Sheraton Dallas Downtown beautiful this hotel is immaculate the staff so professional hotel is extra clean and sanitize breakfast yummy
Overall ok but check in experience was awful. 6 hr flight delays caused my arrival time to be 3 am. Reception eventually checked me in and sent me to the south tower to a single bed room when I had specifically reserved two queen beds. I returned to reception and was told that’s the only room in the entire hotel available (certainly a challenge for me and my fellow 63 yr old male friend). Receptionist...
The facilities are complete and you can check in. The facilities are quite comprehensive, such as restaurants, gyms, and small supermarkets where you can buy breakfast, so you don't need to leave the hotel. The swimming pool is a little small
When visiting Dallas, I chose this Sheraton. The hotel is very good in all aspects, with warm service, rich and varied breakfast, complete facilities, and clean rooms. It would be perfect if the windows in the room could be cleaned. Living on the 36th floor, I originally had a good view of downtown, but it was a pity that the view was blurry because of the window.
This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.
I always stay at the Marriott, but this particular hotel is one of my favorites! Comfortable beds and view, and unmatched customer service. Check-in was a breeze. The Draft Sports Bar & Lounge has amazing Servers, especially Mr. Jose! Let me tell you about this guy! Over my stay, Mr. Jose serviced me with “THE” best Sidecar drinks I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and ensured I was overall happy...

The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive and courteous. I had a great experience at this hotel.
The hotel seemed more interest in satisfying the conventions going on instead of people on vacation. None of the dining options were open. There are children in the hot tub and swim up bar. We were placed in a room with no windows without prior knowledge and switching rooms was very poorly handled due to the staff only accommodating the conventions happening
Definitely booking again ❤️
I had a fun time with my 5 and 10 year old daughters~~
Great location and amenities. The Jade Waters park is a great bonus! The only complaint I have is how extremely slow and under staffed the pool bar was. If you’re going to raise the price of the wristbands from $25 to $55 because it’s Memorial Day weekend then it would make sense to bring in additional staff to ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner. Waiting in line 30 mins + for a drink...

I don't know what went wrong there. I had already paid, but they charged me again at the hotel counter. It's very strange! This alone makes me unhappy and I would not consider staying in this room again!
I proposed to my fiance yesterday at the reunion tower and we stayed in one of these beautiful rooms and had the best day of our lives. The Centennial had a breakfast bar in the morning and everything was delicious! And Robert Larios the guest services manager even emailed me after our stay to make sure we enjoyed everything. Really made our whole experience special. Robert is the best in Dallas! I...
What a beautiful hotel!!! Beautiful rooms, large accommodating conference rooms, and super spacious dining area. Super nice bartenders and wait staff. Checking in and check out process was seamless. Highly recommend staying here.
Great place to hold a work event. We came here for a work event. The staff were great, facilities and rooms were really nice, and meeting/ ballrooms were good. They also have some other amenities, like quick grab coffee and snacks places, and a few restaurants. It was easy to navigate with parking attached.
I was genuinely impressed with my recent stay at HRD. The suite was spotless, spacious, and incredibly quiet — exactly what I needed. But what truly set the experience apart was Michelle, my concierge. She went above and beyond in every way, turning a quick trip to Dallas into something truly memorable. Her exceptional service and attention to detail made all the difference. You have to appreciate...

The service facilities are great! There are many restaurants in and around the hotel. This time I was given a city view room which was very comfortable.
Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!
The coffee machine and bathtub in the room have not been cleaned for a long time. The location is quite convenient
Unreasonable charges! ! ! Originally this was a hotel with no merits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The key was the location, which was not far from the art museum and the Natural History Museum. There was nothing special about it. Breakfast was average, with fruit but no vegetable salad. But leaving the checkout left me feeling confused and even worse. After breakfast on the first day, the...

