The Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Portland

Portland, 525 SW Morrison Street (in the centre) 🧭

First time in Portland, and I stayed at this hotel, which was the most expensive. It's located downtown, in a beautiful historic building. The hotel lobby is on an upper floor and has a fantastic design, full of vibrant colors, creating a unique atmosphere. The staff all seemed very professional, and the doorman on the ground floor was also very friendly. On the lobby level, there's a bar and breakfast...

Phenomenal service. Beautiful, clean & well maintained property. Excellent restaurants. 10 out of 10 will go again.

Before booking, there are a few things future guests should know: 1- The rooms did not have a "Do Not Disturb" or "Please Make Up Room" sign or electronic system, which was inconvenient. 2- Unlike most 4- or 5-star hotels, the room did not include complimentary personal toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor. 3- The hotel parking fee was significantly higher compared to nearby parking...

This is the nicest most relaxing stay i've ever had in a hotel. Excellent food, fantastic service and stay. The room was fabulous. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. As we all know is rarely the case. And the customer service was splendid.

I liked how clean it was ! The restaurants are good and the rooftop one is definitely an experience . I felt comfortable and was pleased overall .its also a great location I wld def go back

It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.

Sentinel Hotel

Portland, 614 SW 11th Avenue (in the centre) 🧭

At best, this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms were worn, with stained furniture, peeling leather chairs, and a run-down bathroom with a clogged bathtub. The biggest issue was the noise. Ongoing street construction made every passing car sound like a gunshot, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Hotel did offer ear plugs and noise canceling machine… Room service is only available...

Great location for our downtown adventure with close proximity to many attractions and public transport. The hotel was cute and comfortable. Our room was a good size too. There was some nearby construction that was quite loud early morning, but the helpful staff let us know when we checked in and offered ear plugs and noise machine. Would definitely recommend if you want to be centrally located.

We've stayed at Sentential several times over the years and never tire of the stately architecture and level of original construction quality. Service is always good to excellent, though few will appreciate the additional $65 per day cost associated with valet parking (the nearest public parking lot is subject to frequent break-ins) or the $29 per day charge for 'Guest Amenity Fee'. (FYI: On our last...

Clean room, facilities and comfortable bed/pillows! We looooove the architecture of this entire building and having it be attached to three dining/bar options is so nice. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel. Wish we were able to stay more than 1 night to explore/use the amenities. We are planning another trip to Portland & the Sentinel will be where we stay.

We had a nice stay at this property. Things we loved were our terrace, the general aesthetic of our room and the ease of checking in. On the cons side, the hotel looks pretty worked in certain areas. The furniture is peeling and the ceiling showed major signs of water damage. The “Room at the End of the Hall” was kind of waste of our time - pudding, applesauce and string cheese seemed appropriate for...

Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

Portland, 375 NE Holladay St (in the centre) 🧭

The vibe is good. I like the interior. Coffe and macha is good. The collections of gifts are good.

The very nice store with lots of options, the food quality is not the most reflective of the price or capability. Seems pretty rushed and I'm sure trying to cater to a big hotel is part of that issue, just a little different.

The service attitude was very good. I checked in in the early morning and was charged a no show fee, which was half the price of the hotel.

The room view faces the Oregon Convention Center. The facilities are good, but there are two points to mention. 1. The bathroom has no door, see the video for details. 2. The water in the sink and shower is very small.

The room is very spacious. It is only 5 minutes walk to Moda Center. It is especially suitable for watching football. There is a small train at the airport entrance. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also good. You can buy it yourself.

Satisfied, the hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, and the service is good. It is not far from every corner of the city.

Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront

Portland, 1401 SW Naito Pkwy (in the centre) 🧭

It was a pleasure to stay with you The staff are very friendly and helpful Food and beverages very tasty. Love everything about this hotel.

Clean, nice room. Even right next to the elevator, it was very quiet. Staff was fast and courteous upon check in and out.

As much as I would love to gift a 5 star, what's stopping me is paying EXTRA for the Club Lounge and the front desk agent telling us what time Hors d'oeuvres were served, and us canceling our dinner reservations to see what that was like just because we paid extra, and us going there and reading a sign saying that particular service was not being honored between 12/31 til 1/5/26. When we spoke to a...

I got a river view room, the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the adjacent room. I had to turn on the television to stop hearing the noises.

Staff was great, room was very comfortable, and restaurants were delightful. Did not appreciate the mandatory $30 destination fee, however.

