Rooms were very clean. Building was right off the bridge and close to many locations. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating with animals. 10/10 experience.

Staff here is amazing. Despite being an older property we continue to return as rooms as spacious and very scenic. Lala at checking was professional and well informed when we asked questions about places in the area. Had a problem with our key card and Charlie assisted in fixing that problem

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Portland! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the place was really clean, and the location was perfect.

they switched my friend and I from 2queen beds to a king bed with a sofa without asking due to them being over booked and said they figured I can be switched since I’m only staying one night and booked through a third party app. Never felt so disrespect in my life.. like I didn’t matter. So my friend slept on the couch… which is not cool..

It's quite old and can't be compared to domestic standards. It's perfect for guests who want a location close to the exhibition center and a lower price than the Hyatt. I won't be staying there next year anyway. I didn't take any photos. Checking out was on a weekend, and some locals even brought their own pillows and sheets. Interesting!

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Parking is an extra charge, but it's quite safe.

The hotel is designed in a very sleak manner with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel room is very nice, clean and refreshing. The security is also good, and the parking service also avoids the worry of windows being smashed. Because the hotel is right on the street, parking is in the dedicated hotel parking lot.

So, they send you a text when you check in telling you to text them if you have any questions. They don't respond. There's no information in the room about anything at the hotel like the restaurant. There's a repeating message on the TV and buttons on the remote for account information and a hotel directory. They don't work. I always find it weird that hotels with restaurants don't do more to promote...

The location is great for anyone who has an early morning flight for Portland International Airport. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the room size was generously large.

I had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff and diligent cleaners during my visit! Their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable, and I can't wait to return for another lovely experience.

The location is a little bit of a different spot. Not really able to walk anywhere but kinda not close to anything. Now for the service it completely top of the pack. The rooms were nice including a big bathroom living area with plenty of space. The room included a nice 70 inch Samsung TV.

We stayed here during an overnight layover and were impressed by the super clean room, updated decor, friendly staff, and quiet location despite being so close to the airport. We called for the free airport shuttle which arrived promptly at Island 2 Ground Transportation just outside baggage claim. This is a very busy place. Lots of folks utilize the proximity to the airport to stay the night before their trip and park their car until they return. There is a free airport shuttle. Located next to a small lake makes for a lovely view and quiet atmosphere. Business travel is also prevalent with very nice rooms and on-site dining and bar.

It's...fine. Do not get caught up in the 1-bedroom suite upgrade, it's not 1-bedroom, and they aren't remodeled like the regular rooms. Ear plugs are provided...and you're going to need them....just saying. Lastly, teach your chef to season the food, please.

My daughter and I stayed here in early October 2025. I can only say nice things about this hotel. Kevin, the General Manager, was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The front desk staff were professional. There are fresh baked cookies at the front desk when you check in; a nice touch. Our room was clean and modern. I especially liked the hip-looking armchair with the unique headrest! Very dated, especially the depressing (long) hallways which are brown and beige with old carpet. The room itself was "okay". Strange feature was the (2) hand basins were in the room rather then the bathroom, and the taps were a bizarre "pull" type which I had never seen before. (It took some strength to operate, so I'm not sure an elder guess would be able to operate!!). Overall, the hotel was adequate...

The view was great, and it was conveniently located downtown. However, the area in front of the hotel wasn't all that clean.

The room is not big, and the lobby is also small, but there are free lemonade and coffee bars, as well as special pineapple cookies. It is very close to large shopping malls and can be reached on foot. It is quite convenient.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was 5 years ago. In this visit we received the same great service. But the hotel was not like we remembered no AC we were given a box fan to use but it had a broken leg. We paid for a city view instead got a view of a parking lot. Great service butt I don't think there will be a third visit for us for the reasons mentioned.

Unexpected stay after missing my flight. Alaska Airlines paid for it via a voucher. The staff were 10/10 absolutely amazing.

It’s a Hyatt Place so it’s basic but the Hyatt service makes up for it and it’s 5 minutes from the Airport. I liked the Hyatt House in downtown but here there’s a lot less traffic and much easier to get to the hospital in Vancouver and back. Overall, it’s pretty good. I can’t complain. I do wish they understood when I ask for high floor “AWAY” from elevators not so close to the things that I can hear...

