First I booked for a night until next day until 12 pm , I went out and came back and the room was open and front desk attitude was bad went I complained about it.

The room was nice. They upgraded us to a balcony room, which was extremely convenient. Heated floor in the bathroom was perfect on this cold day. The staff was helpful, convenient parking underground, no problem even though the valet was not on duty. Location ws very convenient to attend a concert in your by Davis Square and Friendly Toast is almost right across the street for amazing breakfast.

Staff was amazing at both check in and check out. They really stood out. Location was perfect; coffee was exceptional; room was so clean, too hot even after I turned the heat down but I should have turned it down more; lobby area was spacious and inviting. Thanks for a great stay!

room was definitely clean, ability to reserve the conference room was also very convenient plus free coffee and tea was awesome; in addition, after talking with the receptionist (sorry I missed her name) she got us a special fruit tea that we like; very thoughtful and kind!

The hotel is a hidden gem!
- It’s close to the dorms, Harvard Yard, the T station, and restaurants.
- The front-desk staff is great. Barbara is especially helpful and friendly.
- The cleaning team does an excellent job.
- The hotel provides complimentary hot tea, coffee, and bottled water.
- I was lucky to receive a free upgrade, and the room was lovely.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Good was amazing and service was very prompt. Waitress was get friendly and the food was amazing. We were in a get away vacation but the Grafton made us feel as if we were amongst family and friends.

We've been here about half a dozen times mainly because it's close to the Oberon, so we can conveniently get food and drinks after seeing a show. Service is consistently average or below average, but the food is pretty decent. They have a good selection at various price points, including vegetarian options. Cocktails are well made, and they have a good whiskey and bourbon menu. We don't go here for the service, but will likely be back since it's always on our walk from the venue to the parking garage each time we see a show. If you're willing to walk around, there are better options in this area.
*** Update: I changed my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. The most recent time we went here, we had a dozen oysters and were violently ill for the next 3 days. And bonus, we had lousy service that night too. Unfortunately I don't think we can come back here.

Great atmosphere, good service and drinks. Weird Playlist the few times I've been there, not really a complaint but something my whole group always seems to notice.

I've worked in the neighborhood for years, and recently moved nearby and decided to grab a bite with my girlfriend after a movie. The bar tender was great, but the food and drinks were disappointing, borderline unacceptable.
I ordered a Glenlivet, neat, and it was so watered down that you could barely taste the whiskey. My girlfriend ordered a martini, and I'm pretty sure there was no alcohol in it at all. I'm convinced that they water down their liquor, and I will never go back here because of that.
The food was also bad. We got mussels and a burger, and both were flavorless. The burger was raw in the center, and the bun was pretty much stale.
The fries were decent. I'm not a huge fan of the truffle flavor, but they were thin and crispy.

Fantastic food at a reasonable price. This has become one of my favorite restaurants in Boston. Sadly, they have since closed down.
