For a 5-star property with Omni’s reputation, I would expect more updated bathroom features to match the luxury standard elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service and atmosphere

Close enough to walk to all the downtown areas. Right next to the food assembly hall where they have great food, drinks and live music

Kierra at the front desk was very efficient and courteous and bar tenders Amanda, Aubrey and Marie were all amazing. I highly recommend the Renaissance !

My only complaint was the $30 resort fee which i am still not sure i got an offset for the two places that it can be used. Its not a resort and given the all in hotel cost is $400 or more, not fair

Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours

Wonderful hotel in perfect location in Nashville. Nice updated rooms and the Concierge lounge was very nice. Food at the Bridge bar was also great. All of the staff here are terrific

We ordered Room service for breakfast on NY day and the food was not as good as we had hoped. Bacon was hard and inedible and eggs were cold. We would skip that the next trip and eat at one of the local restaurants

Great location, service was excellent. We walked everywhere, very easy to take uber also. Ate at the grange, delicious food, great service. We had a great view of the Union hotel

This hotel was fabulous. Great location, close enough to walk to Lower Broadway, but far enough to be in a quiet area that is accessible. Room was very comfortable and downstairs bar had great service. Highly recommend.

Bellhop service was impeccable- and Valet was fast and friendly. Hotel was decorated for Christmas and NYE. Lobby Bar was nice, however closed early on NYE- we felt like it should have been open until at least 2

Our room was on the 15th floor overlooking the Frist Art Museum. It was clean and sexy and the view was amazing. Super comfortable King Sized Bed and very clean

I always get the corner king which leaves you with stunning views of the Nashville area, glass from floor to ceiling, even in the bathroom. If I could change anything I would add a couple more elevators

The location of the JW in Nashville is great. Short walk to Broadway etc. You expect nice things at a JW and the JW Nashville delivers.

Perfectly place in downtown Nashville. This is one of my favorite hotels. Absolutely beautifully done, large valet area to keep you off the street

JW Marriott Nashville is well situated both for exploring the town and for enough distance from broadway when desired.

Amenities (pool/rooftop/hot tub): did not use Location: 10 minute walk to Broadway, but at the top of a hill so walking downtown is great walking back to the hotel is not

We found out too late that the bar and all vending of adult beverages close at 11 pm!?! Not the place for celebrations! Disappointed that hot tub was not available during our stay

If you’re looking for a spartan quiet place this might work. Rooms are pretty modern which translates to bare

The valet said it parking would be 60 for 2 nights when I got there and later found out it was 60 per night also breakfast could’ve been better maintained or served considering you have to pay for it other than that my stay was good probably would’ve stayed longer with better service

Knocked 3 times, waited a few seconds and opened the door!! Good thing I had that latch on door and they couldn’t get in! Did not appreciate the lapse in security and privacy in our own room! I did bring it to front desk upon our departure

This hotel is just perfect. The location is probably its best selling point. All surrounded by music bars and places where to hang out, a full immersion in the country music culture !

There were a couple of different standard plug-ins that if you had the charging head for your cables, you would be okay. But between two people we had one charging head so it caught us a little off guard

Staff is great. People that stay there are a bit snobbish for my liking but the rooms are great. Made to order breakfast may be included with your stay. Gratuity is not included. Room service available.

There is only one negative that I can think of, and it's not a huge one, but I think it's necessary to point out. 📱📱There were zero USB plug-ins in the room

That area is utilized strictly for valet parking. Go ahead and go to the underground garage near the corner of 4th and Demonbreun. You can access the hotel from that parking garage

It was cold, so although we couldn't enjoy the rooftop itself the bar had a great view. We also enjoyed the room, everything was very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable

We stayed for my friends 40th birthday and it was a great experience. There was a Christmas themed rooftop bar, set up with festive decor and delicious drinks

You can easily walk a couple of blocks and you will be in the center of everything

Valet guys were great! CJ was very friendly when bringing me my luggage. Kept my luggage after check out so I didn’t have to lug it around. Gave me a water when I was dying after a walk uphill

My daughter and I stayed at the Cambria to celebrate her 21st birthday. Everything was amazing! Our check in with Erin was fast and she was so kind. The room was clean and perfect

No fridge or microwave, so leftovers are just not a possibility. We will certainly stay here again, but will bring a small cooler for anything we want to keep cold, and some hair clips to keep the curtains more closed

The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The coffee shop in the lobby was excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional! The beds were very firm. They were too firm for our taste and our back!

My only complaint is that on our last night they seemed to turn off the AC because a cold snap came through. However, being cold outside doesn’t mean it’s cold inside, so our room got too warm

The Noelle Hotel is a boutique hotel just a few blocks from the busy streets of Broadway. A very chic renovated hotel with lots of the "old features" still intact

Easy check- in, valet parking was quick and efficient- even during a busy time, room was clean and beautiful, overall we enjoyed our stay at the Noelle!

The staff from the people who help you with your bags to front desk to bar and restaurant staff were lovely with the exception of a couple of the girls who work front desk at night

Room was lovely and clean and most of the staff were helpful although not all! The rooftop bar staff especially Geoffrey were brilliant

The night we stayed they had to do some maintenance on the water system so there was a notice posted that there would be no water from 12am to 4am but they had bottled water waiting for you at the check in desk which was really nice

We had a 3 day party weekend in Nashville and don’t want the fun to end so we decided to extend our stay an extra night. We were looking for something budget friendly and came across this place on google

There was a separate living space and a washer and dryer which came with a starter set of detergent and dryer sheets. It was so nice to wash our clothes and come home and unpack and not have to worry about it

There’s an adorable little Italian cafe that’s attached that was also reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. When we go back to Nashville we will definitely be staying here

We booked it based on the walk ability to the bars on Broadway. We weren’t expecting much considering how affordable it was

We were completely blown away by the whole experience! It is just on the other side of the pedestrian bridge and the accessibility to Broadway was top notch
