The vibe is good. I like the interior. Coffe and macha is good. The collections of gifts are good.

The very nice store with lots of options, the food quality is not the most reflective of the price or capability. Seems pretty rushed and I'm sure trying to cater to a big hotel is part of that issue, just a little different.

The service attitude was very good. I checked in in the early morning and was charged a no show fee, which was half the price of the hotel.

The room view faces the Oregon Convention Center. The facilities are good, but there are two points to mention. 1. The bathroom has no door, see the video for details. 2. The water in the sink and shower is very small.

The room is very spacious. It is only 5 minutes walk to Moda Center. It is especially suitable for watching football. There is a small train at the airport entrance. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also good. You can buy it yourself.

Satisfied, the hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, and the service is good. It is not far from every corner of the city.

I got a river view room, the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the adjacent room. I had to turn on the television to stop hearing the noises.

Staff was great, room was very comfortable, and restaurants were delightful. Did not appreciate the mandatory $30 destination fee, however.

This is a safe place to stay in Portland, especially convenient for the exhibition center.

The holes is very nice and clean,and it has a perfect view. My family are very satisfied.and the locals convince for us walking to the moda center for NBA.

The app that i booked my room through stated that my room would come with a fridge and microwave, that turned out to not be the case. I asked for a room closer to the top and away from elevators and busy areas, that also turned out to not be the case.

Pretty ok place. But the toilet would run every couple minutes. The body wash was empty. Location is not that good.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a simple American meal. The flight was delayed and we were able to check in quickly in the middle of the night. We helped to solve accommodation problems. It is worth recommending

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was top notch. They even gave us $100 credit to use for food and drinks. 10/10 recommends the roof top bar is gorgeous a total vibe.

We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The room was not too small and comfortable. There is no electric kettle.

We stayed the night to explore downtown and go to a music concert. The hotel was centrally located and a beautiful place to return after the night's activites. We took a photo in front of the beautiful and historic mirror, and drank coffee by the fireplace in the morning.

The hotel has a great location, with many places within walking distance. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated, the coffee was from Starbucks, and there were two complimentary bottles of mineral water.

Staff here is amazing. Despite being an older property we continue to return as rooms as spacious and very scenic. Lala at checking was professional and well informed when we asked questions about places in the area. Had a problem with our key card and Charlie assisted in fixing that problem

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Portland! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the place was really clean, and the location was perfect.

they switched my friend and I from 2queen beds to a king bed with a sofa without asking due to them being over booked and said they figured I can be switched since I’m only staying one night and booked through a third party app. Never felt so disrespect in my life.. like I didn’t matter. So my friend slept on the couch… which is not cool..

Hyatt Centric was a super clean, safe, and amazing hotel. It was located in an excellent part of downtown (right next to a Stumptown Coffee!). The hotel is designed in a very sleak manner with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and opening a wine bottle & giving wine glasses to drink the wine in my room. The price was excellent for the quality of the hotel...

It's quite old and can't be compared to domestic standards. It's perfect for guests who want a location close to the exhibition center and a lower price than the Hyatt. I won't be staying there next year anyway. I didn't take any photos. Checking out was on a weekend, and some locals even brought their own pillows and sheets. Interesting!

Very professional and friendly residence right next to union station. Feels very peaceful, not sketchy, parking is easy and they even have a valet team standing by. So, they send you a text when you check in telling you to text them if you have any questions. They don't respond. There's no information in the room about anything at the hotel like the restaurant. There's a repeating message on the TV and buttons on the remote for account information and a hotel directory. They don't work. I always find it weird that hotels with restaurants don't do more to promote...

We chose this hotel because of its valet parking service, which prevents our vehicles from being vandalized. There are always rumors about this in Portland, so we didn't want to risk it. After checking in, we found the valet parking to be excellent; we could simply text ahead and go downstairs to get our cars. The hotel's surroundings are a bit noisy due to its street location. Friendly service, good feeling, worth staying.

The hotel room is very nice, clean and refreshing. The security is also good, and the parking service also avoids the worry of windows being smashed. Because the hotel is right on the street, parking is in the dedicated hotel parking lot.

The location is great since it's close to downtown. Both the room and the lobby are clean, and there is free water available in the lobby. Breakfast is a simple buffet style, but the variety of options is somewhat limited.

This was an excellent pick! I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the beach. Once I checked in, I headed straight for the beach. Definitely a great choice and a wonderful experience.

The refrigerator is too noisy, and so is the air conditioner. It's inconvenient to enter through the main door with large luggage. The elevator sign is unclear, and you have to keep pressing it. The door is very tight, and there is no sign on how to open it. The waiter had to come down to help open it.

Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, sweet muffins, small sweet roll, 2 kinds of cereal, fresh fruit salad, OJ, ice water, coffee and hot water for tea. No toast/bagels available. I took off a star for "comfort" as the hot water for tea was made in the same machine as the coffee and had that oily coffee taste that is very bitter and ruined the herbal tea bag I brought from home. This is a common problem...

Very dated, especially the depressing (long) hallways which are brown and beige with old carpet. The room itself was "okay". Strange feature was the (2) hand basins were in the room rather then the bathroom, and the taps were a bizarre "pull" type which I had never seen before. (It took some strength to operate, so I'm not sure an elder guess would be able to operate!!). Overall, the hotel was adequate...

Location is good for catching an early flight home. We had several spider webs on the ceilings and the air conditioner in the window view was not mentioned at check-in.

Good shuttle service to/from PDX.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Portland. There is a shuttle bus at the hotel airport and the front desk is very friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel. I think the food is pretty good. There is also a lake bar outside the restaurant. It is a special experience to eat in the evening while looking at the lake view.

The staff were all super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a short walk to the convention center. It was just me and my daughter there for a cheerleading competition, and I felt safe both in the hotel and walking to/from the convention center.

The bar tender, Jade, was AWESOME! The food was really good from the inhouse restaurant. The hotel is in a great location to activities and eateries. Very clean and quiet.

Staff was great, had enough amenities, but our room smelled really bad. It was a wet, musty smell and very strong.