Good views and location. Security was visible and made us feel safe.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland

Portland, 1000 NE Multnomah Street (2 km from centre) 🧭

It was super clean, and the public transportation was really convenient and great.

Great location and great city view! The room is large and clean. There’s a bus stop and a light rail station nearby. Great place to stay for nights.

This is a safe place to stay in Portland, especially convenient for the exhibition center.

The holes is very nice and clean, and it has a perfect view. My family are very satisfied.and the locals convince for us walking to the moda center for NBA.

The app that i booked my room through stated that my room would come with a fridge and microwave, that turned out to not be the case. I asked for a room closer to the top and away from elevators and busy areas, that also turned out to not be the case.

Hilton Portland Downtown

Portland, 921 SW 6th Ave (in the centre) 🧭

Pretty ok place. But the toilet would run every couple minutes. The body wash was empty. Location is not that good.

I liked this hotel they gave me 16 floor ( unconscious thing but it was my birthday on the 16th as well) there's a gym and a restaurant cash machines and a vending machine place to put your luggage as well the staff at reception were rude though the girls seems strange especially the one with the red hair or orange short hair. When I was getting my suitcases and sorting myself out before leaving...

great experience! comfortable stay and welcoming staff that let me leave my luggage behind!

The mattress was comfortable and the room had a great view. It was comfortable and conveniently located closed to the center of Downtown Portland.

We chose this Hilton expecting a standard experience from a large hotel chain, and the stay did not exceed our expectations. Basic amenities such as slippers and an electric kettle were not provided, toothbrushes had to be requested at the front desk, and bottled water cost USD 3. Cleanliness was average, overnight parking required an extra fee due to the downtown location, and the hotel offered average...

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. The Benson Portland, Curio Collection by Hilton

Portland, 309 SW Broadway (in the centre) 🧭

good location, very convenience and good service

The room was not too small and comfortable. There is no electric kettle.

We stayed the night to explore downtown and go to a music concert. The hotel was centrally located and a beautiful place to return after the night's activites. We took a photo in front of the beautiful and historic mirror, and drank coffee by the fireplace in the morning.

The hotel has a great location, with many places within walking distance. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated, the coffee was from Starbucks, and there were two complimentary bottles of mineral water.

Nice stay. Room size is ok. Bed is comfortable. We tried to borrow an adapter but they don’t have it.

Convenient location, very courteous and helpful staff. Nice classic decor!

Loved staying here. Convenient area and clean rooms. I

The hotel is great. And parking is convenient just next to the building. The room is clean and location is good.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a simple American meal. The flight was delayed and we were able to check in quickly in the middle of the night. We helped to solve accommodation problems. It is worth recommending

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was top-notch. Access by Uber was convenient.

Very good, I like everything about it. It's just a little cold.

Great location with very helpful staff. Kitchen was able to work with my food allergy which is huge! Will come again

Nice enough hotel but everything was complicated. Was charged $40 for a take away breakfast that never materialized as promised. No attempt to be helpful or to remove the charge. Would not return

Really enjoyed our stay at The Bidwell Portland. After a long drive, we were greeted by a very friendly doorman who gave us advice on where to park and even get free street parking, saving us quite a bit of money if we were to use the hotel's valet. Fantastic stay! Great location with an excellent bar and restaurant. The staff are truly amazing courteous, welcoming, and clearly very proud of their workplace. The hotel is right downtown, making it easy to walk everywhere. Overall, the service was quite good, and there's a collaborating coffee shop nearby where you can grab a bite.

Location is good very close to the river for walk or run Room is ok clean but the bed is not so good for me

Nice Hotel with good facility. Location is also good and convenient.

Nice hotel in downtown. Good atmosphere and the staffs were very helpful. Would stay here again!

We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The Royal Sonesta Portland Downtown

Portland, 506 SW Washington St (in the centre) 🧭

Such a great value for your money! Rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and the front desk staff is very professional and kind. The location is perfect for a downtown weekend, and if you’re not used to city noise then bring a sound machine. We didn’t mind at all since that’s the price you pay for a killer downtown location. It feels safe and family friendly without feeling chaotic and close to all public...

The location is great, and the lobby on the first floor is very cozy. (Repeated 7 times)

The room was clean and hygienic.

Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, sweet muffins, small sweet roll, 2 kinds of cereal, fresh fruit salad, OJ, ice water, coffee and hot water for tea. No toast/bagels available. I took off a star for "comfort" as the hot water for tea was made in the same machine as the coffee and had that oily coffee taste that is very bitter and ruined the herbal tea bag I brought from home. This is a common problem...

Convenience, Clean and good service. You just walk only 2to3 blocks to get in the center of Portland.

This is a very clean nice hotel. If I have a chance visit to Portland, I will choose this hotel one more time.

Another great stay at Dossier. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I appreciate the mini fridge, Nespresso machine, and the city views. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

Rooms need upgrade. Lot of items are not working and old and broken. Staff was really helpful but they were short on people too.

The Hotel Zags Portland

Portland, 515 Southwest Clay St (in the centre) 🧭

The location is great since it's close to downtown. Both the room and the lobby are clean, and there is free water available in the lobby. Breakfast is a simple buffet style, but the variety of options is somewhat limited.

Lovely staff members, they were all very friendly. Loved the access to games, gym voucher for local gym. Room was clean.

We were traveling with kids, the arcade and game room were selling points for me. The kids loved having something to do and there was something for everyone in the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff excellent. Careful of all extra charges. Room is clean but vents makes loud noises when heating comes up. Rooms need update.

Great location. Easy walking distance to mass transit and downtown shops. Quiet room. Felt safe and secure. Easy parking. Would certainly consider staying again.

Very good, good location, close to the university, walking around is good, breakfast is simple. The air conditioner is not very hot and the hot water is a bit lukewarm.

Woodlark Hotel Portland, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Portland, 813 SW Alder Street (in the centre) 🧭

By far my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Love the mid century modern design.

Well done, all around Woodlark staff. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Front desk staff was able to upgrade our room for our 15th anniversary. The coffee was perfect. But our absolute favorite, was Abigail Hall. Out of all our Portland bites, we still talk about the food at this spot! Service was incredible too. Can’t wait to return :...

Valet & check in was flawless! Room is beautiful, classy and extremely clean.

Front staff and valets were very courteous!!! Amenities were very limited in terms of hanging space and drawers to put clothes. There was only one. also, once we had to remind them to clean our room after a two night sstay.

This is my favorite property in Portland. It’s my go to when I come back over and over again. Every time I stay somewhere else I have an instant regret. I did this time we stayed somewhere else. It was supposed to be a five star hotel, and boy did it disappoint when I came here. I felt like I was coming back home. I love the lobby. I love the bar and the restaurant. I love the front desk. I love all...

Room was clean, furniture and headboard were worn and the material was flaking off. Bottled water was in the room, but cost $7. Kind of tacky to charge for bottled water in my opinion. Parking was also $40 for one night. Overall the stay was pleasant, hotel was quiet and clean. The entrance and lobby are beautiful. I would stay again. Just wouldn’t opt for paid parking again and would bring a case...

The bathroom was slightly dirty with trash on the floor and a hair in the shower but everything else was fine.

Everything was really nice. The location is great, the decor is really cool too and staff was very helpful and nice.

Love this elegant vintage hotel! Cozy bar and nice restaurant. we booked a suite to get a larger room.

The window in the bathroom was partially jammed upon arrival and with only single pane glass in the whole room, it was very cold. The rooms were smaller than advertised as well. No valet parking, no valet to help with bags, and an unsecured parking garage does not give the impression of what is advertised as a 4-star hotel.

Super cute & clean the only complaint I had was the heat didn’t get warm enough so I was chilly. 10/10 would stay again.

Hotel Lucia

Portland, 400 SW Broadway (in the centre) 🧭

Room was clean, staff were very friendly, lobby was very nice. But I was not impressed with the room. We were in a room that faced another building, no natural light. The room photos are certainly working overtime and maybe it's because there was no natural light. The bathroom looked like something from a hospital. The shower head might have been the worst I've experienced in a hotel - no spray, just...

Everything was great, parking was awful and expensive. Only other thing was the bed was hard as a rock.

I had a great time staying at Hotel Lucia, heritage building in an exceedingly convenient location downtown. The rooms are clean and things are handy. There is coffee and hot cocoa in the morning and what a treat! I could rely on both Uber and public transportation to get to the touristy sites. Plenty of food choices around, and could not ask for more!

Friendly staff, clean room, Nespresso coffee maker, bluetooth clock radio, comfy bed and soft towels. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and sites such as the Portland Art Museum. Parking lot across the street has EV chargers on the lower floor. Small exercise room but well maintained equipment.

