Great hotel for a short stay. The room was spacious and super clean. All amenities were provided. Dallas seemed a little deserted with not a lot happening in the area but if you come with a car this is a great choice. The restaurant also serves great bbq meat and candied bacon beans!
Sheraton Dallas Downtown beautiful
this hotel is immaculate
the staff so professional
hotel is extra clean and sanitize
breakfast yummy
Overall ok but check in experience was awful. 6 hr flight delays caused my arrival time to be 3 am. Reception eventually checked me in and sent me to the south tower to a single bed room when I had specifically reserved two queen beds. I returned to reception and was told that’s the only room in the entire hotel available (certainly a challenge for me and my fellow 63 yr old male friend). Receptionist...
The facilities are complete and you can check in. The facilities are quite comprehensive, such as restaurants, gyms, and small supermarkets where you can buy breakfast, so you don't need to leave the hotel. The swimming pool is a little small
When visiting Dallas, I chose this Sheraton. The hotel is very good in all aspects, with warm service, rich and varied breakfast, complete facilities, and clean rooms. It would be perfect if the windows in the room could be cleaned. Living on the 36th floor, I originally had a good view of downtown, but it was a pity that the view was blurry because of the window.
This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.

Water on shower got stuck very hard to turn and even though I have a handicap placard I was not able to park in the handicap spots because they were blocked off which made it hard on me
The lobbys are lovely and the restaurants are all great. Love the concept of Counteroffer.
Staff all helpful and friendly
Only neg is the sound proofing of the door between lock off rooms. I could hear every word the other room was saying. Luckily they went to bed early. Atrium 10th floor.
The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive and courteous. I had a great experience at this hotel.
The hotel seemed more interest in satisfying the conventions going on instead of people on vacation.
None of the dining options were open.
There are children in the hot tub and swim up bar.
We were placed in a room with no windows without prior knowledge and switching rooms was very poorly handled due to the staff only accommodating the conventions happening
Definitely booking again ❤️
I had a fun time with my 5 and 10 year old daughters~~

I had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency. Martin from the valet team provided outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and handled my car with great care and professionalism. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests a great experience. Thank you so much, Martin—keep up the great work!
I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff truly made us feel welcome.
A special thank you to Marco from the parking/valet team. He was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service really...
We went for a seminar, I don't know how the rooms were, but the ambiance was beautiful and food was delicious. We valet park so it wasn't possible to leave out for lunch. The location didn't seems to have eateries within walking distance. But we were new to the area and may not have known where things were. I enjoyed the seminar
Exceptional Hospitality from Start to Finish. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Dallas. Even before we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by email from Michelle Tagovailoa, the Guest Experience Manager. I mentioned that I would be traveling with my 3-year-old daughter, and they were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating.
We were upgraded to a spacious terrace suite, which was perfect for our...
I don't know what went wrong there. I had already paid, but they charged me again at the hotel counter. It's very strange! This alone makes me unhappy and I would not consider staying in this room again!
I proposed to my fiance yesterday at the reunion tower and we stayed in one of these beautiful rooms and had the best day of our lives. The Centennial had a breakfast bar in the morning and everything was delicious! And Robert Larios the guest services manager even emailed me after our stay to make sure we enjoyed everything. Really made our whole experience special. Robert is the best in Dallas! I...

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon down at the Omni for the weekend of 02/20/26. We had a great view of downtown and the closeness of restaurants and things to do added on to our positive experience staying there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The bar staff are very passionate about their craft when it comes to drinks...
Our stay at Omni Dallas Hotel was absolutely incredible. My husband and I chose it to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
Check-in was seamless, and we were welcomed with a build-your-own bouquet and a glass of champagne, which immediately made the experience feel special. A guitarist played soulful music in the lounge, creating a warm...
We had a wonderful stay. While we were checking in, Raymond noticed my bouquet of roses and asked about the occasion. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. He found us the best view and surprised us with complimentary sweets, which made us feel truly valued.
The room was beautiful, the views and pool area were incredible, and check-out was seamless. We’d definitely stay here again
We had a delightful stay! The staff at the Omni Dallas really went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay extra special. We continue to be very impressed. Our last stay was incredible as well, and they rose to the occasion again and created a second magical experience that we will be talking about for the rest of our lives. We cannot fully express how thankful we are. The housekeeping staff...
Me and my wife stayed at Omni Dallas Hotel to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and everything was perfect! They kindly gave us early check-in since we had a 2 PM spa appointment (check-in was at 4 PM), which we truly appreciated.
The spa experience was absolutely excellent—relaxing, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind and celebrate together. Every staff member made us feel pampered and well taken...
Absolutely loved our stay and looking forward to the next stay. I highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Good for resting near the airport, very good and helpful service
The Hyatt Regency has a great location next to DFW terminal C. They have a shuttle bus to take people to the other terminals. It does get noisy from people in the hallway. However, it was clean and comfortable.
The experience was decent for transfer overnight. Location is convenient, but price is high if just for location sake. Other hotels are maybe 1/2-1/3 of the price and provide shuttle bus. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. They even helped me finding something I forgot in the room, so my husband could pick up days later, I appreciate that!
It was ok , poor value as very expensive
Given a disabled room - bit weird but clean
Lot of construction going on so impossible to sleep past 7am
Housekeeping far to eager to get in 8 am and 9 am
I mean please check out is 12 !!!!
Very good hotel clean and spacious convenient airport location with frequent shuttle service. Will stay again.
If you want to walk to the hotel, it is connected to the Terminal only via parking lot. We had to walk up and down the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and people were helpful and polite.

