Very good hotel stay and the facilities were great. A great view in the hotel as well. Love the comfortable rooms. Everything is really great and would definitely come back again. Great service staff and great atmosphere!

Great river views, would not have wanted a city view or lower floor. Restaurant had very good food. Because we were there when it wasn’t a busy time of year we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Floor to ceiling windows with a view. But not much space if it were crowded. Good experience all around. Best located hotel for what we were looking for.

I can't say much about the rooms since we got the most economic one possible. It's an ada room. It's very clean and seems very accessible. I don't know that the shower is accessible as it should be. It does have a couple inches of a soft rubber bump to get up in the shower. I'm sure the views would be gorgeous for someone that wants to pay for them. the hotel has a couple of nice restaurants and coffee...

Christina at the front desk was awesome, wow. Pillows had a stinky head odor and had housekeeping replace. There was also a greasy head stain on couch. Breakfast choices were awesome but gal that waited on us did not want to be there, was not pleasant and very slow.

The location is in a prime location. The staff is always welcoming and polite. 5 stars you don’t be sorry!

We love this hotel! It’s so nice and clean! The staff is super friendly! The rooms are nice sized and the tv is nice sized. We love stayed here several times and always have a great time.

Location is fantastic. The girl that worked the desk the night of 30 Dec was amazing, great food recs, the breakfast girls are the best. Will visit every time because of the staff members. Rooms were nice, kind of cold so needed to buy an extra blanket but it was 20 degrees so I can understand that.

We liked the historic, comfortable hotel. The location was great, with many things we wanted to see within walking distance. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel amenities were terrific.

Went there for my anniversary and everything was wonderful. The room was clean. We received a free upgrade for our anniversary. Anytime I’m back in Pittsburgh. I’ll be staying here. The speakeasy bar was phenomenal and if you’re feeling an extra bougie definitely check out the Lamont about 10 minutes on the road

First class 100%! The staff, the restaurants, coffee shops, bagel shop, you really don’t need to leave the hotel at all. Shawn one of the managers found us self touring, then took us to the grand ballroom. Wow! Simply beautiful! Will definitely go back, so central to the city for anything you want to do or see. Fantastic!!

Food at the restaurants was awesome. The staff was amazing and the bed and view were comfortable and inviting.

Enjoyed our stay at Omni for 2 nights. We took our son to Pittsburgh to go to Steelers game for his birthday. Our first night at 12:04 am the room next to us started getting loud and got into an argument. We tried contacting the lobby but no one answered the phone. Security had to come up and say something to the couple. It woke us up and we had a hard time getting back to sleep. The only other problem...

Good for PNC, HEINZ, Stage AE. Parking is $25 a night, but it's convenient. I didn't have hot water in the morning, but hopefully that was a fluke.

Staff was great. Liked the large rooms with a living room and the location can’t be beat for football or baseball games.

The hotel was great, the rooms were a little outdated but their staff was AMAZING! They met you with a smile and made sure all our accommodations were met. Hospitality, Hospitality Hospitality, kudos to the Hyatt Place for your outstanding staff.

Room was nice. Comfortable, not spotless but clean. Quiet though right under the highway. Breakfast was huge and nice. Get coffee before it closes because they do not keep coffee going for free. You can buy it at the front desk. Convenient parking!

Great location in the city. Room was clean and staff was helpful. Great breakfast every morning. The indoor pool was open on night but slightly dirty and then closed our second night so kids didn’t get to enjoy it. But all in all we would stay here again!

The room was clean and plenty of space for 3 people with the 2 Dbl beds and sofa bed. Especially like the sink/vanity area being outside of the bathroom/shower room. The room was clean and as expected. Pool was clean and perfect for the family. The Gym had a few machines out of order, but had enough to get a work out in. The room furnace made a loud vibrating sound throughout the whole night. Worst sleep i ever had due to this noise.

The rooms were clean. I was very pleased overall with my stay. The only issued we encountered was the pool being closed for maintenance. It said it would be closed for a short time and it ended up being over 4 hours. I booked this hotel with the pool being a major factor for my children. The staff was great, and the in & out valet service was easy to use. having a room directly under the bar/lounge area was a challenge, but we made it through.

Room wa dated. Automated curtains didn't work. Shower head didn't work. Beds were comfortable. Bar staff was not very attentive. Valet was good enough. Location is the best thing about this hotel, other than that it's just another run down hotel that uses a big name Hotel, probably owned by someone who doesn't care to make it nice anymore.

This was our second time staying here and definitely whenever we return to Pittsburgh we will stay here excellent!

The hotel was clean the beds were awesome! The staff was very helpful especially helping me figure out what to do during my stay. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing! The rooms were very clean it smelt nice and the beds were made it’s hard to find a hotel where the beds are made and smell nice anymore and they made sure that they excelled in that!!!! 10/10 in my opinion

Staff was amazing when my husband booked the room from me out of state and helped me check in quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. Right for the price and anything I needed there was always someone at the front to help with a smile and quick service. I'll be going back again during the rest of my visit in PA.