The staff at Hotel Lucia are fantastic! The rooms are clean and even though I was on a major street, the room was also quiet (this can be a problem at historic hotels, but not this one!). The location in downtown PDX is also great — you’re near to all the greats like Powells City of Books, Pioneer Square, and if you don’t mind a short walk (short for me, at least), Washington Park and the Rose Garden...

Beautiful hotel, the Room view was amazing. I would definitely recommend. Princess Treatment type of property

Close to downtown on the edge. $40 for overnight valet which is reasonable rate. No EV charging. Room has high ceilings and industrial decor - not too tight for four. Rooms don’t open windows and no fan in bathroom. Historic building with its charms. Things like towels, soaps, filtered water are luxe.

It was a very nice day at that hotel. The people were very nice only had valet parking but right across the street had public parking. That was a hell of a lot cheaper.

Amazing staff, very helpful and kind, clean place, great atmosphere, rooms are very cozy and have a great vibe! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Portland, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

The staff were really nice but the location is less than desirable. The room wasn’t bad, but the rug was really tattered. The bedding was really crisp and felt clean. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but not the best.

The Hoxton is one of our favorite places for a staycation and that’s big because I love my own home and bed. I love the luxe feel and the city vibes all wrapped into one. They have amazing dining options and their speakeasy is a vibe.

Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland by IHG

Portland, 422 SW Broadway (in the centre) 🧭

This place is in a great location, staff is super friendly and helpful, cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better stay

Our room was nice & big with a comfy king size bed. Location convenient in downtown.

Room was clean, but needs to be renovated or at least repaired in a few spots. The hot tub was nice and relaxing, needs a deep clean. The in-service breakfast was very disappointed. The portion sizes are not worth the prices at all. The yogurt parfait was $14 for about 2 scoops of yogurt. Orange juice was watered down. Overall would not recommend this hotel.

We love the Hotel Eastlund. We stay there every time we are in PDX. Great location, nice clean rooms, super comfortable beds!

Awesome staff super helpful. The room was comfortable. But room could be bigger for having a pull-out couch bed. But if you just want acouch in your room it fine. Love view on roof top restaurant. Super close to the convention center. Cafe in the lobby has good lattes.

This was an excellent pick! I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the beach. Once I checked in, I headed straight for the beach. Definitely a great choice and a wonderful experience.

The refrigerator is too noisy, and so is the air conditioner. It's inconvenient to enter through the main door with large luggage. The elevator sign is unclear, and you have to keep pressing it. The door is very tight, and there is no sign on how to open it. The waiter had to come down to help open it.

Not bad, but there is nothing to eat nearby

Quiet and sanitary, very close to the convention center, first choice for business trips

Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District

Overall everything is pretty great! Food is served quick-service style and has remarkably cheap pizza and beer. Taste and value are well above average for Hilton food. The biggest issue is the menu is tiny, they only have appetizers - no main courses.

Rooms/Service - When we checked in, the room was slightly dirty, but when we told the front desk they said "what would you like us to do" rather than offering solutions upfront, which made us feel like we were the ones causing the headache...otherwise however, service was great throughout our stay. Kimpton Riverplace Hotel by IHG

Portland, 1510 S Harbor Way (in the centre) 🧭

This place was absolutely amazing and we had an excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and super accommodating, and we had a delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean and in a very peaceful and picturesque part of portland. The restaurant does room service which is really fantastic when you’re traveling with a dog—oh and it’s pet friendly. This is my favorite place to stop for the night when traveling to California from northern Washington.

It’s right on the Willamette River and it’s absolutely stunning. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely cottage complete with wood fireplace, balcony, and river lit up with Christmas lights shining down everywhere.

It’s a very clean, well furnished hotel with incredibly kind, friendly staff. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed the social hour every evening. Needless to say, the hotel’s location on the river was stunningly beautiful and very convenient.

There was a mishap with the fireplace in the room next to ours but the staff went above and beyond to make sure it had minimal impact on our stay. The room we stayed in had a great view, the bed was nice and comfy, the amenities were great, and the restaurant was top notch. All in all a great stay minus the fireplace event and we are looking forward to staying with them again.

The staff was more than courteous from the front door to the reservation desk and into the restaurant. We loved our brunch. The Dungeness crab benny was sooo good. Our server Hoby was amazing too. We won’t stay anywhere else in Portland.
