Room was ok, but no A/C and not enough hot water. After multiple calls to Front office they came and fix only A/C, not Hot water.

The room was ok, more so below my normal standards. The bathroom, had someone else’s long straight hair ( my own is curly and short). There was a leak in the bathroom shower. The ceiling was reflective of water damage. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The bartenders weren’t interested in taking orders. The expressive here was very underwhelming

Staff was amazing!!!!! BUT, we were missing a tv remote, the elevators weren’t working, and that part of town seemed really unsafe.

There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.

Everything was on point. The bed was so comfy. Breakfast was not so great but the rest was in good standing.

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.

Would have rated an “excellent” BUT we asked for a wake-up call at 6:00 am but never got it!! Otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel if flying out of IAH.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

If you have a wheelchair or helping one the elevators will annoy you so much because there is only one elevator for this and once you push the button it activates all elevators NOT JUST THE BIG ONE. The bathroom was not very clean. Dust on the floor and I highly doubt it had been cleaned. I found several hairs in the bed sheets. We only had to stay one night thankfully.

Was not great, and not as good as I hoped! The location seemed confident to the stadium but it was not as walkable as it should have been, the hotel was in the back or a gated area which is great but there was no pedestrian gate access without walking out of the way back towards the interstate only to walk back to opposite way to the stadium

Lobby was very hot while waiting in line for 40 minutes. Got told there was a $30 parking fee which I was not told about when booking. Hotel seemed very run down and old. Thin walls. Got woken up at 7:30 by someone’s alarm in the next room who hit snooze for 45 minutes. So much for sleeping.

There's no laundry room, the facilities are quite old, and breakfast is no longer available. I won't go there again.

It's not that close to Rice, but since I have a car, it's not a big problem. Atlanta is congested with traffic, and the hotel has plenty of parking spaces, but they charge a fee. I don't know if they charged me in the end. Whatever.

This place is grand. The room was great, breakfast was delicious, service was courteous. Our one issue with the place was the Elevator Scare. Elevator #2 froze between floors.

This hotel was just what I needed -- convenient to the airport with a shuttle and they were great about letting me check in early when I arrived several hours before check in. The restaurant and bar are in the lobby, so it was loud, but the food was quite good. I had pan seared salmon with sides and nice glass of wine to wind down after my day.
