The room was clean and as expected. Pool was clean and perfect for the family. The Gym had a few machines out of order, but had enough to get a work out in. Breakfast was well appointed with hot and cold options and a made to order omelet station. The servers cleaning up and restocking food were amazing! Also, the Happy hour with 2 free drinks and snacks from 5:30-7 was way better than hoped for!!! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Multiple inconveniences; toilet was broken, heat wasn’t working, pull out bed was broken and wheels on roll away broken as well. Poor quality stay. This is not the Hilton standard; very disappointed.

The room furnace made a loud vibrating sound throughout the whole night. Worst sleep i ever had due to this noise.

The rooms were clean. I was very pleased overall with my stay. The only issued we encountered was the pool being closed for maintenance. It said it would be closed for a short time and it ended up being over 4 hours. I booked this hotel with the pool being a major factor for my children. The maintenance could have happened during the closed times. The guy that made omelettes was wonderful, so was the serving staff.

The staff was great, and the in & out valet service was easy to use. having a room directly under the bar/lounge area was a challenge, but we made it through.

Room wa dated. Automated curtains didn't work. Shower head didn't work. Beds were comfortable. Bar staff was not very attentive. Valet was good enough. Location is the best thing about this hotel, other than that it's just another run down hotel that uses a big name Hotel, probably owned by someone who doesn't care to make it nice anymore.

The omelet breakfast station chef was amazing decked out in Steelers colours on game day!

The bathroom door in our room was off the track and didn’t work, so we had to get another room, and in that room the deadbolt on the front door didn’t latch. The place was decently clean and had a nice breakfast, but I would choose somewhere nicer if you’re paying this price on a hotel.

Very quiet, good breakfast, but they need to have more than 2 elevators running throughout the day. Overall recommend for an weekend getaway.

Holy no vegan options. The wait staff tried to be accommodating but failed miserably. No parking. Over priced.

We, a family of 4 including an infant and a toddler, came on for the very generous Veterans Day special. Our server, Erin, was highly experienced with young children and made sure our children were well taken care of. Our infant has been consistently good at restaurants previously but this visit was an exception and he had a bit of meltdown. The manager, most likely due to inexperience with children, asked if he could help us leave and initially gave us the impression that we needed to leave, which frustrated and angered both of us since my wife was in the process of taking him home. Afterwards however he realized his mistake and apologized profusely. This is where our server really showed her skills and made sure were well taken care of and she apologized profusely for the experience as well. Ultimately she made sure that not only was our dinner on the house, but a bottle of champagne, dessert, and all of our drinks as well. The food was excellent all around. I cannot say enough good things about Erin and the way she handled the situation. She is a true professional and an asset to the restaurant and we will be requesting her by name next time we dine there. Thank you McCormick and Schmick's, and thank you Erin, for your support not only of military families but families in general!

The food was wonderful. However it took 1 1/2 hours AFTER we ordered it to get our food and slow on cocktails too! We felt ignored.

Overall experience was average. We waited almost an hour for food, and service could have been more friendly. I asked a question regarding a menu item and was answered in a condescending manner. The bright side to the meal was that the food was very good.

Everyone in our party loved this restaurant. I personally can recommend the filet mignon, it was cooked perfectly. Others raved about the salmon. The service was impeccable!

This place is very fancy and very expensive. For the quality of the food, it's overpriced. They were the first high end foodie place in Pittsburgh, but they have not done much differently since opening. It's become an average type of place.

Could not possibly have been better. From the wine to the most succulent octopus I've ever had... To the perfectly prepared fillets - the service was amazing and the plating was - on a word - inspired. The chef cooks with love which ultimately was the impetus behind the five star rating.
Side note... The prices are far less than one would expect for this caliber of dining.
