Beautiful, grand, atrium-style hotel with gardens, fountains, restaurants, and shops greeting you upon entry. This place is massive, but great for families and offers a nice serene way to wake up, by walking through the green spaces in search of food or coffee. Beautiful scenery! Many kid friendly activities (that are all overpriced) but my 4 year old loved it!  Down was our room was surprisingly disappointing, with a temperamental shower and limited storage space for our clothing. They compensated us for noise when I complained about the 3AM maintenance happening outside our window.

It's very rich, but there is a daily resort fee. You also need to pay extra to play in the water park.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very nice. The only issue was our initial room the tub was clogged and filled up with water. The manager Oxie was super nice and helpful and moved our room. Unfortunately, our new beautiful room had the same problem with the bathroom sink clogged and filled up with water. They must have a drainage issue. Beside that, it was very nice

I was very disappointed with the noise in the room. Our room was on the 15th floor. I noticed a mechanical sound that constantly went on and off. This is a great place to stay when traveling to Nashville and wanting to explore Broadway and the surrounding areas. It’s pretty centrally located which makes it very convenient. There’s a Whole Foods less than a block away along with all the coffee and restaurants of Broadway within a few blocks distance. It’s a perfect spot to be close enough, but yet have quiet at night. The Sheraton Grand was very clean and newly remodeled. Our doorman was cordial and helpful. We were able to check In early which was great. Close to Broadway and great places to eat and drink!

it's a 7 min walk to broadway the main action street of Nashville. the roof top bar is amazing, one can borrow their record player and vinyls and listen in the room !

The hotel is in the center of the city, a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle... I went to the bar and music street at night. It's a rare sight to see. It's a very good short-term travel experience!

Valet parking only, which isnt sufficient. Paid parking outside of hotel was dangerous. Car parked near our vehicle had a window busted out during the night and was burglarized, in that lot. Was charged $32 for something we never received an invoice for, so we do not know what it was. Only used coffee machine so hopefully it wasnt that, for one cup of coffee. Lounge was nice upstairs.

every member of the staff was exceptional—from parking to front desk to hostess at roof top bar. The hotel lobby is impressive. we received a complimentary room upgrade with nice views of the city. first rate experience.

Staff was excellent, our room had a noisey air conditioner fan. The food menu could be better and not have same thing every day.

This place would have received more stars if on the first morning after the cleaning lady cleaned our room our charger wasn’t missing. We reported it to the front desk as it was an odd thing . Huge hotel 20+ stories. Room was nice, clean & spacious. Valet parking at $60.00/night - WAY TOO pricey but comparable to other hotels in that particular area. Street noise was unpleasant, could hear people in the hall talking and going in & out of rooms. Staff was stellar - friendly and helpful. Probably would not be my first choice of hotels.

I gave it four stars for the following: I left the breakfast order hangtag on my door at 9 pm. I thought I would wake up to breakfast but no one collected the hangtag. The phone in my room was dead. I tried multiple times to call front desk with my cell but was unsuccessful. There was no pricing anywhere in the room or online about the prices of snacks in the room.

Very good hotel, very clean and safe. There is a bar downstairs. Food and drinks are available until 11pm. Very close to the city. Huge parking lot, easy to park. The hotel balcony is very beautiful. The green plants are very nice.

Rented parking for a week. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and got us on our way quickly. Shuttle driver was extremely attentive and made the short ride safely. Great experience!

Stayed here as a last minute diversion. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were quiet and updated. Beds were some of the more comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. I wish they had a normal breakfast in the morning, instead of a restaurant. Overall good experience.

I was only able to stay for a weekend and it was a great experience. The staff are very nice, they have a lot of amenities, their food is great. The chef would walk around asking if everything you were eating was ok. The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I will be going back soon and taking the family with me this time.

This was my first time in Nashville and staying at this hotel. The receptionist who attended to us at the counter, Khoi, was exceptionally friendly and sweet. He made our stay extra special. He also gave us complimentary access to the lounge. Additionally, our room was very spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Nashville.

This is a nice, mid-level hotel. Front staff, cleaning crew, and the valets were all wonderful. We did have a drink in the inside bar as well--I wouldn't recommend as their bartender was not approachable, and the specialty drinks were not balanced well at all. While hotel staff, valet, front desk were very nice. Upon arriving at our room, 632, it smelled strongly of mildew. Turned the HVAC down to 65 to stop it from running. We stayed after attending the Linkin Park concert last night and it was wonderful. We were able to check in early and it was the perfect distance from Bridgestone. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. The only issue was Dierks Bentley is a bar that sounded like it was right outside my window but it is Nashville so I expected that in a way.

close to the airport with food options close by, although restaurant bar in hotel was good so we didn’t eat out. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. Free transfer to and from airport was a bonus and all the staff we encountered were lovely and extremely helpful.

Hotel was very nice. I booked at last minute for a trip. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable. They have a nice little pool, workout room and on site laundry. I think that's pretty standard these days. The tap house in the building was nice as didn't seem like there was anything within walking distance. Would stay here again.

This hotel has very convenient location (no question), but when it comes to everything else this is not a 4 star hotel maybe 3.5 the most. Room has no closet no desk. It’s furnished very poorly. Reception is on a 5th floor. Elevator takes you to any floor without requiring to insert room key (which is not safe for guests).

The Hutton Hotel was very nice. I was super excited to stay there until I walked into my room and find not one but two chewed up tobacco pouches and the bathroom floor looked like it was swept or mopped. And the shower had hair, it’s like the bathroom was never cleaned.

Highly recommend The Thompson Staff was very friendly and always helpful. They went above and beyond at all times from the moment we arrived with the doorman, the bellman and the receptionist to the time we departed. In addition, the staff at the restaurant was also friendly and the breakfast was amazing! Their biscuits and their cinnamon roll in a skillet were delicious.

Only thing I didn't like was all the bachlorettes and the noise and running in halls. I was on the third floor and road noise was loud on occasion but these are all things that the hotel couldn't control.

The only disappointment was the restaurant was Nader renovation and we were not notified when we booked. We love the Bobby Hotel and everyone’s there. Such wonderful staff.
