The soundproof is bad, I can hear people talking in their rooms. There was a smell of sewer somewhere,

I can't say much about the rooms since we got the most economic one possible. It's an ada room. It's very clean and seems very accessible. I don't know that the shower is accessible as it should be. It does have a couple inches of a soft rubber bump to get up in the shower. I'm sure the views would be gorgeous for someone that wants to pay for them. the hotel has a couple of nice restaurants and coffee shop. We appreciate being allowed the dog during our stay. It's a nice clean comfortable stay. Even if it is an aging luxury hotel.

Never again. Room had a toilet seat that probably should have been changed a while ago. The sheets were ripped! At check in, the girl never welcomed me, never smiled and talked so fast as if she couldn’t wait to get rid of me. Why I didn’t go to my usual hotel, not sure. What a dump! At over $300 a night before taxes and fees, plus $43 a night to valet my car, what a waste of money. Don’t bother. This hotel needs a wake up call beginning with the management team. I’m going to let Amex know as I made the reservation through them.

Great river views, would not have wanted a city view or lower floor. Restaurant had very good food. Because we were there when it wasn’t a busy time of year we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Floor to ceiling windows with a view. But not much space if it were crowded. Good experience all around. Best located hotel for what we were looking for.

I want to start off by saying the staff is super friendly and very attentive! The location is also very convenient and have some nice views! I gave the rooms a 1 star because the first room we had was mold central, the wall paper was hanging off the walls and just black mold everywhere. Even in the shower. I went to the front desk and showed pictures and videos and they immediately changed our room and took the old room number down for maintenance. Our new room had mold spots in the shower as well but nothing like the other room. We just assumed all the rooms had it at this point. The staff was attentive and very helpful with this matter. We will probably not be booking again unless some serious renovations take place

We had a great experience this weekend. Stayed two nights with an amazing view of the river. Room wasn’t huge, but very nice with a big and comfortable bed. We were very happy with it.
Valet with in and out privileges was $43/ night which was worth it for us as we were in and out all weekend.
Front desk were very friendly and welcoming.
We would absolutely stay again and hope we got the same view. : )

Terrible drinks (tasted like well), food good (not close to worth the cost), service unbelievably bad for as swanky as the place is supposed to be. Sounded like a roadhouse. They didn't seem to care, they can run off of their name I guess. Fired. Capital Grille beats them to a pulp. Go there.

Went here for a work dinner, was the best steak i've had in a while, had bleu cheese crust & it was amazing. Service was top notch as expected, will definitely be returning

Dined here for dinner on a beautiful Sunday evening ! Heard some good reviews so we had to see for ourselves being we have ate at just about every steak house around ! For starters the calamari was over cooked , the noodles in Mac an cheese with crab meat we're undercooked crab meat was yummy though ! We were half way through eating our appetizers and was asked if we needed boxes to box up our meal .my husband said we aren't done clearly they are only half gone an we have not even received our meal yet !! What is that really !!!
My petite filet was dry had absolutely no flavor at all the holindais sauce was straight like a mayo was not at all like I ever had before it was pasty looking .yuk ! However the crab meat over the steak was ok an the asparagus was good. My husband's rib eye 16 oz steak was hard on the outside the fat was rubbery an it was also very salty tastein ! He liked his crab meat but did not like the holindais either . So over all I'd say we won't be back for another meal ! If your looking for great drinks great food great atmosphere super servers who won't make you feel rushed at all an who don't ask you to box up your food before you even get it I'd say go to Hyde Park across the river. I've never had a bad experience there at all ! I'm disappointed this dinner wasn't what we were hoping it would be ! Less waiters making you feel rushed woulda been nicer as well! The cost woulda been fine had the food an service been good but it was over priced an way over rated in our eyes !

Food was fantastic. Service was superb but naturally the prices were very high like any other up-scale steakhouse. Couple things that I did not like was that they did not bring out any complimentary dessert for my wife for her birthday until I asked about it. They wanted us to look at the dessert menu initially. And second, the parking to the lot next door is free but hard to find as the are no signs. Staff overall were very good. I would definitely go back.

We celebrated my brother in law birthday here. He is a steak man and loves this restaurant. So I expected my steak to melt in my mouth. And that's exactly what it did. I will be back. And the service was great.
