Cleanliness was great, service was great, breakfast spread was really neat, though some quality is sacrificed for quantity. Location is really great, so easy for walking anywhere. Price was reasonable, room was cute but small, one problem was it was really noisy at night, lots of rowdy partyers outside the window and the room isn't at all soundproof. If you turn on the ac it helps drown things out. Anyways this place was perfect for us aside from that.

Great location. $18 parking & not guaranteed is not ideal. Room was freezing and cant control from room?! Clean and well kept

Unique cozy Inn, right in the heart of downtown Newport. The breakfast is fantastic and don't forget about Tea Time. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The rooms are all unique. It is our favorite place to stay in Newport!

It was excellent place, the hotel was like in old age, historical, but clean and comfortable with everything. The breakfast was unbelievable, all what you think about and more. I enjoy it.

We came on a snowy day, we thanked for the location. At the center. Charming entrance, attractive paintings on the wall. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast is ok. Heating is very good.

We have stayed three yrs in a row. Service is awesome. Staff wonderful! And pricing great! Walk to everything. Staying again next year .

Great place to stay!!! Location couldn’t be better. Breakfast is great. Tea time is awesome and the staff are super kind.
The hotel is also very clean and cozy.
We stayed only one night but look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice, charming, beautiful place. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room where I stayed at had soft bed, spacious toilet, and internet speed was fast.
Parking is few meters away so be sure to drop your bag at the hotel first before parking your car at the designated parking. Or else, you have to carry your bag to the hotel from the parking.
There’s no elevator so if you mind taking the stairs then be sure to request for a room at the ground level.
Breakfast is good.

Had to give it a 5 star . We were a party of 8. The staff immediately went to work to accommodate us and gave us some very nice quaint rooms. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with essentials. The location was ideal for our needs. The breakfast buffet was very good. I will definitely come back.
