Reviews
The room did not seem clean. The floors were sticky, the bedding was wrinkly, and there was a faint sewage smell coming from the shower that made the room smell. The refrigerator did not work.
While we were in our a room, another guest was given our same room and a key for it and keyed into our room. She was horrified and we were also horrified. The staff didn’t offer us anything other than “sorry that happened”. It was incredibly unprofessional.
This is neither here nor there but it also seems that people may be living out of this hotel.
People were yelling down the halls and at one point people were having a verbal altercation at the end of the hall.
It was a HORRIBLE experience. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. One of the staff members was outside smoking cigarettes multiple times when we came in and out. I expect Hyatt’s to be clean and nice and this one was not.