Room was good condition, clean, and staff was nice. However, our room AC did not work so it was very hot at night.
Clean room, great service, awesome bartender and drinks!
Quick check in ! Polite front desk and food at the bar was awesome too.
I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them!

The hotel accommodated us to satisfy our needs. Switched our room 3 times to accommodate my husband’s handicap. Valet was quick and prompt. Clean rooms. Breakfast was sketchy. Told us it was free, but it wasn’t. Confusing, but the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet and so relaxing. The staff were friendly and the pool was quiet and relaxing. We were so close to so many dinning options, it was so convenient. It made our anniversary stay so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Very good. Good location. Clean though some facilities are somehow old.
My family and I decided to stay at Fairmont for New Year’s Eve. It was a last-minute booking, and we reserved a suite room. Our 18th Wedding Anniversary stay at Fairmont Dallas was nothing short of exceptional!
We arrived before check in and stopped by the Concierge to store our luggage. That is where we met Chef Concierge Philip, who immediately made us feel welcome. He encouraged us to check if our room was ready and it was. That set the tone for the entire stay.
The room was breathtaking, with a spectacular view that...
We had booked a stay at the Fairmont for my wife's 30th birthday, and I wanted to do something special. I had one of the best experiences with Fairmont's Concierge team who assisted me in making my wife's birthday a special one. We loved this hotel. It has everything we can think of for comfort. Staff is really friendly. They have valet service which made our life easier. Breakfast is highly recommended. Everything we tried in the menu was so delicious: salmon bagel, pain au chocolat, butter croissant, breakfast potatoes ( a must try ), fruits, chia yoghurt parfait…
We will definitely be back again.
What a wonderful place! Came here for our anniversary and couldn’t have been happier. The service here is incredible! Check-in was smooth and easy as well as checkout. Breakfast was very good. The hotel self parking was easy and secure. The woman who checked us in was kind and professional. The room was spacious and clean. Checkout was easy. We didn’t visit the bar but it looked great. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The door between adjacent rooms has very poor insulation. We had an unpleasant couple fighting next door. They might as well have been in our room! Uncomfortable lack of privacy. Bathroom smelled moldy. AC very loud when kicking in. Everything else good. First time I had to pay for parking at a hotel. At least they gave me a parking discount. Friendly staff.
Facilities: Basic configuration
Sanitation: Good
Environment: What a business hotel should look like
Service: I don’t need to mention American hotels
I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.
The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.
The price/performance ratio is okay.

Beautiful lobby and room was very comfortable. Great bed and bath very clean. Would recommend for a great stay with friendly staff.
It was a great experience since we were there for Dallas Market. We had excellent customer service and the rooms were nice. We will definitely go back!
No microwave in the entire facility, if you order food and can’t eat it all at the time it’s a waste because there isn’t a way to reheat your food and for $300 a night I should be able to reheat my food

This hotel is reasonably priced with convenient self-parking, though the bathroom is somewhat outdated.
Great but parking is not free.
Room had a wobbly dilapidated iron board, tub had a rusty bath plug. under the bathroom sink was a lot of dust. Rang up the front desk to ask about getting a dental kit and was told it would be brought up. Waited for 30 mins and then went down to get it myself. Asked for a shoe polish kit and was told by the reception that it was not a practice at Hilton (rather rudely). I was warned about this hotel...
The place is quite far from the city center, so if you’re here for sightseeing, it’s something to keep in mind.

This hotel is 100% up to the Ritz-Carltons high standard, service was super room was super. So YES we are absolutely coming back next time we are in Dallas - 6 star hotel if it was possible!
Megan greeted us with a smile and quick check in. She explained the amenities and asked if we needed assistance with anything. Our room was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the morning coffee on our private balcony was perfect.
Staff was amazing. Concierge staff was 5 and was instrumental when my phone broke in facilitating the shipment my new phone and keeping it charged on a bed when it couldn’t be charged from the port. Will def stay here again when in Dallas
Good hotel, but the cost is quite high. For a business hotel where you'll only shower, sleep, and leave, it's expensive.