Great location. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable with down-filled bedding. The lobby is nice, the front desk service is good, and the airport shuttle service is convenient.

Staff barely acknowledged us at check in and check out. Room was spacious but perfunctory, small stains on furniture and carpet. The AC/Heat unit was something out of the ‘70’s - so loud that I tried to sleep with a pillow over my head, until I turned the unit off in the middle of the night. Not the good nights sleep I was hoping for before an early morning flight.

Jupiter original rooms are small, cute, and clean. Yes, theres some niggt noise, it is a party neighborhood. Staff friendly, bar is excellent, optional welcome packages are hilarious.

The double queen we had was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the had a nice size tv. Parking was extremely expensive though.

The only two suggestions I would make would be to not get back to the hotel too late because parking fills up, and to use the safe in the hotel room if you’re leaving valuables or cash in the room. Our team stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a tournament. This was a freshly updated hotel which offered clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good and offered enough options to feed all our boys. I would recommend this hotel.

Traveling three people two dogs, The room we have has like a little sitting area with TV, a couch and coffee table, two huge beds... And the dogs are welcome which is always a plus. I think we paid a $50 pet fee though which we understand, and we're used...

Loved it. First time to a Tapestry Collection. This property was remodeled 3 years ago and I could tell. Everything was immaculate. The bathroom was clean and lovely. We loved our room. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows. And no overpowering scents anywhere. Great location for OHSU and a beautiful path right next to the river. Parking was easy and the staff was there to help!

My only issue is the intake air filter in the ceiling was absolutely filthy and doesn't look like it has ever been changed. Not anytime recently. In the AM a person was at the breakfast bar getting something to eat before breakfast opened. When i saw the person getting food and I went to get food the customer service person told me the breakfast bar wasn't open but they allowed this other to get items. So, I guess how that person is able to get items and their response was they just do what they want. I was so upset I got to cursing.

The hotel itself is super nice and clean. We felt safe once we were inside. The outside is a little more sketchy but we would stay again!

Great experience with Annie and Linda at the check in, and all of the custodian girls. It's a truck stop hotel without it feeling like a truck stop hotel. Rooms and hallways are super clean and custodial staff are very nice. Highly recommended

Friendly staff at check-in, clean & spacious room. Amazing amenities on site (theater, laundromat, store, restaurant, bar/lounge). Happy hour in Ponderosa Lounge was great - able to split the pulled pork sandwich with fries and still felt full. Great free breakfast options!

Upon arrival was no greet, checked in and the receptionist seemed to be unhappy. Went to the room (very nice) only negative was one of the coffee cups were used and dirty. Aside from that it has a restaurant, store, cinema, barbershop and more. I enjoy coming here.

App said the breakfast was good but it’s basically a frozen sandwich or $8 towards $20 breakfast burritos or other expensive stuff and only dine in, I have dogs I can’t leave in hotel so I guess no food for me. Also empty tissue box

Good spot, but right next to the train tracks. Some homeless wandering around and 1 guest made a scene and the police were called our first night there. The guest that had the police called on her was there for the remainder of our stay. I found it odd that they weren’t sent on their way when the cops were called. Clean room though.

The team usually pushes you to join their timeshare presentations and you’re asked to pay for wifi if you’re not an “owner” (member). Generally kind of an uncomfortable setting. I’d rather get a normal hotel next time.

Staff was friendly, checkin and checkout was quick. Had valet parking. Rooms were roomy and quiet. Close to nice eat places. Would recommend.

Local public transportation stops nearby, allowing you to visit all over the city, including the Arboretum , zoo, Japanese Garden and International Rose Test Gardens only a 20 minute MAX train ride away. While there are many unhoused people in downtown Portland, they do not bother people and I never felt unsafe walking to nearby restaurants or shops. The concierge let me know how to use the transportation...

Beautiful place Fabulous location and service but a little too pushy on the part of staff in front desk. Never understood the term “ resort” if they don’t have a pool, restaurant or bar in site.

Stayed for one night. The gym is a little small, a single room with couple of treadmills and some dumbbells.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious although the bathroom is small. There is also a small bar, concession area and restaurant on site. It was a good location for ghe Gresham area we were visitjng. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked a heavier weight comforter. But still, we slept very well.
