I feel like as a resort hotel they should offer higher quality room amenities for coffee options and bathroom products as well as additional towels and washcloths, we had 4 people staying and only had 3 washcloths and 2 hand towels. Beautiful, grand, atrium-style hotel with gardens, fountains, restaurants, and shops greeting you upon entry. This place is massive, but great for families and offers a nice serene way to wake up, by walking through the green spaces in search of food or coffee. Kids have plenty of space to run around and be entertained, which is wonderful if you are traveling and they need to get dome energy out first...

Beautiful scenery! Many kid friendly activities (that are all overpriced) but my 4 year old loved it!  Down was our room was surprisingly disappointing, with a temperamental shower and limited storage space for our clothing. They compensated us for noise when I complained about the 3AM maintenance happening outside our window.

It's very rich, but there is a daily resort fee. You also need to pay extra to play in the water park.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very nice. The only issue was our initial room the tub was clogged and filled up with water. The manager Oxie was super nice and helpful and moved our room. I was very disappointed with the noise in the room. Our room was on the 15th floor. I noticed a mechanical sound that constantly went on and off. This is a great place to stay when traveling to Nashville and wanting to explore Broadway and the surrounding areas. It’s pretty centrally located which makes it very convenient. There’s a Whole Foods less than a block away along with all the coffee and restaurants of Broadway within a few blocks distance. It’s a perfect spot to be close enough, but yet have quiet at night. Valet parking only, which isnt sufficient. Paid parking outside of hotel was dangerous. Car parked near our vehicle had a window busted out during the night and was burglarized, in that lot. Was charged $32 for something we never received an invoice for, so we do not know what it was. Only used coffee machine so hopefully it wasnt that, for one cup of coffee. Lounge was nice upstairs.

every member of the staff was exceptional—from parking to front desk to hostess at roof top bar. The hotel lobby is impressive. we received a complimentary room upgrade with nice views of the city. first rate experience.

This place would have received more stars if on the first morning after the cleaning lady cleaned our room our charger wasn’t missing. We reported it to the front desk as it was an odd thing . Huge hotel 20+ stories. Room was nice, clean & spacious. Valet parking at $60.00/night - WAY TOO pricey but comparable to other hotels in that particular area. Street noise was unpleasant, could hear people in the hall talking and going in & out of rooms. Staff was stellar - friendly and helpful. Probably would not be my first choice of hotels.

I gave it four stars for the following: I left the breakfast order hangtag on my door at 9 pm. I thought I would wake up to breakfast but no one collected the hangtag. The phone in my room was dead. I tried multiple times to call front desk with my cell but was unsuccessful. There was no pricing anywhere in the room or online about the prices of snacks in the room.

Property is not a 5 star hotel at all. But it was convenient and clean. Rooms are very small. Staff was not friendly and nothing special about stayng here. Valet was awesome though. Friendliest valet I've ever experienced. Hard working, polite. That's the highlight of the whole hotel.

I had my husband’s bag and mine and no one offered to assist me to the room the gave me the key. They assured other travelers who were more capable and had less luggage. The room was not cleaned or restocked properly which was very disappointing. We had an event and I scheduled a blow out but the person was not a stylist it was at the hotel very odd and disappointing. We would not stay there again

The Joseph was an amazing property and so close to everything in downtown Nashville. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating! Valet service was also top notch !

Two of the 4 days certain facilities were "closed" for private events, restaurant one evening and pool Sunday morning until noon. A little frustrating, especially when paying that kind of money for the stay.

Wonderful hotel and great location Beautiful hotel with a great rooftop bar and pool. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the staff incredibly friendly. I was even able to check in early, which was a big plus. The location is perfect, walkable to all the fun spots. Will definitely be back!

The Hutton Hotel was very nice. I was super excited to stay there until I walked into my room and find not one but two chewed up tobacco pouches and the bathroom floor looked like it was swept or mopped. And the shower had hair, it’s like the bathroom was never cleaned.

Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. Large, well equipped rooms and exceptional bathrooms. The dining room decor was not memorable and not inline with the beautiful architecture of the building.

I got a raw hamburger at the restaurant and when I check out the charged me 58.00 for parking in the garage. I didn’t have a car. I don’t expect those things not to be resolved before I leave to go home. Won’t stay there again

My complaint is that for $25 a day, they offer you a complimentary welcome drink, coffee delivered to your room between 5-7 am, $15 off of your dining bill and faster wi-fi. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my daughter’s bday. Very safe area and walked to everything. Our room was very large and had such awesome decor. Was even able to check in early. Will defintely return.

What a brilliant hotel , we honestly couldn’t fault it in anyway, from the staff to the facilities everything was better than expected. With the added bonus of the rooftop pool and bar . Great location with everything in easy walking distance.

The only disappointment was the restaurant was Nader renovation and we were not notified when we booked. We love the Bobby Hotel and everyone’s there. Such wonderful staff.
