abd rooftop lounge are an added bonus! There's a very cute drag bar right across the street.
The only downside is that parking around here is tricky. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING, AND I MEAN ANYTHING, IN YOUR CAR.

Everything was Wonderful. Breakfast was good, except for some of the tenents were rude. Im sure the hotel does't care for people taking so much food to the room. I mean, at least 9 full plates of food
Their breakfast was very good and it was quite a nice and clean in my room on the third floor. Yes there's homeless that's Portland pretty much everywhere so you might make your entry and exit brief but I found it to be perfectly safe.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the incredible staff. I want to personally thank Jimmy, Marie, Zach, Simon, Johnny and Judge for the compassion, kindness, and care they showed me during my stay.
I was there because my mom was in the hospital, which was one of the hardest times in my life. Every single day, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel supported and welcomed....
Manager James ALWAYS delivers an excellent experience. Security improved with new, tall wrought iron fencing. The rooms received new furnishings and fixtures maintaining the upscale “feel”.

The vibe is good. I like the interior. Coffe and macha is good. The collections of gifts are good.
The very nice store with lots of options, the food quality is not the most reflective of the price or capability. Seems pretty rushed and I'm sure trying to cater to a big hotel is part of that issue, just a little different.
The service attitude was very good. I checked in in the early morning and was charged a no show fee, which was half the price of the hotel.
The room view faces the Oregon Convention Center.
The facilities are good, but there are two points to mention.
1. The bathroom has no door, see the video for details.
2. The water in the sink and shower is very small.
The room is very spacious. It is only 5 minutes walk to Moda Center. It is especially suitable for watching football. There is a small train at the airport entrance. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also good. You can buy it yourself.
Satisfied, the hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, and the service is good. It is not far from every corner of the city.

Clean, nice room. Even right next to the elevator, it was very quiet. Staff was fast and courteous upon check in and out.
As much as I would love to gift a 5 star, what's stopping me is paying EXTRA for the Club Lounge and the front desk agent telling us what time Hors d'oeuvres were served, and us canceling our dinner reservations to see what that was like just because we paid extra, and us going there and reading a sign saying that particular service was not being honored between 12/31 til 1/5/26. The hotel has a great location, with many places within walking distance. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated, the coffee was from Starbucks, and there were two complimentary bottles of mineral water.

Clean and great location to nearby businesses.
they switched my friend and I from 2queen beds to a king bed with a sofa without asking due to them being over booked and said they figured I can be switched since I’m only staying one night and booked through a third party app. Never felt so disrespect in my life.. like I didn’t matter. Lovely staff members, they were all very friendly. Loved the access to games, gym voucher for local gym. Room was clean.

Awesome staff super helpful. The room was comfortable. But room could be bigger for having a pull-out couch bed. But if you just want acouch in your room it fine. Love view on roof top restaurant. Super close to the convention center. Cafe in the lobby has good lattes.
This was an excellent pick! I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the beach. Once I checked in, I headed straight for the beach. Definitely a great choice and a wonderful experience.
The refrigerator is too noisy, and so is the air conditioner. It's inconvenient to enter through the main door with large luggage. The elevator sign is unclear, and you have to keep pressing it. Overall everything is pretty great! Food is served quick-service style and has remarkably cheap pizza and beer. Taste and value are well above average for Hilton food. The biggest issue is the menu is tiny, they only have appetizers - no main courses.
Rooms/Service - When we checked in, the room was slightly dirty, but when we told the front desk they said "what would you like us to do" rather than offering solutions upfront, which made us feel like we were the ones causing the headache...otherwise however, service was great throughout our stay.

The window in the bathroom was partially jammed upon arrival and with only single pane glass in the whole room, it was very cold. The rooms were smaller than advertised as well. Friendly staff, clean room, Nespresso coffee maker, bluetooth clock radio, comfy bed and soft towels. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and sites such as the Portland Art Museum. Parking lot across the street has EV chargers on the lower floor. Small exercise room but well maintained equipment.
Hotel Lucia is in a part of downtown that is somewhat quieter than the usual fanfare and yet close enough to the good eateries. It’s just about ten minutes away by walk to the Old Town, and five minutes walk from the Pioneer Square. Many bus as team lines run in this area for you to get out of town. My only suggestion is to have hot water served at the lobby drinks table throughout the day. And also...