My favorite thing on a trip is a nicely appointed “hotel breakfast”. Did not get that and am sorry the Westin no longer provides that amenity. Everything else was great!
Great area and nice staff- went for Christmas and never left the property
Not being from the area, I was confused with where to park, etc. the young man who checked me in did an awesome job helping me figure out how to get to the parking garage. I have a special needs child and they were very nice (and tolerant!) after a long drive and day when he struggled with having to park before going to our room. The room was exceptionally clean, bed felt AMAZING to my broken spine...
It was good after our room was changed. First room had a ceiling leak so we had to move to a lower floor. Paid for an upgraded room which gave access to private area for breakfast and evening snacks.

The Adolphus is truly a beautiful hotel, steeped in historical architecture. The way they have preserved the interior of the lobby, bar, tea and group areas are wonderful. Cita at reception was also very personable and wonderful in helping us with our room up grade. Where I felt the ratings fell short were the interior of the bedroom & bathroom. We had a beautiful room that was large and comfortable...
Overall, charming old school property located in the heart of downtown Dallas. Nice staff, attractive property, I liked the gym, pool on the roof, and the lobby area is beautiful. Not happy that that the body wash canister was empty when I arrived and never refilled during the stay, charging the customer a "tip" for a mini-bar transaction is a new low for the hospitality industry, and the overall...
Room was not ready at check in but staff quickly found a substitute so only a minor inconvenience. Service is excellent. Some remodeling project was underway so couldn’t enjoy the full effect of the historical property. Location is excellent if you don’t mind walking around street people sleeping on the sidewalks when venturing out.
Overall, great stay and extremely satisfied with hotel.
A few pros: The staff are welcoming but some of the youngsters are a bit loony. The overall appearance and architecture is to die for; the hardwood floors and classis Titanic era style captivates your longing to lounge around all day in the foyer.
A few cons: The food is mid tier and could use a little more fixing up. We had the steak fritz...
Excellent stay here. The entire staff was so friendly! The only complaint I have is the hot water situation. There wasn’t much of it in our shower sadly.

A very historical looking edifice, so cool. But age is catching up with the building. But it is still a nice short stay. The location is the redeeming factor. Needs a serious upgrade.
A hotel with a very historical feel. It's an old building, probably from the 1930s, and surprisingly, it's 30 stories high. Back then, it was likely the most luxurious building in Dallas, with a Shanghai-style feel—quite grand.
Service: The front desk upgraded me to a suite free of charge, which was excellent, and it even had a kitchen.
Cleanliness: Could be improved. The windows clearly hadn't been...

Overall great stay. Our rooms were not ready when checking in at 7pm but only had to wait about 15mins so that was no big deal. Easy to walk to several attractions and easy to park.
Great location and it’s walking distance to many restaurants nearby.
I had an amazing stay at the Westin. The front desk receptionist, Deborah, did an incredible job accommodating our room with special touches such as communicating with the kitchen to get us a charcuterie board, getting us bath robes, upgrading us to a bigger room, and even went out of her way to write us a customized note to celebrate our weekend. The Westin in downtown Dallas is a solid spot to stay. The rooms are great—ours was particularly spacious. The closet was bigger than the one in my house, which is a first! It can get a bit noisy if you’re on the side facing the busy street, but the beds were super comfortable (though the pillows were a bit flat). Still, I can’t get over how wildly large the room was. Booked this hotel for my family of 4 and it was amazing! We ordered room service as soon as we got there and the food was ready in 28 min and it was a big spread that we ordered. Super convenient location inside Terminal D at DFW airport. So easy for late night arrival or early morning flight. Check-in staff were friendly and offered bottled water and snacks, and upgraded us to a runway view room, nice.
Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortably firm. Decor is the black dominant era Grand Hyatt style. Note that this hotel started renovations in mid July and several...
The main draw of this hotel is the location and proximity to the airport. I had to stay here last minute, so the price was exorbitant. The room was incredibly spacious, but a bit dingy. Not a whole lot of lighting, but was comfortable enough for a night before my flight the next day. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty decent, though my room service food wasn’t great, especially for the price.
The room is very big. I missed my connecting flight due to flight delay, so I checked into the hotel. It was very convenient.
Clean and tidy, high-grade. If you know how to take the airport tram loop train, you will feel very convenient, and you won't feel the trouble of tossing between the 5 terminals. Staying in the airport is guaranteed to take the flight, like it 👍
Excellent location if arriving at DFW Terminal D; the inter-terminal shuttle can take up to 30 minutes. Comfortable, well-sized room. Free morning coffee available in the hotel lounge is a nice touch. However, the shower was disappointing – non-adjustable head with limescale buildup and poor water pressure made for an unsatisfactory experience.

Best value for money hotel in the surroundings.
I requested the shuttle bus to pick me up twice and even though I communicated with them on social media, it didn't come for 2 hours. In the end, the Holiday Inn driver was worried and called out to me and sent me off. He took me to the airport properly. It was a shame because I booked it because there was a shuttle bus service, but the room was clean and the breakfast was good.