It was ok , poor value as very expensive  Given a disabled room - bit weird but clean  Lot of construction going on so impossible to sleep past 7am Housekeeping far to eager to get in 8 am and 9 am I mean please check out is 12 !!!!
Very good hotel clean and spacious convenient airport location with frequent shuttle service. Will stay again.
If you want to walk to the hotel, it is connected to the Terminal only via parking lot. We had to walk up and down the stairs. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and people were helpful and polite.
Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them! The hotel accommodated us to satisfy our needs. Switched our room 3 times to accommodate my husband’s handicap. Valet was quick and prompt. Clean rooms. Breakfast was sketchy. Told us it was free, but it wasn’t. Confusing, but the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet and so relaxing. The staff were friendly and the pool was quiet and relaxing. We were so close to so many dinning options, it was so convenient. It made our anniversary stay so relaxing. Would highly recommend.
We love Marriott products but the bed was very uncomfortable we ask the hotel to give us diffrent mattress or change our room but they could not help. My husband was going to have surgery we needed acomfortable bedding.
The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. not 11:00 p.m. like in the advertisement. Just be aware that if you're looking for a late night pool they will ask you to get out at 10:00 p.m. to clean. The bartender was great. Made us drinks and was able to go sit out in pool after 9:00 p.m. overall good location and rate.
Quick family visit We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.

My family and I decided to stay at Fairmont for New Year’s Eve. It was a last-minute booking, and we reserved a suite room. Our 18th Wedding Anniversary stay at Fairmont Dallas was nothing short of exceptional! We arrived before check in and stopped by the Concierge to store our luggage. The room was breathtaking, with a spectacular view that...
We had booked a stay at the Fairmont for my wife's 30th birthday, and I wanted to do something special. I had one of the best experiences with Fairmont's Concierge team who assisted me in making my wife's birthday a special one. We loved this hotel. It has everything we can think of for comfort. Staff is really friendly. They have valet service which made our life easier. Breakfast is highly recommended. Everything we tried in the menu was so delicious: salmon bagel, pain au chocolat, butter croissant, breakfast potatoes ( a must try ), fruits, chia yoghurt parfait… We will definitely be back again.
What a wonderful place! Came here for our anniversary and couldn’t have been happier. The service here is incredible! Check-in was smooth and easy as well as checkout. Breakfast was very good. The door between adjacent rooms has very poor insulation. We had an unpleasant couple fighting next door. They might as well have been in our room! Uncomfortable lack of privacy. Bathroom smelled moldy. AC very loud when kicking in. Everything else good. First time I had to pay for parking at a hotel. At least they gave me a parking discount. Friendly staff.
Facilities: Basic configuration Sanitation: Good Environment: What a business hotel should look like Service: I don’t need to mention American hotels
I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.
The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.
The price/performance ratio is okay.
Exceptional staff. Kind. Compassionate. Room Service THE BEST. I had to have a medical procedure done and this hotel was 7 minutes away from surgical facility. I slept like a baby in my bed, with feather-free linens and pillows. I will return. So quiet and soothing. The staff are 10 stars plus!

It was a great experience since we were there for Dallas Market. We had excellent customer service and the rooms were nice. We will definitely go back!
No microwave in the entire facility, if you order food and can’t eat it all at the time it’s a waste because there isn’t a way to reheat your food and for $300 a night I should be able to reheat my food

Great but parking is not free.
Room had a wobbly dilapidated iron board, tub had a rusty bath plug. under the bathroom sink was a lot of dust. Rang up the front desk to ask about getting a dental kit and was told it would be brought up. Waited for 30 mins and then went down to get it myself. Overall speaking, we are quite satisfied with the hotel but the only fly in the ointment was that our request of cancellation of last night for one of our team who had to reschedule his travel plan was bluntly rejected. by the way, I have booked 6 rooms for three nights.

Good hotel, but the cost is quite high. For a business hotel where you'll only shower, sleep, and leave, it's expensive.
Our stay at the Ritz Carlton las colinas was ok. I was meaning to book the downtown property but guess I misread the listing and neither ******* nor RC would let me change it. We stay there and I was disappointed in the room we were in bc we had limited space due to an extra table they had the refrigerator on. I made a complaint and didn’t receive any incentive for our inconvenience! They blamed it on housekeeping. It’s not worth the price. I’ve stayed at an Aloft for 120 dollars and it was nicer. The Adolphus is truly a beautiful hotel, steeped in historical architecture. The way they have preserved the interior of the lobby, bar, tea and group areas are wonderful. Overall, charming old school property located in the heart of downtown Dallas. Nice staff, attractive property, I liked the gym, pool on the roof, and the lobby area is beautiful. Not happy that that the body wash canister was empty when I arrived and never refilled during the stay, charging the customer a "tip" for a mini-bar transaction is a new low for the hospitality industry, and the overall...
Room was not ready at check in but staff quickly found a substitute so only a minor inconvenience. Service is excellent. Some remodeling project was underway so couldn’t enjoy the full effect of the historical property. Location is excellent if you don’t mind walking around street people sleeping on the sidewalks when venturing out.
Overall, great stay and extremely satisfied with hotel. A few pros: The staff are welcoming but some of the youngsters are a bit loony. The overall appearance and architecture is to die for; the hardwood floors and classis Titanic era style captivates your longing to lounge around all day in the foyer. A few cons: The food is mid tier and could use a little more fixing up. We had the steak fritz...

