Great hotel for a short stay. The room was spacious and super clean. All amenities were provided. Dallas seemed a little deserted with not a lot happening in the area but if you come with a car this is a great choice. The restaurant also serves great bbq meat and candied bacon beans!

The facilities are complete and you can check in. The facilities are quite comprehensive, such as restaurants, gyms, and small supermarkets where you can buy breakfast, so you don't need to leave the hotel. The swimming pool is a little small

When visiting Dallas, I chose this Sheraton. The hotel is very good in all aspects, with warm service, rich and varied breakfast, complete facilities, and clean rooms. It would be perfect if the windows in the room could be cleaned. Living on the 36th floor, I originally had a good view of downtown, but it was a pity that the view was blurry because of the window.

This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.

Water on shower got stuck very hard to turn and even though I have a handicap placard I was not able to park in the handicap spots because they were blocked off which made it hard on me

The lobbys are lovely and the restaurants are all great. Love the concept of Counteroffer. Staff all helpful and friendly Only neg is the sound proofing of the door between lock off rooms. I could hear every word the other room was saying. Luckily they went to bed early. Atrium 10th floor.

The hotel seemed more interest in satisfying the conventions going on instead of people on vacation. None of the dining options were open. There are children in the hot tub and swim up bar. We were placed in a room with no windows without prior knowledge and switching rooms was very poorly handled due to the staff only accommodating the conventions happening

Good for resting near the airport, very good and helpful service

The Hyatt Regency has a great location next to DFW terminal C. They have a shuttle bus to take people to the other terminals. It does get noisy from people in the hallway. However, it was clean and comfortable.

The experience was decent for transfer overnight. Location is convenient, but price is high if just for location sake. Other hotels are maybe 1/2-1/3 of the price and provide shuttle bus. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. They even helped me finding something I forgot in the room, so my husband could pick up days later, I appreciate that!

If you want to walk to the hotel, it is connected to the Terminal only via parking lot. We had to walk up and down the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and people were helpful and polite.

The hotel accommodated us to satisfy our needs. Switched our room 3 times to accommodate my husband’s handicap. Valet was quick and prompt. Clean rooms. Breakfast was sketchy. Told us it was free, but it wasn’t. Confusing, but the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel. It has everything we can think of for comfort. Staff is really friendly. They have valet service which made our life easier. Breakfast is highly recommended. The door between adjacent rooms has very poor insulation. We had an unpleasant couple fighting next door. They might as well have been in our room! Uncomfortable lack of privacy. I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.

The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.

The main draw of this hotel is the location and proximity to the airport. I had to stay here last minute, so the price was exorbitant. The room was incredibly spacious, but a bit dingy. Not a whole lot of lighting, but was comfortable enough for a night before my flight the next day. The Westin in downtown Dallas is a solid spot to stay. The rooms are great—ours was particularly spacious. The closet was bigger than the one in my house, which is a first! It can get a bit noisy if you’re on the side facing the busy street, but the beds were super comfortable (though the pillows were a bit flat). Still, I can’t get over how wildly large the room was.
