The facilities are complete and relatively new, and the hygiene is quite good.

Short distence to subway station.
Still recommand to take Cab if you have a luggage
Very clean rooms.
Didn't take the breakfast in hotel so no comment on about food
Nearby got a mall and easy to get food and a little shopping there

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Boston – South Boston, and it was a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and professional, making check-in and checkout easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
The location is convenient for getting around the city, though it’s a bit outside the main downtown area. The gym and Wi-Fi were both reliable, and parking was straightforward.
The only downsides were that the bistro closed a bit early and there weren’t many late-night dining options nearby. Still, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Boston who wants comfort and good service at a reasonable rate.

But…There is NO SWIMMING POOL!
Please update your page on 3rd party platforms to reflect this. The pool has been closed for years so says the staff there…

Gym is good however, and the staff were great.
Location wise, it’s not amazing unfortunately.
A little far from downtown and the area isn’t great, quite a few people in the nearby area seem to be struggling with homelessness and *********…
But it’s close to an applebees if that’s your thing!

In conclusion.
Rooms: Good.
Location: Not good.
Pool: Doesn’t exist…
Gym: Good 👍

This trip was quite pleasant and left a deep impression. The hotel has complete facilities and a comfortable and pleasant environment. The service staff are also very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The design of the room is simple and elegant, and it is very clean and tidy. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, which makes people's appetite grow. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and is worth recommending to everyone. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I hope more people can experience this beauty in the future.

Lyndell, our server, deserves the 5 stars for himself. I think that with franchises, the only thing that sets them apart is your experience in said restaurant. Price and food quality will always be similar no matter the location but the Olive Garden in Dorchester has a staff that seems genuinely concerned with the experience of their customers. Lindell our server is an exceptional part of the staff team. He was polite, helpful and attentive. He was apologetic as there was a slight mistake with our bill but he resolved it immediately with no problem. The staff themselves greeted us in and out the door, which made our visit to this Olive Garden above average easily. Thank you!

I have tried steaks in various restaurants,but I have never been able to get one I could be happy with ,today I tried your steak and I must say it's perfect,taste ,quality it was amazing.
I was also served by a young lady who's first experience as a server was today,having worked in the kitchen for years,she did a great job her personality,and service was superb.
Thank you olive garden for a marvelous steak and great service.

Amazing food for the price. You get soup or pasta with any entree and it's unlimited refills. I spent 14$ and got pasta with grilled chicken and unlimited minestrone soup. The waiters were welcoming and nice, but the entrees took a long time to come out. They may have been understaffed but it effected our overall experience. The neighbourhood in the area isn't the best so I wouldn't recommend walking in the area alone at night.

It was the end of the night and we are all tired, yet the bartender/ waiter (I'm embarrassed to say I didn't ask her name). She was the only bartender there tonight, and she still had a smile. She was prompt, attentive and efficient. And I appreciate her greatly. Thanks girl!

Waited 15 mins, no server came to take drink order or great us. Two different servers went to find our server and eventually sent someone by with an excuse that out server was on a break.
10 mins later, we still don't have drinks. Btw we ordered soda.
Service at this location has always been horrible. It's not getting any better.
