There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.

Staff at the hotel was helpful. - Good to mail out a couple letters for me. - Night restaurant was great meeting a couple late orders on arrival for dinner. - The breakfast scrambled eggs tasted like some kind of meat contamination, I left them. Fruit was good, omelette my wife had was good for her, coffee was not great black, pancakes were ok. - However, picking up arrivals at the airport terminal...

Everything was on point. The bed was so comfy. Breakfast was not so great but the rest was in good standing.

I was assigned room 330 and it was perfect. Close to the elevator. No noise issues. Clean. Spacious. Room was ok, but no A/C and not enough hot water. After multiple calls to Front office they came and fix only A/C, not Hot water.

The room was ok, more so below my normal standards. The bathroom, had someone else’s long straight hair ( my own is curly and short). There was a leak in the bathroom shower. Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

If you have a wheelchair or helping one the elevators will annoy you so much because there is only one elevator for this and once you push the button it activates all elevators NOT JUST THE BIG ONE. Was not great, and not as good as I hoped! The location seemed confident to the stadium but it was not as walkable as it should have been, the hotel was in the back or a gated area which is great but there was no pedestrian gate access without walking out of the way back towards the interstate only to walk back to opposite way to the stadium

Lobby was very hot while waiting in line for 40 minutes. Got told there was a $30 parking fee which I was not told about when booking. Hotel seemed very run down and old. Thin walls. Got woken up at 7:30 by someone’s alarm in the next room who hit snooze for 45 minutes. So much for sleeping.

There's no laundry room, the facilities are quite old, and breakfast is no longer available. I won't go there again.

There was a problem with first room. However, staff were gracious to accommodate me quickly and move me to another room. Biggest problem was how young teenage children (seem like about 2 or 3 sport teams) ran up and down hallways recklessly and loudly all day and into the late evening. I did not realize it but they put me at the very end of the hall on the third floor, extremely far away from the elevator, and my health does not permit that. They should have told me that when I checked in, but now I know I need to ask ahead of time.
