Amazing stay! Beautiful, clean, had all the amenities we needed. Great location, super walkable, near restaurants and Daikin Park. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience with the team at Hilton Americas-Houston, and I especially want to recognize Ivan Lopez, Head of Security.
After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind a A computer, important papers and a few personal items. I live about three hours away, so I called the hotel hoping there was some chance it might still be there.
Ivan personally took care of the situation...
We were in Houston for NCA, which happened to be the second largest cheer event ever. We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to Houston or this particular competition (which has historically been held in Dallas), but this hotel was the highlight of my trip and I just had to share.
The staff, the options, the cleanliness, the energy were like nothing I had ever experienced. Your food and...
Had a fantastic stay. Room was well appoitned and large. Service staff great.
This was my husband and I first time staying at this location. We booked a room to celebrate our anniversary and New year's. Upon arrival, self parking was easily located. The hotel atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The lobby was beautifully decorated Disney-themed Christmas displays which added a special and joyful touch. Check-in however was slow as a Honors member, I expected quicker services and...
Our stay at the Hilton Americas Houston was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well organized and welcoming. The hotel itself is stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. The common areas are impressive, the rooms are roomy and relaxing, and the facilities are well worth using. Being so close to the Toyota Center and downtown made getting around extremely convenient.

Dear Management Team,
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during my stay at the Marriott Marquis Houston during my work conference. I was there for a total of 10 days at the beginning of February. From the moment I arrived, the experience was welcoming and professional. I especially want to recognize Michelle, who was truly exceptional...
My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Marquis Houston. The entire hotel is spotless—every space feels fresh, clean, and well maintained. We loved how many dining options there were on-site; it made it easy to enjoy great food without having to leave the property.
Our room was absolutely lovely: comfortable, modern, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The service throughout our...
Stayed here for a weekend staycation. The room was clean and quiet. The pool area was great. The jacuzzi was relaxing, and the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. They also have a fire pit with comfortable seating. Service was friendly and requests were quickly addressed. There are plenty of restaurants close by the vicinity. Just be aware that you have to pay for parking and internet if you...
Decided on a staycation for New Years Eve with the Family. Room was ready and spotless when when we checked in. Pool area is well maintained and the kids loved it. Pool is heated and enjoyable even on a 55° day. Plenty of options to eat on the property and within walking distance. Vale was on point during my stay. Well definitely be returning for the summer time. All in all great stay, beautiful hotel...
Room was great, staff were lovely. Very special way to spend new years in Houston.
Pool area was decorated for Christmas. Walking distance to Daikin Park Lights and Discovery Green ice skating. Wonderful restaurant options in walking distance. Great Christmas getaway.
Room service pizza was good.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful. Perfect getaway for families, couples, single individuals. Very accommodating most of all. Thank you Jovanna for being a great manager and being a decent human being and fixing a problem for me today. My birthday trip will be special thanks to you. Can’t thank you enough !!
We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and clean. The maid came each day but all we needed were towels and beverage supplied. The front desk folks were kind and helpful. Didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant and bar out because we were so busy. A wedding reception was held here and the room was beautiful. The food from it was very good. Everything was very festive for the occasion...
My stay at the Houston Marriott Westchase has been exceptional. The hotel is very nice, and I was consistently impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property is. However, the true highlight of my visit was the breakfast service at the Republic Grill. Over the last three days, Juan and Sally went above and beyond to make my mornings enjoyable. While the Huevos Rancheros were consistently excellent...
Exceptional Service and Beautiful Property - A Perfect Stay 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently stayed at the Houston Marriott Westchase for a work trip, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times.
The staff is always amazing and very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are good, the usual Marriott business level rooms. Clean and well taken care of.
The gym is ok. It’s nice that they have a separate room for cardio and weights, but the equipment needs a bit of love.
The bar/restaurant is amazing though because the staff are fantastic. No matter what...
Great experience! Roads to the front entry from the main street could've improved. Otherwise the stay was satisfactory and the the included breakfast was pleasing.

The staff here is great and they are quick and professional 🙏
They have everything you need in one spot. Why would you go anywhere else?
Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.
The Four Seasons never fails!
It was FANTASTIC! The room, the food, the service- all impeccable. Four Seasons, you are my forever stay!

Went to this hotel for a company meeting, lasted a few days, their internal restaurant is absolutely amazing! They served breakfast lunch and dinner for us! Loved everything I had!
Their service was outstanding, everyone was very polite and respectful.
Beautiful lobby and conference hall.
They had a nice bar with plenty of options, as well as an internal store you could find anything needed.
The guys...
Pretty mixed on this place. The property is nice and well landscapes, the lobby, bar and restaurant are and convention floors are very well done, and the staff was great! But the rooms are VERY average for the price. Bedding and pillows are average, the bathroom felt very old and the carpets didn’t seem super clean. All around an “ok” stay. I expected better for the cost
This is hands down one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The valets offer fast and excellent service. The bellhop was very nice and assisted with grace and swift assistance. The front staff was attentive to delivered outstanding service both person to person and any inquiries via room phone. The room I stayed in had a lovely view of the Uptown area, and had one of the most comfortable mattresses...
The room smells bad because the air conditioner is old.
It was ok other than ice machine issues
old spec hard wares, high price mineral water and beverage service, noisy atmosphere, friendly and quick response clerks, high quality breakfast but expensive. No good restaurant around. Totally expensive price for the services than expected.

