The vibe is good. I like the interior. Coffe and macha is good. The collections of gifts are good.

The very nice store with lots of options, the food quality is not the most reflective of the price or capability. Seems pretty rushed and I'm sure trying to cater to a big hotel is part of that issue, just a little different.

The service attitude was very good. I checked in in the early morning and was charged a no show fee, which was half the price of the hotel.

The room view faces the Oregon Convention Center. The facilities are good, but there are two points to mention. 1. The bathroom has no door, see the video for details. 2. The water in the sink and shower is very small.

The room is very spacious. It is only 5 minutes walk to Moda Center. It is especially suitable for watching football. There is a small train at the airport entrance. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also good. You can buy it yourself.

Satisfied, the hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, and the service is good. It is not far from every corner of the city.

I got a river view room, the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the adjacent room. I had to turn on the television to stop hearing the noises.

Staff was great, room was very comfortable, and restaurants were delightful. Did not appreciate the mandatory $30 destination fee, however.

This is a safe place to stay in Portland, especially convenient for the exhibition center.

The holes is very nice and clean,and it has a perfect view. My family are very satisfied.and the locals convince for us walking to the moda center for NBA.

The app that i booked my room through stated that my room would come with a fridge and microwave, that turned out to not be the case. I asked for a room closer to the top and away from elevators and busy areas, that also turned out to not be the case.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a simple American meal. The flight was delayed and we were able to check in quickly in the middle of the night. We helped to solve accommodation problems. It is worth recommending

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was top notch. They even gave us $100 credit to use for food and drinks. 10/10 recommends the roof top bar is gorgeous a total vibe.

Overall, the service was quite good, and there's a collaborating coffee shop nearby where you can grab a bite.

We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The room was not too small and comfortable. There is no electric kettle.

We stayed the night to explore downtown and go to a music concert. The hotel was centrally located and a beautiful place to return after the night's activites. We took a photo in front of the beautiful and historic mirror, and drank coffee by the fireplace in the morning.

The hotel has a great location, with many places within walking distance. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated, the coffee was from Starbucks, and there were two complimentary bottles of mineral water.

Nice stay. Room size is ok. Bed is comfortable. We tried to borrow an adapter but they don’t have it.

The location is great since it's close to downtown. Both the room and the lobby are clean, and there is free water available in the lobby. Breakfast is a simple buffet style, but the variety of options is somewhat limited.

This was an excellent pick! I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the beach. Once I checked in, I headed straight for the beach. Definitely a great choice and a wonderful experience.

The refrigerator is too noisy, and so is the air conditioner. It's inconvenient to enter through the main door with large luggage. The elevator sign is unclear, and you have to keep pressing it. The door is very tight, and there is no sign on how to open it. The waiter had to come down to help open it.

The room was clean and hygienic.

Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, sweet muffins, small sweet roll, 2 kinds of cereal, fresh fruit salad, OJ, ice water, coffee and hot water for tea. No toast/bagels available. I took off a star for "comfort" as the hot water for tea was made in the same machine as the coffee and had that oily coffee taste that is very bitter and ruined the herbal tea bag I brought from home. This is a very clean nice hotel. If I have a chance visit to Portland, I will choose this hotel one more time.

Overall everything is pretty great! Food is served quick-service style and has remarkably cheap pizza and beer. Taste and value are well above average for Hilton food. The biggest issue is the menu is tiny, they only have appetizers - no main courses.

The window in the bathroom was partially jammed upon arrival and with only single pane glass in the whole room, it was very cold. The rooms were smaller than advertised as well. No valet parking, no valet to help with bags, and an unsecured parking garage does not give the impression of what is advertised as a 4-star hotel.

I had a great time staying at Hotel Lucia, heritage building in an exceedingly convenient location downtown. The rooms are clean and things are handy. There is coffee and hot cocoa in the morning and what a treat! I could rely on both Uber and public transportation to get to the touristy sites. Plenty of food choices around, and could not ask for more!

Close to downtown on the edge. $40 for overnight valet which is reasonable rate. No EV charging. Room has high ceilings and industrial decor - not too tight for four. Rooms don’t open windows and no fan in bathroom. Historic building with its charms. Things like towels, soaps, filtered water are luxe.

It was a very nice day at that hotel. The people were very nice only had valet parking but right across the street had public parking. That was a hell of a lot cheaper.

We had a great stay at The Hoxton, Portland. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff were really nice but the location is less than desirable. The room wasn’t bad, but the rug was really tattered. The bedding was really crisp and felt clean. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but not the best.

The Hoxton is one of our favorite places for a staycation and that’s big because I love my own home and bed. I love the luxe feel and the city vibes all wrapped into one. They have amazing dining options and their speakeasy is a vibe.

Loved it. First time to a Tapestry Collection. This property was remodeled 3 years ago and I could tell. Everything was immaculate. The bathroom was clean and lovely. We loved our room. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows. And no overpowering scents anywhere. Great location for OHSU and a beautiful path right next to the river. Parking was easy and the staff was there to help!

My only issue is the intake air filter in the ceiling was absolutely filthy and doesn't look like it has ever been changed. Not anytime recently. The Heathman is an iconic Portland hotel. It is currently undergoing renovations so it lacked its usual charm, but it was a good stay none the less.

Beautiful studio king room. The library in the lobby was under construction. No mention of the construction was given on the hotel website nor *******. I selected this hotel over other similar hotels for the 3000 books in their library. This was disappointing.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, also able to answer our questions and provide recommendation. In addition, we were there for an event, and the Heathman is perfectly situated. We will stay there again.

Service is great allowing us to check in earlier. Flexibility is nice. The resort fee is high each day even if you don’t use it. The $15/day for food would be nice for each person in the room.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean and in a very peaceful and picturesque part of portland. The restaurant does room service which is really fantastic when you’re traveling with a dog—oh and it’s pet friendly. This is my favorite place to stop for the night when traveling to California from northern Washington.

It’s right on the Willamette River and it’s absolutely stunning. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely cottage complete with wood fireplace, balcony, and river lit up with Christmas lights shining down everywhere.

It’s a very clean, well furnished hotel with incredibly kind, friendly staff. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed the social hour every evening. Needless to say, the hotel’s location on the river was stunningly beautiful and very convenient.

There was a mishap with the fireplace in the room next to ours but the staff went above and beyond to make sure it had minimal impact on our stay. The room we stayed in had a great view, the bed was nice and comfy, the amenities were great, and the restaurant was top notch. All in all a great stay minus the fireplace event and we are looking forward to staying with them again.

The staff was more than courteous from the front door to the reservation desk and into the restaurant. We loved our brunch. The Dungeness crab benny was sooo good. Our server Hoby was amazing too. We won’t stay anywhere else in Portland.
