Rooms were very clean. Building was right off the bridge and close to many locations. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating with animals. 10/10 experience.

Staff here is amazing. Despite being an older property we continue to return as rooms as spacious and very scenic. Lala at checking was professional and well informed when we asked questions about places in the area. Had a problem with our key card and Charlie assisted in fixing that problem

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Portland! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the place was really clean, and the location was perfect.

they switched my friend and I from 2queen beds to a king bed with a sofa without asking due to them being over booked and said they figured I can be switched since I’m only staying one night and booked through a third party app. Never felt so disrespect in my life.. like I didn’t matter. So my friend slept on the couch… which is not cool..

It's quite old and can't be compared to domestic standards. It's perfect for guests who want a location close to the exhibition center and a lower price than the Hyatt. I won't be staying there next year anyway. I didn't take any photos. Checking out was on a weekend, and some locals even brought their own pillows and sheets. Interesting!

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Parking is an extra charge, but it's quite safe.

So, they send you a text when you check in telling you to text them if you have any questions. They don't respond. There's no information in the room about anything at the hotel like the restaurant. There's a repeating message on the TV and buttons on the remote for account information and a hotel directory. They don't work. I always find it weird that hotels with restaurants don't do more to promote...

The hotel room is very nice, clean and refreshing. The security is also good, and the parking service also avoids the worry of windows being smashed. Because the hotel is right on the street, parking is in the dedicated hotel parking lot.

Very dated, especially the depressing (long) hallways which are brown and beige with old carpet. The room itself was "okay". Strange feature was the (2) hand basins were in the room rather then the bathroom, and the taps were a bizarre "pull" type which I had never seen before. (It took some strength to operate, so I'm not sure an elder guess would be able to operate!!). Overall, the hotel was adequate...

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Portland. There is a shuttle bus at the hotel airport and the front desk is very friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel. I think the food is pretty good. There is also a lake bar outside the restaurant. It is a special experience to eat in the evening while looking at the lake view.

Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Just unfortunately, the neighborhood didn’t feel very safe

The staff were all super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was a short walk to the convention center. It was just me and my daughter there for a cheerleading competition, and I felt safe both in the hotel and walking to/from the convention center.

I’ don’t want to back again.

The view was great, and it was conveniently located downtown. However, the area in front of the hotel wasn't all that clean.

The room is not big, and the lobby is also small, but there are free lemonade and coffee bars, as well as special pineapple cookies. It is very close to large shopping malls and can be reached on foot. It is quite convenient.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was 5 years ago. In this visit we received the same great service. But the hotel was not like we remembered no AC we were given a box fan to use but it had a broken leg. We paid for a city view instead got a view of a parking lot. Great service butt I don't think there will be a third visit for us for the reasons mentioned.

Unexpected stay after missing my flight. Alaska Airlines paid for it via a voucher. The staff were 10/10 absolutely amazing.

It’s a Hyatt Place so it’s basic but the Hyatt service makes up for it and it’s 5 minutes from the Airport. I liked the Hyatt House in downtown but here there’s a lot less traffic and much easier to get to the hospital in Vancouver and back. Overall, it’s pretty good. I can’t complain. I do wish they understood when I ask for high floor “AWAY” from elevators not so close to the things that I can hear...

Staff barely acknowledged us at check in and check out. Room was spacious but perfunctory, small stains on furniture and carpet. The AC/Heat unit was something out of the ‘70’s - so loud that I tried to sleep with a pillow over my head, until I turned the unit off in the middle of the night. Not the good nights sleep I was hoping for before an early morning flight.

Jupiter original rooms are small, cute, and clean. Yes, theres some niggt noise, it is a party neighborhood. Staff friendly, bar is excellent, optional welcome packages are hilarious.

The double queen we had was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the had a nice size tv. Parking was extremely expensive though.

Our team stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a tournament. This was a freshly updated hotel which offered clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good and offered enough options to feed all our boys. I would recommend this hotel.

Not a bad room personally that was the best part of the hotel bed wasn’t bad water was hot. Not the cleanest for how much we payed…. 2$ for a water bottle that comes in a case of 24/3$ is crazy…. Don’t expect “continental breakfast” if you want to eat here you are paying 15$ for a 3$ for a basically McDonald’s sandwich. 16$ for a yogurt?… Except that it was a pretty good experience.

Good spot, but right next to the train tracks. Some homeless wandering around and 1 guest made a scene and the police were called our first night there. The guest that had the police called on her was there for the remainder of our stay. I found it odd that they weren’t sent on their way when the cops were called. Clean room though.

This hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The room was very hip, which both my husband and I loved. It even had a record player! Layout wise I wish the toilet room was not located right in front of the bed. Only other downside was that there was no hot water. Stayed for one night. The gym is a little small, a single room with couple of treadmills and some dumbbells.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious although the bathroom is small. There is also a small bar, concession area and restaurant on site.
