Just arrived at the AC hotel in downtown Nashville after a lengthy drive from Memphis. Greeted at registration with ultimate politeness. my room was ready And what a room. Robert brought my luggage promptly. Service has been incredible. Looking forward to my stay here
We stayed here this weekend and parked our car through their valet service. They were always super quick after we requested our car providing us with a great experience. Chase was able to help us and he was great. The whole team was super professional down to their attire and everyone treated us very well. The service at this valet was always amazing.
Everything was exceptional. Didn’t try the breakfast as that was provided y the conference I was attending, but the food looked great.
This property was amazing. The only thing I can fault them for is that my bed did not have a fitted sheet and the mattress pad was torn on the end so it kept coming off the mattress. Other than that, everything was perfect!
I stay at AC’s often when I go out of town. This hotel was very pretty and the rooms are nice. I was very disappointed that for $450 a night they didn’t make up our room, freshen our towels or do any housekeeping at all. We got there on Thursday, by Saturday they still hadn’t made up our room so I requested that we at least get some fresh towels. Got home at 3am, still no new towels. I it wasn’t until...
We had a great stay and everyone was so nice! It’s close enough to broadway to walk, would be great if you were coming to an event at Bridgestone! The beds are so comfy!
The valet team was amazing and they have a super star on their team Blake!!! Blake went above and beyond from keeping the car close while we checked in to putting our bags in the car while we went to lunch!!! The true definition of...

free apps and drinks in evening kickoff. pool and hot tub very nice. close to downtown
The staff was very welcoming and accomidated a request I had. The hotel was clean and the location is very close to Broadway which was great! There was a full breakfast (had a good amount of options)and a happy hour which was a plus! The pool/hot tub was very clean and great for taking laps or just hanging out. One downside of the hotel was the housekeeping. They came into the room but only provided...

The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, with clean, spacious rooms that made for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, cafes, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The front desk service was quite average; after some communication, they gave us a low-floor room with a balcony facing the main entrance. However, the cleaning staff was very nice. The hotel facilities are a bit old.
Graduating from Vanderbilt a few years ago, I'd say the price isn't particularly expensive or cheap; it's pretty standard for the area, making this hotel a good value overall. Parking isn't free and costs an additional $35. There is a way to save money, though: you can park across the street at the park and walk back.
Holiday inn Nashville-Vanderbilt was conveniently located and the shuttle service to down town was very nice. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
Good value for the price. Airconditioner is noisy though :)
Stayed here as part of a Newmarket holidays, staff were excellent. Live music in the Commodore Grill. Only had breakfast which is buffet style $16.99 in my opinion it was good. Taylor our waitress was very attentive and chatty.
The beds are comfortable rooms clean housekeeping were excellent.
Reception staff were professional.
Our room on the 11th floor had an excellent view of the pantheon. The howl...

The room was clean and what you'd expect from a Garden Inn. The hotel is nice, and the breakfast is affordable and a buffet for $20. The front desk staff are caring and attentive. Valet parking only at $59 a night. An excellent stay, highly recommend.
All staff members were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. Valet services were prompt.
Good hotel. Exactly what you want in a hotel room, clean, nice staff, and accessible 24/7. But I didn’t like that they made you do valet parking, that was an inconvenience.
We were able to get in our room early and had a full day of sightseeing. Everything was very clean and staff were great.
The property is very nice and walking distance from Broadway. Parking is way too expensive at $59 a day. We were there 3 nights and were charged $250 for parking.
He hotel was more than I expected. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel! We’ve stayed here several times now and have had excellent service from the front desk the bar/food and our shuttle driver to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was pretty good. We will stay there again.
Checking was easy, property was clean. Upon checking into our room, the floors were not swept. Both bed linens were visibly dirty and one bed had blood on the sheets. Sherri at the desk was very apologetic and moved us immediately. The new room was clean, toilet smelled of raw sewage and one of the bed skirts had crusted stain on it that we covered with a napkin not to touch.
The room service was upon request only, but we were not made aware of that until our 3rd day there, so our room didn’t get cleaned as I had expected. The elevator didn’t work about half the time we were there and we were staying on the 7th floor. The room ac also would never drop below 72, even though I set it at 68 at night time. Other than that, the staff was mostly friendly and the fitness center...
Has a small bar, clean and stocked. You do have to pay for breakfast, but is higher quality. Like the room setup.
good for one night
the airport shuttle was a great touch - but the lift was constantly broken and had to keep taking service lift in the back of the hotel -
Check-in was a bad first impression. The front desk staff looked like she didn’t want to be there — no smile, no greeting, no basic customer service. Just handed us the room key like they were doing us a favor.
The room itself was fine — nothing fancy, but no major issues. Clean enough and functional, so no complaints there.
The only reason we stayed here was because of the hotel’s long-term parking...

