There was no kitchen in the room we stayed in. There was a microwave in a refrigerator in the room. However, the sinks were not working. The shower was very low pressure. The room was clean. The mattresses are very old and worn out. They could probably use replacing.
They were very stingy with towels and would only deliver them to the room when you asked there were no towels available when we checked in
This is a simple motel with not a lot of amenities good enough if you just wanna stay there and go to one of the parks or attractions in pigeon Forge, but if you’re looking for a nicer hotel, this isn’t it

This is an older hotel but the bed was extremely comfortable it was as clean as it could be given it being older. I'm just cimmon folk so it worked well for us and worth the price we would stay here again.

Not ideal staff was nice but we didnt have any towels in room and door lock stopped working so we had to get let in everytime we came back to the room

Will Not Return.
Unfortunately, all of the negative reviews for this property stand up to their descriptions. We will not be returning to stay. This hotel is in dire need of addressing from the amenities to getting towels and such when requesting them. This hotel is in need of major renovation. Also glad we didn't stay on the third floor as we were told the pest issue was the WORST there.

The staff was severely understaffed. Both my rooms were not clean. That includes toilet, bathtub, sinks, floors, and roaches on the floors. An old Ruth brush, and tooth paste left over from a previous stay. The worst room I have even rented in my lifetime. A one star rating is a far stretch, DO NOT stay here.

Our experiencie at this hotel Was disappointing. The service was poor, and the staff treated us in an inappropriate manner, We expected a more professional and friendly attitude, I would not recommed this place until they improve their customer service.
Lamentablemente nuestra estancia no fue agradable. El servicio fue muy malo y el personal nos trató con falta de respeto. No recibimos la atención ni la cortesía que se espera de un hotel. Ojalá tomen medidas para mejorar el trato hacia los huéspedes

The pics do not look like the rooms. Beds are extremely hard but were clean. The floor could have used a good sweeping and mopping. There were kids clothes in the dresser. Could have been left by previous guest. It wasn't really a big deal. The AC was cold which was great. The employees were nice.

COCKROACHES!!
VERY VERY NASTY SHEETS!!!! NEVER BEEN WASHED PEE, MAKEUP, CHEETOS AND ALOT OF STAINS ON THEM. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS FILTHY, THE VENTS IN THE BATHROOM HAD MOLD AND WATER STAINS AROUND IT ALSO HAD POOP ON THE WALLS, MOLD ON THE CEILING.. DUCK TAPE AROUND THE DOOR. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER SHE ACTED LIKE THIS IS OK AND NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SHE LOOK AT HER HUSBAND AND LOOKED BACK AND SAID THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE...

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. While the hotel advertised itself as pet-friendly, there were no designated areas to walk dogs or accommodate pets at all. In addition, housekeeping never came by to clean the room during my stay, which meant no fresh towels and no trash removal. For the price, I didn’t expect much. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets or expecting daily room upkeep.

Not going to lie...my wife has been talking about this place since the first time we visited the Smokies, over 3 years ago, as one of her favorite places. We love the German food and her favorite will always be the hot potato salad.
It is a laid back atmosphere and if you are in mood for something different then this is the place to go.
Schnitzel was amazing and so was the pot roast. I will probably hear for next 3 years about this place till we go back again 😀. Highly recommended!

A MUST when visiting PF! We’ve been here 3 times over the past couple years and the service and food is always incredible AND consistent! Appetizers we love are the potato pancakes and giant pretzel. The pot roast alone is worth the drive, no matter how far, but that traditional schnitzel steals the show, too! And while the German chocolate cake is superb, nothing beats the apple strudel! The Wild Bear is Pigeon Forge’s best kept secret! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing as usual. This is our favorite place to eat in Pigeon Forge, hands down! Every meal is amazing as we have made our way through the entire menu in the past few years. The sausage sampler and giant pretzel are a must! The burgers and brats are memorable! The desert, if you can make it, is worth saving some room for. Service is great and the staff seem to enjoy themselves.

Great food, great service & exceptionally good dessert!! Chicken parmigiana and mashed potatoes were good. Pot roast was good. The Apple Strudel was AMAZING beyond words, it was freshly made, warm with perfect amount of caramel & served with vanilla bean ice cream...big enough for two to share!!! (Yes, I shared).
Forgot to mention,their ranch salad dressing is fantastic, homemade too. 2nd time there within a week, had a delicious cheeseburger & cold brew a few days ago!

We always come here when we visit Pigeon Forge. Friendly servers. Food is always good. The sausage appetizer and apple dessert are must haves! The pot roast is so delicious. All meals have beef very good. We go for lunch: dinner and breakfast.
