I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them!

From the valet/front desk that helped us get our oversized truck parked in front lot to friendly maid service to staff at the front desk receiving retrieving two Amazon packages I ordered to the friendly bar staff and the person who directed me to the business center so that I can find a quiet place or a Zoom meeting, you ALL truly went above and beyond!

The hotel accommodated us to satisfy our needs. Switched our room 3 times to accommodate my husband’s handicap. Valet was quick and prompt. Clean rooms. Breakfast was sketchy. Told us it was free, but it wasn’t. Confusing, but the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet and so relaxing. The staff were friendly and the pool was quiet and relaxing. We were so close to so many dinning options, it was so convenient. It made our anniversary stay so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

We love Marriott products but the bed was very uncomfortable we ask the hotel to give us diffrent mattress or change our room but they could not help. My husband was going to have surgery we needed acomfortable bedding.

The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. not 11:00 p.m. like in the advertisement. Just be aware that if you're looking for a late night pool they will ask you to get out at 10:00 p.m. to clean. The bartender was great. Made us drinks and was able to go sit out in pool after 9:00 p.m. overall good location and rate.

Quick family visit
We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.

Noisy sports place. Clearly sells wings. There's a bar. Pretty clean, decent service, friendly staff. Not really my thing, but I understand the appeal.

Be careful as to what you say to or around the employees, just lost my dream job because employee Erin Story called my employer and made a fraudulent claim instead of notifying me of the fact that I had inadvertently offended her. Sadly after explaining the situation they still had to act. Whole thing could have been avoided by just voicing her concern to me like an adult.

BWW is one of my favorite spots to watch a game at. The atmosphere is always lots of fun to be around and the service makes eating here enjoyable. I always keep getting the teriyaki boneless wings and I've yet to leave disappointed. Great location and food

I'd begin with saying the food is fine and the ambience is exactly how you picture it after having seen the photos online. Nothing extraordinary but you know when you prefer having some wings and beer all you need is wings and beer.
However, it was rather spectacular when the waitress loudly demanded more tips than what she has actually deserved, while theatrically providing all the restaurant's guests with the rare performance of hilarious banknote-waving at our table in the middle of the place. Having visited 60 countries and working in the service industry myself I can give you the one tip you really need - go get another job.

I love this place. It's packed most of the time but that's to be expected. They have a great patio to eat on and even large heaters during the winter time to keep everyone warm. The place is always very clean and the staff very professional.

I have always loved Gloria's, and it didn't disappoint this time. Great patio and chicken & beef nachos. Of course, great margaritas!

Gloria's is the like non-other Traditional Mexican Restaurant I've been to. A live band, a dining area that transitions into a dance floor, delicious food, an inviting environment, attractive patrons dressed to impress and this is all at a restaurant. I love it!

This is one of our 3 favorite "Latin" restaurants in DFW. Great food. Great prices. Great business crowd. Great servers. We love the food here. We love their swirl margaritas, which has to be the best margarita in DFW. We probably eat here once a month at least. They treat us like super stars and they know our names.

Great mimosas! Incredible overall atmosphere. Love going here for brunch specials and the bean dip is amazing. A fancy take on traditional Mexican and Salvadoran dishes, plus they have horchata.

Our first time here. We saw the very funny Felipe Esparza! Loved how the place is not to big or to small. The wait staff was very friendly. The food smelled great the drinks werent bad. Overall it was a great experience and we plan on returning.

I've been here many times and I have always enjoyed myself. The food is excellent and the drinks taste great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because their layout does pack you in tight. Other than that I highly recommend.

The employees were very nice and attentive to our needs. The food was good for the price and the "Bomb" dessert was so delicious! I don't like the smell of alcohol; I had no problems while there and of course it's smoke free so that was awesome!