Everything was just as it should be. The staff was great, personable, professional.
I had to wait several minutes at the front desk as they were on the phone. They seem to be training a new employee. Then I went up to the room. The shower handle was rusty, and it was really hard to figure out how to turn on the shower. The bed was not very comfortable. One of my pillowcases had a melted spot on it. It was rough and uncomfortable. One of the lights in the room had some sort of part...
Not sure I had clean sheets, they were wrinkled. Hair (not mine) in bathtub. It was the darkest hotel room I’ve ever had, had to go buy a lamp to work at the desk. There was desk lighting, but it was blocked by open laptop. Front desk guys were great.
Such a beautiful place to stay. We loved hanging out at the firepit in the courtyard. We used the bikes a few times to get around to the shops. There is lots of dining options within an 5 minute walk and only a 15 minute walk to the Bluebird Cafe.
Very nice area and the rooms were very nice with great amenties. Loved the roof top pool. Food selection was very limited however and not that much selection within walking. There is a resort fee now at the property but never made aware of it. Cleaning apparently is every other day but never communicated anywhere. Thats ok just would have liked to know as maid staff said we had to call down to request
Our room was about an hour late for availability at check in but the front desk staff were absolutely awesome and made it right. I appreciate the guy at the front desks effort to make it right for the room not being ready. Upgraded view, comped parking and bottled water.
The rooms are fine enough. BUT THE STAFF!
I thought this was a quality buy based on the hospitality alone. I don’t say that often - even in 5 star hotels. The breakfast is also REALLY good.
Whatever this hotel lacked it was made up for with smiles and care behind the front desk. Kudos to the team and management staff. It really is a lost art. A+
This hotel was in a great location and very clean. Kia, the employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to us. She told us about the shuttle that took us to broadway and what a bonus that was. We had muffins for evening snack. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely go back there if ever in the area again. Thank you Hyatt Place.
The staff was great here. Give them all a raise.Kia is the definitely always helpful and upbeat! The only complaint was how small the bathroom was. But the rest was all so good I would definitely stay here again.
This has been the nicest Hyatt place experience we have ever had! The whole space was nice. The staff was so kind, and the rooms were great. A highlight was the complimentary breakfast. The space was well set up. It was full of plentiful options that were delicious. Overall just a great stay!
We especially loved the staff...Jess, LT, and Deyoka... give these ladies a raise! They made our stay feel like we were at home away from home. They were friendly, greeted everyone who entered the hotel, and took care of our food and travel needs.
The meals they prepared for us in the evening were great... especially the drumsticks! 😉
The room was fresh and clean, quiet, and had plenty of space...
The staff makes this place excellent. Every employee was kind and seemed to genuinely care about the hotel and it's guests. Especially Kia at the front desk. Breakfast was also better than I was expecting. This is a fairly basic hotel but they are on point and still offered free cookies all day long, and more than the bare minimum at breakfast, kept everything stocked and moving. Well done!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. That made our stay pleasant. The hotel was clean inside, but the grounds surrounding it not so much. This part of town is kind of sketchy. But for the price it was good.
Lodging was nice enough, wifi was inadequate
The wifi was inadequate for me to get certain work done on gmail. Email is now integral to most work, and wifi that isn't adequate for gmail to load is not good enough!
Everyone was friendly; establishment was extremely clean, rooms were very clean and nice. Definitely will be booking with them in the future.
I had an unexpected layover in Nashville. The Courtyard was selected because of my familiarity with this this Marriott chain.
The check in staff was pleasant and welcoming. Easy to check in.
The room was comfortable.
This Courtyard is a little worn but still clean.
Great stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. Only disappointment is they don’t offer a shuttle as advertised. According to employees, they haven’t offered that service in years. Other than that, great place to stay!
The hotel was beautiful and spacious. Our room was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the elevators and hallways were so hot. The air was clearly not working in those areas. It made it hard for the air in our room to keep up.
Nashville, 425 Glastonbury Rd (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Lack of groceries and local restaurants nearby. Bad neighborhood not too far away.
Our first room reeked of ****. We asked to be moved and the next room smelled like musty, wet dog. I couldn't tell where exactly that smell was coming from. I don't know what this trend is lately with hotels putting "nightlight-strength" lighting in bathrooms, but it makes it very difficult to do your makeup. So ladies, plan on bringing additional lighting unless you like getting ready in the dark...
The room is large and close to the airport
Stopped here for early flight out of Nashville. Easy to get to, competitive pricing with nice big room. Comfy bed, polite staff, no problems with this hotel. 10 mins drive to airport 👍
The staff. Gym, the room size and everything. Good breakfast!