Super convenient location inside Terminal D at DFW airport. So easy for late night arrival or early morning flight. Check-in staff were friendly and offered bottled water and snacks, and upgraded us to a runway view room, nice. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortably firm. Decor is the black dominant era Grand Hyatt style. Note that this hotel started renovations in mid July and several...
The main draw of this hotel is the location and proximity to the airport. I had to stay here last minute, so the price was exorbitant. The room was incredibly spacious, but a bit dingy. Not a whole lot of lighting, but was comfortable enough for a night before my flight the next day. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty decent, though my room service food wasn’t great, especially for the price.
The room is very big. I missed my connecting flight due to flight delay, so I checked into the hotel. It was very convenient.
Clean and tidy, high-grade. If you know how to take the airport tram loop train, you will feel very convenient, and you won't feel the trouble of tossing between the 5 terminals. Staying in the airport is guaranteed to take the flight, like it 👍
Excellent location if arriving at DFW Terminal D; the inter-terminal shuttle can take up to 30 minutes. Comfortable, well-sized room. Free morning coffee available in the hotel lounge is a nice touch. However, the shower was disappointing – non-adjustable head with limescale buildup and poor water pressure made for an unsatisfactory experience.

A very historical looking edifice, so cool. But age is catching up with the building. But it is still a nice short stay. The location is the redeeming factor. Needs a serious upgrade.
A hotel with a very historical feel. It's an old building, probably from the 1930s, and surprisingly, it's 30 stories high. Back then, it was likely the most luxurious building in Dallas, with a Shanghai-style feel—quite grand. Service: The front desk upgraded me to a suite free of charge, which was excellent, and it even had a kitchen. Cleanliness: Could be improved. The windows clearly hadn't been...
Hotel room (and hotel in general) was hot all three days I was there. 80 degrees during the day and never got below 75 at night. No self parking and no where close to park, must use valet at $50/day. Towels, sheets and duvet were all very low quality and not what you expect from a 4* hotel. Will not be returning
The room was dark, dreary and beat up!!  The windows were so dirty you could barely see the street.  The lighting was so poor I had to move my suitcase to the window to see.
I would describe this place as 'Spartan'. Only pretending to be a luxury hotel because of the old building and the location. Once inside things are more run down. The room was tiny, had a rock hard bed, a TV from approximately 2008, and a dirty bathroom floor. If you're traveling by car, I would find a nearby parking lot and walk your things over. The hotel only offers a valet for $45 dollars a night...
Apart from being in the city and having convenient transportation, there is really nothing to recommend it; it looks dirty.

I had an amazing stay at the Westin. The Westin in downtown Dallas is a solid spot to stay. The rooms are great—ours was particularly spacious. The closet was bigger than the one in my house, which is a first! It can get a bit noisy if you’re on the side facing the busy street, but the beds were super comfortable (though the pillows were a bit flat). Still, I can’t get over how wildly large the room was. Overall, a really nice stay!
Very good hotel, the front desk is very patient, the reception is very warm, very close to the exhibition hall, the location is very good, there are restaurants and coffee shops around, there are several attractions around, I will choose it next time!
The hotel is located in downtown, but the service is really bad. The front desk refused to admit the repeated deductions. I have communicated with the hotel and have not received a reply. I had to ask Ctrip to intervene. I have been abroad many times, and this is the first time I have encountered such unreasonable things from Marriot
Good hotel, nice clean rooms. This spot is in a good location downtown. The thing I don't like is there is no gift shop or vending machines. When you check in late and have nothing cold to drink, it's super disappointing.

Not a terrible stay, but I booked a king size bed and got a queen. Bed was not comfortable.
I would not stay here again. parking is $9.00 per day and the toilet in the room was always backed up.
Our first room we were assigned had a flood in the bathroom, it took over 4 hours to get someone to even look at it. After all that time a manager finally found another room for us. We are supposed to get credit for one night. He said that it had to go through *******. I hope I don’t have to fight for this.
The room was nice, bed comfortable, quite. My reservation was made for the incorrect date and the hotel was able to get us a room on a sold out weekend. great customer service!
