Nice hotel, clean..near to shopping just few minutes walking.

The hotel is less than 10min walk from Andrew’s station which is a direct Silver Line 1 bus from airport to this station. Within many outlets like TJ mart, Macy , Marshall , Target, Stop and Shop , Olive Garden and Applebee’s and many other shop.
The hotel staffs were friendly. I was there for 11 nights and upon check out, this young gentleman on duty prepare to help waive off our USD$10 airport transfer for my family of 4 .
I must also gave a big clap to this lady serving the weekday morning breakfast . I think her name was Melinda , she was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We would definitely return if we were to visit Boston again.

Very good stay in the hotel with good breakfast. So far so good with the stay and love it a lot here. Though it is beside the expressway, it is quite quiet too.

I was paying cash at check-in, but was requested to must have a credit card to cover the incidentals and other deposits. I didn't have a credit card at that time, so I was told to must get an authorization from a third-party cardholder. I took more than an hour to get through the ordeal. Ended up $435 from a credit card deposit and $200 cash deposit.

The ambiance is rated for the surrounding large shopping mall; it really has everything.
The parking lot is packed with cars at night.
IHG's characteristic is that the beds are all very high. It's alright, I'd say.
It's a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which is pretty good and convenient.
There are also many restaurants nearby, since it's next to the shopping mall.
There's a lobster roll place; I'll try it next time I stay.

The room was tiny; the bed was a mere 1.5 meters wide, which is quite rare in the US.
Breakfast was decent. The instant oatmeal was easy to prepare, and there were eggs and whole-wheat bread. Freshly made cookies were available at 6 PM.

It was a great experience. The room was large, the transportation was convenient, and it was very close to the red line. Coffee and hot water were available all day, and there were delicious cookies in the afternoon. I would choose it again next time I go. The hotel's airport pick-up service was also very good, fast, 24 hours a day, and very convenient.

I had an amazing stay. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient front - desk staff. They checked me in quickly and provided all the necessary information with great patience.My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

It was the end of the night and we are all tired, yet the bartender/ waiter (I'm embarrassed to say I didn't ask her name). She was the only bartender there tonight, and she still had a smile. She was prompt, attentive and efficient. And I appreciate her greatly. Thanks girl!

Waited 15 mins, no server came to take drink order or great us. Two different servers went to find our server and eventually sent someone by with an excuse that out server was on a break.
10 mins later, we still don't have drinks. Btw we ordered soda.

Not the greatest location...the workers are rude ignorant and argumentive besides one (the younger girl with blonde hair she's always nice and professional) the rest suck! There is no seats only a stand at table to eat and when u try to enjoy a bagel or something they wanna sweep and mop while u trying to eat! Nevermind if you're a daily paying customer theyll give u a hard time if u ask them to wash off your monster can after buying it from them and expect me to drink a dirty can that could have mice droppings on it from the factory