Very nice place 11 min ride from Downtown Nashville. Looks like it did get a facelift. Clean, with nice staff running it. Free breakfast 6-9am was a nice extra. Cool clubhouse and nice equipped gym. They also had an outdoor pool but it was winterized already for the season. Overall nice experience. 👌
Motel was bought out by Wyndham, seems improved compared to the reviews on here. Wasn't the worst room I've stayed in. Didn't see any bugs..pool wasn't in service, but I never swim in hotel pools anyway
First day in . Took a quick 2day vacation from chattown USA. So far so good. Older remodeled buildings.its quite around here . Nice staff. And cool bar at this location. Worth the $ off priceline.
Stayed at this hotel the last three nights, I haven't seen any bugs and our water works just fine. Everything was pretty great definitely for the price we paid! Plus in a very great location, close to everything. Staff is very friendly and pool is nice. A/C works good.??????

Quick trip
Such a cute spot! Enjoyed our short stay! Loved it and would definitely stay again.
Beautiful property as in old church. Room was super spacious and comfortable. Recommend highly as by staying there you also help the homeless.
Great room, East Nashville location, comfy bed
Super cool converted church - great East Nashville location. Comfy bed and great hot shower. No checkin desk or staff per se on site but everything super easy and user friendly. Remote check in - key codes emailed for entry. Felt very safe. Very clean. Hope to stay again.
Excellent value. Nice area. Comfortable room. Great communication with management. Quiet and beautiful room with high quality amenities. Included parking is absolutely amazing, considering the options available in the city. Would love to stay here again.
The Russell was beautiful, clean, they had complimentary snacks and water, I appreciated the Dyson hairdryer (fabulous for thick hair). The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Nice historic neighborhood, quiet.
Love this place
This was one of my favorite places ever. It’s so comforting and cool. Great place to hang out and relax. Room was awesome. Only thing missing is a patio or deck area. We will definitely be back.
We stayed at Loews Vanderbilt and absolutely loved it. The rooms were perfect. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting to the Xmas decorations to the complementary tea and water. The valet staff was the best anywhere. Although we didn’t have a car they drove us to our places we wanted to go and would pick us up when we called. Joe Day and I wish I remembered all their names were the best.
We hosted an event at Loews Nashville and had a great experience overall! The service was wonderful all around. The hotel team was incredibly hospitable. The bellmen who work in the lobby are exceptional. The event services and banquets team were very friendly and on top of things. The front desk team was lovely. The meeting space is very nice and looks freshly renovated. The gym is state of the art...
Wow talk about service! We booked the Loews as our wedding block hotel and we could not be more impressed with the service we received and the service our guests received. From check in to check out it was such an easy process! Every employee of the Loews was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. I travel for work almost weekly and I am constantly in different hotels and this is the best service I...
The Asian lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) who helped us check in. Very patient and friendly.
The bed is very comfy.
But the room has no fridge or microwave, which is inconvenient for a 6-night stay. I did request one fridge, but it only came after my third request, and my milk/yogurt was sitting at room temperature waiting for hours, I had to get ice to keep them cool while waiting.
Because...
The location was a bit far. Considering the price of the room, I could of paid like $40 more to stay closer to Broadway and saved on Ubers.
My wife and I stayed at Loews, for a trip that was a combination of both business and pleasure. From start to finish the hotel staff have been very pleasant and have done everything possible to ensure that our stay is the best that it can be. Any requests have been attended to without delay and always with a smile. We would most certainly stay again.

