Overall great stay. I feel like as a resort hotel they should offer higher quality room amenities for coffee options and bathroom products as well as additional towels and washcloths, we had 4 people staying and only had 3 washcloths and 2 hand towels. The check in take entirely too long and they should have a way to avoid the long lines by offering digital check in and digital keys for the rooms...

Beautiful, grand, atrium-style hotel with gardens, fountains, restaurants, and shops greeting you upon entry. This place is massive, but great for families and offers a nice serene way to wake up, by walking through the green spaces in search of food or coffee. Kids have plenty of space to run around and be entertained, which is wonderful if you are traveling and they need to get dome energy out first...

Beautiful scenery! Many kid friendly activities (that are all overpriced) but my 4 year old loved it!  Down was our room was surprisingly disappointing, with a temperamental shower and limited storage space for our clothing. They compensated us for noise when I complained about the 3AM maintenance happening outside our window.

Food and drinks were great! Staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. I lost my wallet and everybody went far and beyond to help me find it. I’m so appreciative! Thank you!

The hotel was nice and clean. Room service was great. In a busy area so the lobby is always full. We used the spa as well, a bit overpriced for the service but overall we had a good stay.

The lobby was decorated beautifully and the service was great. There was an additional $135 “destination fee” when we arrived. Then the next morning none of us could shower because the water wasn’t working or there wasn’t enough pressure. For the price I definitely expected better but was not a bad stay.

Great staff, very clean and they even gave an upgrade. Would stay again when returning to Nashville. Very walkable to downtown.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. They were very helpful with directing us to great local attractions. The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of all the fun.

The room was large but it was a bit warn. The window treatments were old and didn’t close properly. The bathroom was large but outdated. The air/heat unit did not seem to heat well. We were constantly getting up to turn it up and down.

Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours. Bathroom shower curtain didn’t work and the floor was flooded. The room door didn’t shut properly on its own. Security was on top of it though they noticed and came to check.

This is a great place. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here.

Staff is so nice. Loved Tanner at the lobby bar . Front desk folks also great , but they did run out of basic beers and also breakfast options were consistently either out or very poor quality. For a flagship Marriott property I just would think they wouldn’t “ run out” of basic things

The location of the JW in Nashville is great. Short walk to Broadway etc. You expect nice things at a JW and the JW Nashville delivers.

Hotel and staff were amazing. The room had a few issues that I shared with the staff and they said they will correct them for the next guest.

My stay was actually wonderful and really brightened my experience here! I don’t usually give reviews for hotels, but this has changed my perception of them now. The location was super convenient and the service was excellent! Especially the valet who kept my car in great shape, Mike. He was so kind and went above and beyond to be of service and assistance to me! The rooms were also much to my satisfaction

I had an amazing stay at Sheraton Grand. The location of the hotel is perfect. My friends and I loved taking pictures around the hotel and the surrounding placed. I wanted to highlight the valet Mike. He was so sweet and helpful. Also the house keeping always did a great job organizing my things but still keeping them in the original area so I could easily find it.

Anthony worked valet during my stay at the Sheraton, and the service was great. He was super nice every time I interacted with him and always had such a positive attitude. My car was brought around quickly, and everything felt really smooth and easy. It might seem like a small thing, but having someone friendly and efficient like that honestly makes a big difference.

This is my second time visiting the Sheraton on business and one of the most notable things about this hotel is the people that work here. Everyone from the front desk (Maria) to Valet (Joshua) to our servers in the restaurant have treated us with kindness. They are all so friendly and seem to enjoy working here. I wish I could remember everyone’s name from my last visit in October, they were amazing...

Valet parking only, which isnt sufficient. Paid parking outside of hotel was dangerous. Car parked near our vehicle had a window busted out during the night and was burglarized, in that lot. Was charged $32 for something we never received an invoice for, so we do not know what it was. Only used coffee machine so hopefully it wasnt that, for one cup of coffee. Lounge was nice upstairs.

every member of the staff was exceptional—from parking to front desk to hostess at roof top bar. The hotel lobby is impressive. we received a complimentary room upgrade with nice views of the city. first rate experience.

Staff was excellent, our room had a noisey air conditioner fan. The food menu could be better and not have same thing every day.

The valet said it parking would be 60 for 2 nights when I got there and later found out it was 60 per night also breakfast could’ve been better maintained or served considering you have to pay for it other than that my stay was good probably would’ve stayed longer with better service

The rooms were beautiful, property was spotless. Not real impressed with the 60$ per day parking or the $150 a day for “incidentals” hold on you card is ridiculous.

If you’re looking for a spartan quiet place this might work. Rooms are pretty modern which translates to bare. We found out too late that the bar and all vending of adult beverages close at 11 pm!?! Not the place for celebrations! Disappointed that hot tub was not available during our stay.

The room was clean and adequate. There was no decorative aesthetic at all, no artwork, no color- just a room painted dark gray, a gray sofa, silver/gray drapes and the bed with white sheets. Drab and boring. The staff was courteous. I expect more than a clean room and a courteous staff when paying nearly $300.00 for a room for one night. Very disappointed.

Nashville trip was for a Vandy game. It is perfect location. Walkable to stadium, restaurants, and Centennial Park. Everything was very clean, good food and friendly service. It is also an easy drive from airport. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in Nashville and staying at this hotel. The receptionist who attended to us at the counter, Khoi, was exceptionally friendly and sweet. He made our stay extra special. Awesome experience! Rooms were superb (super clean) and the service was amazing -- we stayed here off peak time and, as such, they upgraded us to an incredible suite with the best view of Nashville. We had the most wonderful time at the Cambria Hotel! Everyone was super nice! We really enjoyed ALL the valet parkers and the shoe shine man Charlie. They are so kind and genuine.
