Pretty mixed on this place. The property is nice and well landscapes, the lobby, bar and restaurant are and convention floors are very well done, and the staff was great! Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.

Parking was efficient and the staff were professional. The room was dated and musty smelling. Shower excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Lounge was okay with excellent food.

Would have rated an “excellent” BUT we asked for a wake-up call at 6:00 am but never got it!! Otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel if flying out of IAH.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.

I stayed in room 2209. With the heavy rains, water leaked for a few hours into the room from window. We mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

The lobby and dining areas were beautiful. Employees were VERY polite and helpful! The room was clean but I wouldn't say it was to the same standard as you'd expect from the condition of the elegant entrance. (phone and cords in the bathroom had a layer of dust, the bedskirt was askew with one side actually laying on the floor about 6 inches.)

we share a romantic weekend at the hotel and visited several places surrounding the hotel. we walked a lot since we love to hold hands and get to know a place. We were amazed at how safe we felt and the prices of everything was always within our budget.

Great hotel! I stayed here for a few days and they had very comfortable rooms, as well as a nice pool and a store downstairs with snacks and other essentials. Room service was also very good.

The room is large, the facilities are complete, the service is quite satisfactory, the breakfast is relatively rich, but it is the same every day, which is monotonous, which is understandable for foreigners. The overall feeling is pretty good. You can watch the sunrise every morning.

If you have a wheelchair or helping one the elevators will annoy you so much because there is only one elevator for this and once you push the button it activates all elevators NOT JUST THE BIG ONE. The room was spotless, every aspect was top notch and the staff from every interaction including the valet was amazing. I was having a difficult time and he was very kind. The room service was very good and quick. My room overlooked the little water feature and it was very quiet.