Everything about the Hotel was very Nice and the Customer service was Excellent I would stay there again if I could and Thank U
The room I stayed in had some wear and tear on the walls and cob webs on the ceilings. It also had an odd odor. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the stay so friendly.
Warm welcome on arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. Location was good as not far from Music Row with its bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance to Broadway and the other sights. Bar staff and reception staff very friendly.
The receptionist accommodated my early arrival although she ignored my request for a quiet room as I found out that first Saturday night. Overlooking Broadway, I felt like I was sleeping on a NASCAR racetrack where cars with sirens were also allowed until 2am. Sunday night was the same thing although for not as late into the night. At the very least, provide earplugs for your guests.
Great for staying near downtown Nashville. I only wish they'd offer a shuttle servce for downtown, like some of other Hotels.
Excellent room. Only problem was shower door didn't close completely. so water went onto the floor outside of the shower.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Vanderbilt University, making it very easy to get to school. There's a row of restaurants, including a BBQ place, just across the road behind the hotel, which is quite convenient. The hotel is clean and comes with a kitchen, so you can do some light cooking.
Stayed for 5 nights and had to contact the front desk multiple times to request room cleaning, which only happened briefly on the last night. However, the hotel breakfast service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Very close to Vanderbilt University, making it our top choice for dropping off the kids at school. The room was spacious, well-equipped with a large fridge and utensils, and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money!
The room was very spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was great. There are sports facilities available, which looked good, though I didn't get a chance to use them.
I brought my daughter to visit Vanderbilt University, and this hotel truly impressed me with its top-notch facilities and excellent service. Its convenient location was a huge plus, and I especially appreciated having a gym for my workouts. The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was a bit too simple, though it still met our basic needs. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel with great value for...

The room was spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The hotel environment was quiet, and I slept undisturbed at night. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. Overall, I was very satisfied; it was good value for money and I recommend staying here.
It was a last-minute decision to visit Nashville. I set out around 8:30 in the evening, and after driving along a long, narrow country road, I finally entered the interstate highway.
By the time I arrived at the hotel, it was nearly midnight. Thankfully, the receptionist was kind enough to wait for me. I checked in and carried my luggage up to the room.

I was there for the NFL game. (Rams vs Titans)
The room was a nice size and the shower works well. The employees were helpful and kind. Commuting back and forth in the area was not bad at all.
Nice hotel
Check in was made easy with the help of Desarea, as I had goofed up our reservation. She was so helpful and understanding of our error and was a delight talking to her.
Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was OK. Elevator was broken and ice machine on floor was broken. Other than that. It was good value for the money.
Checking in was ready. Front desk staff was very nice. When we went to bed, my daughter found something all over her sheets and bed coverings. Clearly, the room was not cleaned properly. Called the front desk, and even though o had indicated that we were getting ready for bed, it took quite a while for someone to come up with a change of bedding. Which they tossed at us to take care of. I would not...
Breakfast needs some work
The hotel staff very friendly. The breakfast is adequate. Needs more variety. Clean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us about the bus service, which stopped right in front of the hotel. The bus was easy to use and inexpensive. Breakfast was substantial with good variety & the bed was very comfortable.
