The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, with clean, spacious rooms that made for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, cafes, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

The front desk service was quite average; after some communication, they gave us a low-floor room with a balcony facing the main entrance. However, the cleaning staff was very nice. The hotel facilities are a bit old.

Graduating from Vanderbilt a few years ago, I'd say the price isn't particularly expensive or cheap; it's pretty standard for the area, making this hotel a good value overall. Parking isn't free and costs an additional $35. There is a way to save money, though: you can park across the street at the park and walk back.

Holiday inn Nashville-Vanderbilt was conveniently located and the shuttle service to down town was very nice. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The staff at this hotel have been so incredibly kind and helpful! Really going the extra mile! Probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered at the front desk. I don’t write reviews typically, but this was definitely an exception worth mentioning.

This hotel is in a great location downtown, however the rooms are really packed into the hotel!! Service was not that good, the front desk on the night we were there pretty much ignored us. In the bar, no one came to get us..I had to go to the front of the bar to try and get my own menu and just not up to the service I like to see. Thankfully, we were only there for two nights!

Hotel was really clean and the rooms were huge for the price. The location for me was the best thing on it, being close to Broadway, a lot of good food options and most of the touristic stuff, like the trolley city tour or the Jack Daniel's distillery tour. Scott was really cool too, helping us a lot as we had a lot of luggage.

The room is gorgeous, clean, and very spacious. The hotel is right next to Broadway st., the Bridgestone Arena, and the Nissan Stadium, so there's tons nearby to do and see. This is a very nice hotel in a good location. It was very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They have live music at the bar at night. I would definitely stay here again. You have to have your room key to exit the parking garage. Not an issue unless you check out and leave the key at the desk.

Housekeeping was terrible Not thorough and came at 3:45pm when I asked for early clean and was gone at 7:15 am. This was repeated several times.
