The room service was delicious. It was centrally located to all of our destinations. It was clean and the staff were incredible.

This hotel is conveniently located close to two major intersections, yet it is tucked away & quiet. The outside appearance is much grander than you expect for a Courtyard. Beautiful lobby sitting area & pool

There is no ocean view but was not expected to have one. Clean and friendly check in service. The bistro hours are limited and pool is only open sunup to sundown. Wished it would stay open longer.

The bartender was very pleasant and provided hospitality. The room was clean and spacious. A little confusing getting around the hotel the first time. Nice pool and accompanying jacuzzi

Thank God for the Courtyard Marriott in Mount Pleasant on Isle of Pines, SC! I absolutely would not stay at the first hotel i booked on your ap. This hotel was much better. The desk lady at the Marriott was wonderful!

This is one of the finest hotels in the city at the corner of Meeting and Market Streets. True old southern charm and feel with great staff and a terrific restaurant. Easy access to everything in the historic district.

We had breakfast everyday at the Peninsula. Excellent service and food. There were many shopping areas to browse through within walking distance.

Everything was absolutely exceptional! Korey and Kathleen at Peninsula Grill made the experience fantastic. Liam checked on us every day and I could not ask for a better experience

We have been wanting to stay at the planters inn for years. It’s a great location and a wonderful inn. We stayed in the Governors suite which was very lovely

The room was wonderfully decorated and large. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was Ideal and the restaurant food was excellent.

For a older property it well maintained. I get treated very well when staying there....the restaurant is great, atmosphere as well....

The level of service was amazing. The hotel room’s sink would not drain and they changed our room right away. Frank from front desk was very courteous, and texted throughout the stay

The service at the front desk was excellent - both at check in and on departure! We were only there to sleep for two nights while we moved our daughter into her new apartment

to make the long drive back to Illinois, and the front desk person was so kind - even gave us bottled water for our trek! The room was clean and comfortable as well

Called later that evening they located them and we were able to retrieve them. This hotel and its staff gave excellent service

I quiet, clean, nice amenities(pool, gym, free breakfast, easy parking, great location). I have stayed here several times over the last few months and have been very happy.

The shower amenities were of very poor quality, the towels were rough, the pillows were way too soft to support your head and the toilet just really didn’t want to flush

The rooms were clean but the towel bar fell down and something else fell down too. Can’t remember now what it was. Everything in the bathroom was rusted

Our room was clean and stocked. the lady working the front lobby was polite and respectful and greeted us upon our arrival. Breakfast was supper!

A solid option with easy access to the bridge and downtown. The beds seem quite new and are comfortable

The night we were there a lot of commercial vehicles (tree trimmers) parked on the property and left at 7AM so it was very noisy, diesel engine warming up etc. Not the first time too that this happened

Everything: it is an impeccable place,beautifully decorated both in rooms and public places, wonderful creature comforts like bottled water, cocktail hour, milk and cookies and continental breakfast delivered to your room

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bed were very comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean. Complementary water seems to be abundant. Included breakfast, cookies and beverages were a rare treat

The Harbor View Inn was spectacular. The service, the extras, the location was absolutely wonderful. 11out of 10 would definitely stay there again.

Shower/tub area of the bathroom could always be upgraded as ours felt a little faulty at times, but well aware that this hotel is an older building that's been renovated recently

Rooms never cleaned after check in, one towel was changed out olafter the first night. Nothing for the next 2 nights. No do not disturb or request not to clean.

I was originally concerned about being away from the King Street, Broad, Meeting area, but the neighborhood was precious with awesome restaurants. We used their bikes to see the city like we never have before

Yes, everything was great in the parking was very well. Would like to see a bigger sign out front to see where the hotel is.

Water pressure and consistency of hot water was just not there. Other guests shared they had same hot water issues while we were talking in elevator. Hallways had towels left by doors each of the days we stayed

The reason for staying at Best Western is to eat breakfast. Among these express hotels, Best Western has the most abundant breakfast. Service: The coffee at the front desk is also good

It was very difficult to get supplies for the room that should have already been stocked ( toiletries , towels, coffee, etc) due to language barrier

We stayed here versus downtown Charleston and was happy that we did as it was close to Isle of Palms (nice beach area with restaurants) and then also to Sullivan island for Yorktown museum and Ship

The room was big and clean. It was nice to have the kitchenette in the room. The staff was great too. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We especially want to give a shoutout to Michael at the front desk. He gave us a great welcome to the hotel and was very knowledgeable about the area. Nothing was too much trouble for him

Parking fees should have been included. We enjoyed everything about our stay but the cost of the parking. We paid premium prices for our rooms so I believe the parking should have been included in our stay.

The menu breakfast was very fresh and staff attentive. Although the room was clean it needs a major upgrade. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The manager reception was a nice added free service.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary bottle of their nicest wine! They serve free made to order breakfast that was delicious and they also serve complimentary cocktails every evening! The staff was FANTASTIC! We came back to our room one night and someone had smoked in the street outside our window so it smelled like smoke and they immediately gave us a new room...

Such a beautiful old lady of a place. Great breakfast wonderful park out the door for playing ball with our Dutchy. Love the indoor fountain nice 5:30-7:30 pm gathering Valet parking a little expensive

The hotel runs a shuttle bus to downtown Charleston which makes life much easier to visit the downtown area

Downstairs is the yacht marina, and the view outside the window is beautiful and makes you feel great! The breakfast here is also rich and varied, and the fruits such as oranges, bananas, and apples are all fresh and delicious!

Breakfast was great! Consisted of oatmeal bar, scrambled eggs, breakfast meat (one day bacon the next day sausage) a variety of breads, a breakfast sandwich and juices and coffee. We would definitely stay again

The room was spacious, and service was very friendly! Great breakfast options, too. However, the ironing board was broken, there was a stain on the bed skirt, and one of the towels had makeup stains

My hubby and I did a two night stay for a pre-Christmas celebration and shopping. We were greeted by the friendliest staff and our room was a large king suite with a beautiful view

This was our first time, staying at this property. The first room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. That wasn’t the property’s fault, but they made it right. The second room was great.

The room was huge! Full size fridge and microwave, plus just about any utensil needed to make a complete meal. The staff was so courteous and helpful and my fur baby was thrilled with the dog biscuits on the counter.

It's between 6-12 dollars in an uber to town depending what time of day A big shout out to Precious and the lady who does the food - they could not do enough for us and were exceptionally attentive

Yes, Precious welcomed is in and assigned us to our rooms. She listened to my request and placed us across from one another. She was helpful in assisting us in finding, food for the evening.

Great location. Hotel was mostly clean and updated. Room stank heavily of mold / mildew and no option to open the window which kinda sucks. Otherwise comfortable.

Asked for broom, mop, and linens 4 times after 1st night, speaking twice to front desk, and 4 times personally to the house keeper on duty who said she'd bring me linens, broom and mop to clean room
