Good for PNC, HEINZ, Stage AE. Parking is $25 a night, but it's convenient. I didn't have hot water in the morning, but hopefully that was a fluke.

Staff was great. Liked the large rooms with a living room and the location can’t be beat for football or baseball games.

The hotel was great, the rooms were a little outdated but their staff was AMAZING! They met you with a smile and made sure all our accommodations were met. Hospitality, Hospitality Hospitality, kudos to the Hyatt Place for your outstanding staff.

Room was nice. Comfortable, not spotless but clean.
Quiet though right under the highway.
Breakfast was huge and nice. Get coffee before it closes because they do not keep coffee going for free. You can buy it at the front desk. Convenient parking!

Great location in the city. Room was clean and staff was helpful. Great breakfast every morning. The indoor pool was open on night but slightly dirty and then closed our second night so kids didn’t get to enjoy it. But all in all we would stay here again!

The room was clean and plenty of space for 3 people with the 2 Dbl beds and sofa bed. Especially like the sink/vanity area being outside of the bathroom/shower room. The only annoyance was the seal on the mini fridge was not 'tight' so it made a loud humming sound and we had to keep something heavy propped up against it so it remained shut.
The breakfast included each day was outstanding - very fresh fruit and variety of items and the staff was very helpful and courteous. This hotel is an excellent location if attending games at Acrisure Stadium or PNC park. We'll definitely stay again.

Overall a great place to stay. Excellent location convenience wise but expect some noise due to the location being close to stadiums, restaurants, etc. Make sure to get a printout of your receipt. I expected an email receipt but didn’t receive anything.

While the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good, the room was not real clean, especially for the price. Common areas in the bedroom and living area were not wiped down well, and there were fingerprints and such on the mirrors. As we were about to leave, my daughter saw a large insect crawl under the couch. May have been a cockroach, but not sure. I told the front desk as we were leaving and they reported it to maintenance right away. The condition of the furniture and such was just okay. Things seemed beat up in the living room and bedroom. Needs a refresh. And again, when one pays almost $200 for a room, one expects it to be very clean and in good shape.

Everything was easy and good. Breakfast could have had more of a variety and trying to figure out different apps from my phone to the tv was a little frustrating.
All in all, it is a great location for a Pittsburgh Steelers game.

First there was two waitresses in a physical altercation. One of the waitress was taking shots while working. There was two kids walking around inside asking for money from the patrons. Spoke to theanager and he said that guy over him did not care so he was not worried about it. The food was srved cold and they did not have enough staff to cover. Worst experance in a restraunt.

Girls are nice, smiling and friendly, wearing their tartan uniform. The place is huge. The food is average, but you don't expect five-star food and high grade chefs in a place like this one: just good quality food and meat and efficient staff, therefore to me it's ok.

Went here for to catch a Pens game for a bachelor party not too long ago. Plenty of TVs to check the game out. Very roomy restaurant. The service was good from our waitress. Only thing I'd recommend them doing is allowing pitchers of beer to be ordered.

We went there after the Steelers game because it was the only place we could get in under an hour. We should have heeded the sign. Waited almost an hour even though the place was only half full. We both had burgers. Both were cooked wrong. One burnt, one med rare, cold soggy fries. And everything just tasted lame. The service and ice water were good though.

It wasn't very busy so we were seated right away
Ordered soft drinks and they came in plastic parry cups. I ordered the inferno burger and the waitresses didn't ask how I wanted it cooked and I didn't even think anything of it till I got my burger about 30 minutes later. Half of it was cooked medium and the other half was raw!!!! Took forever to find a manager and finally got them to comp the burger but still had to pay 3.49 for a Damn half a can of coke. Really bad wait staff and bad costumer service. Would not recommend this place

Jason Hondros is the most amazing general manager I've encountered. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my group from out of town. He went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Now let's talk food, we had the chef's special Cajun shrimp pasta and it was delicious, so creamy filled with juicy shrimp! It was simply amazing and I will absolutely be back to visit next time I'm in Pittsburgh. The decor, the service, the location is perfect! This is a great place! Jerome Bettis should be proud to have his name on this place!

Sports, great food, friendly service. We love snagging a table outside in good weather. My sister has to come here every time she visits Pittsburgh. The kind of place you can’t go wrong

Very cool design inside. Bathrooms have one way glass and you can see into the restaurant while taking a leak. Its kinda weird, but cool. Food was good. Service was slow but it was busy.

We had an awesome time! Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was great. Couldn’t ask for a better birthday weekend.

Food standard Sports Grill. Wait SERVICE great. However, I fell in by the hostess desk because the floor was wet. One worker said I saw that coming. The other who i guess was cleaning it but walked away from it without coning it off said yeah I was coming back to it. DUH people. I will feel it in the morning for sure. Feel free to watch the video! Oct 20th around 850pm.
