The hotel's location is great, and the facilities and environment are excellent. The service is also very good. The only downsides are that breakfast is a bit boring, and the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. You can hear people in the hallway quite loudly.

Was at the seaport district area for a meeting. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was ok. Breakfast was lovely and warm and a pleasant touch to every morning. Good value for the price paid.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a sliding door with no lock which was annoying. There was a well stocked store with drinks and snacks in the lobby. There was a large selection for breakfast but none of it was very good except of course the waffles. The waffles were good. There was coffee and tea available all day which was convenient. The pool was small but well maintained and there were plenty of clean towels. Very nice harbor view. It was walking distance to many attractions including the aquarium. However it was a bit far from the seaport district.

We had a great time at the hotel. Everybody was very nice and helpful. We stayed three nights during our visit to Boston and we couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we need. Staffs was extremely helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

A clean hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was good, although such a terrible waste using plastic cutlery and cups as well as paper plates and cups, not great for the environment at all.
Nice downstairs area to socialise in the evening. It would have been nice to have been told on check in about the free food available on Wednesday evening, with crackers, cheese, salad, soup, cookies, beer and soft drinks rather than stumble upon it 5 minutes before it stopped and therefore miss out. The same goes for the free coffee that is available all day and only finding out about it not long before leaving..
Didn't use the swimming pool as was rather crowded already when we went there. The gym was spacious and welll equipped. No flexibility on a later check out, with check out being 11am which is early for a hotel of this size. Location wise we walked or took the local buses which was fine but you are some distance out of the city which might not suit some.

Highly recommend this Hampton Inn location. The site is perfectly located in southern Boston. The service is impeccable and amenities even better. The housekeeping team is so lovely and caring. Ms Melissa and Cecelia have made my weekend so special!
The breakfast is great and provides so many options from Keto to Gluten Free. There will be no hungry picky eaters.
Check in and out were super fast. Valet parking, though not free, kept our safe and brought it around fast.
Again, couldn't recommend this location more!

I hope you like walking...this hotel isn't really near anything. I didn't mind the walk but it's at least 20 to 30 min to get to places. The cleaning staff and the Valets were helpful and very nice, wish I could say the same for the front desk staff. My boyfriend and I always stay at Hilton rewards hotels because he is a member and this front desk staff was the least helpful by far. When we asked Natalia where she recommended to eat, she handed us a paper with restaurants on it and told us the best way to get there was Uber or walk. The Valet told where to go and gave us directions. And the free breakfast....way too many people in a little space to eat. The kitchen staff couldn't keep up with the demand of all the people and there wasn't enough seating. Being a Hilton reward member we frequent many hotels we like....this will not be one of them.

Brewery tours are only $5, and if you go at an off-peak time, you don't have to wait! Tours have a portion in their pour room where it is unlimited 2oz pours of whatever is on their taps (several UFOs, cider, etc.) and you get to try lots of variety! Definitely worth the trip.

Great brewery tour. Fun atmosphere in the beer hall. Beers are kind of hit and miss, but there's plenty of good ones. Pretzels are dynamite!

So much fun! My friends and I had a wonderful time, everything tasted great from the drinks to the pretzels, every employee was extremely kind and helpful and were working really hard, and the tour was AMAZING. Ted and Paige did a phenomenal job of ensuring we learned a lot and had fun doing it. Can't wait to go again!

Second time here and the tour was not good. Tour guides seemed to be tired and we did not get an enthusiastic tour we anticipated. Tours were overbooked so we only got 5 minutes in the tasting room. Good beers but slightly disappointed in the service that day.
