The Wi-Fi in my room (and in their lobby!) never worked on any of my devices, and several colleagues staying in other rooms had the same issue. This is just unacceptable, especially for traveling professionals. They do this to force you to pay more and upgrade. My mattress cover was ripped and clearly worn out. Basic upkeep was lacking. The AC didn't work properly. I had it on 69 degrees but it still felt 10 degrees hotter. I was also frustrated about the late checkout fee to stay ~1 hr past my regular checkout time. This felt petty and unnecessary.
Nice staff and locationaside, I would not stay here again. Poor value and not worth the frustration.
The valet team was amazing and they have a super star on their team Blake!!! Blake went above and beyond from keeping the car close while we checked in to putting our bags in the car while we went to lunch!!! The true definition of 5 Star Service!!! Thank you Blake!
The room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to both relax and work. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything fresh and pristine throughout my stay. Small details like a well-stocked bathroom, excellent water pressure, and quiet hallways made a big difference during such a busy week.
The amenities were just as outstanding. The lobby and common areas provided the perfect blend of style and function, whether for casual networking with colleagues or unwinding at the end of the day. Breakfast each morning was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start long conference days.
Location was another highlight—convenient to the conference venue, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still felt like a peaceful retreat when I returned each evening.
Overall, the AC Hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. A weeklong stay can really put a hotel to the test, and this property delivered consistent comfort, cleanliness, and service day after day. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure and look forward to returning in the future.