Event staff are great ; front-desk service is generally good. Excellent—walking distance to the Galleria and fine dining.
Parking garage fee 24 hours $35.00 that not free parking
Located about a 10-minute walk from the mall, it's perfect for shopping enthusiasts! Early check-in is available, and there's drinking water at the front desk! The service is excellent!
Positives:
-Location
- design and room space
Negatives:
- ineffective external sound proof
- outdated furniture
- expensive parking fees, $32 per day
- not flexible to extend on the checkout, extended only one hour!
Good service, clean rooms, high tolerance of the hotel

Room was ok, but no A/C and not enough hot water. After multiple calls to Front office they came and fix only A/C, not Hot water.
The room was ok, more so below my normal standards. The bathroom, had someone else’s long straight hair ( my own is curly and short). There was a leak in the bathroom shower. The ceiling was reflective of water damage. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The bartenders weren’t interested in taking orders. The expressive here was very underwhelming
You have to pay for breakfast.
Rooms are okay not newly remodeled.
Didn’t encounter staff much..
You can, but I wouldn’t
Everything was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again though. For the price, I would have expected more. Parking was great and free, but there was never a bailsman around to help with our luggage - ever. I’m starting to think they don’t have them. It took a long time for the water to heat up. Initially, when I thought it wouldn’t warm up at all, I went down to the front desk (because...
Elevator Trouble
Had to use the staff elevator for our entire stay because the lobby/customer elevators were broken. Didn’t see much work being done on them either. Would have been nice to see the owner/operator of the property doing something to accommodate the guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, so the staff elevator wasn’t dreadful. There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.
We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.
Staff at the hotel was helpful.
- Good to mail out a couple letters for me.
- Night restaurant was great meeting a couple late orders on arrival for dinner.
- The breakfast scrambled eggs tasted like some kind of meat contamination, I left them. Fruit was good, omelette my wife had was good for her, coffee was not great black, pancakes were ok.
- However, picking up arrivals at the airport terminal...
Everything was on point. The bed was so comfy. Breakfast was not so great but the rest was in good standing.
I was assigned room 330 and it was perfect. Close to the elevator. No noise issues. Clean. Spacious. Microwave, refrigerator, iron and iron board, digital alarm clock, bedside charging ports & electrical outlets, coffee, tea, robe hooks in the bathroom, hair dryer, quality bath and shower products, (Dove brand) the towels were cheap but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The lady at the front desk, KAMEYAH spirit was very professional and helpful. She’s first class.
The bed was great, bathroom clean.
However the appointments in the room were dowdy, tired.
Lamps were bad, switches especially.
The furniture looked old, and not cleaned.
I stayed in room 2209. With the heavy rains, water leaked for a few hours into the room from window. We mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing about it.
The lobby and dining areas were beautiful. Employees were VERY polite and helpful! The room was clean but I wouldn't say it was to the same standard as you'd expect from the condition of the elegant entrance. (phone and cords in the bathroom had a layer of dust, the bedskirt was askew with one side actually laying on the floor about 6 inches.)
Hotel is undergoing some renovations. Water took over 20 minutes to get hot. Service was great. Food was good. Parking was ok.
The hotel is clean and beautiful, very nice!

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.
Parking was efficient and the staff were professional. The room was dated and musty smelling. Shower excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Lounge was okay with excellent food.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and attentive, the room was spotless, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect, and every detail—from comfort to service—made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Would have rated an “excellent” BUT we asked for a wake-up call at 6:00 am but never got it!! Otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel if flying out of IAH.
Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.
Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

Business trip, this premises is good location for my meetings.
The hot water in shower is not hot enough. Also the self parking is $30 a day, so be ware beforehand.
Okay. It was clean. Considering the cost of living in the US, it was acceptable.
It is a good hotel and well located. I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the vent was and when I ended up with a flow when I turned on the air- conditioning. It was obvious what caused it.
Well, the environment is okay. The hardware is generally old. The elevators are still out of power. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean. There are many insects floating on the water. The water is a bit turbid. I don’t know why. It may be because there is too much bleaching powder. reason. Here for work, my stay was pleasant. Everyone from top to bottom was curtios and friendly. The room was serviced daily, the best comfortable and those pillows were out of the world. The restaurant was inviting and cosy and the food was delicious, with a wait staff eager to please. The downtown rail system was my only contention, making the parking experience a little inconvenient.
I always have good experiences at this hotel but I wanted to highlight the level of service on my check in on 1/26. I get up to my room to find an amazing assortment of desserts as well as a birthday card from the staff. This level of going above and beyond really made my day and all of...

Was a little disappointed to find out Rosalie’s was not open on the weekends as advertised showing open online. Breakfast buffet available for a fee. Shuttle will only drop off 2 mile distance (not even 2.4 miles) and does not pick up. Overall, decent place. No parking on site and must valet. Valet is quite expensive for overnight with not discount for stay
Room was lacking amenities. No refrigerator. No microwave. Bathroom was missing hand soap. Room had a small table for dining but only one chair. Room had a good view and a good location. Overpriced for what is provided.
Everything was nice I just didn’t like the $23 fee that is tacked on and you HAVE to pay it in either food to the room or you just paying $23 there’s no way around it… also $70 a night for valet parking is RIDICULOUS!!
This has been our 3rd stay here and it was a bit disappointing this time, room lacked cleanliness, check in is 3pm I arrived almost 4pm and room was not ready, bedding had holes and didnt look clean!
The lobby bar bartender was great, the room was clean, but the walls are paper thin! I could hear every word that was said on both sides of my room. Front desk staff was friendly at first, but then they had a shift change and they were not friendly at all.

Good hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good amenities. Make sure you ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Shout out to Mani at the reception for being receptive to some requests.
The room was fine. The parking was non existent due to a conference being held there during our stay. I did not enjoy listening to the highway noise all night long as it was pretty loud. The staff was friendly but overall probably won’t stay here again.

Nice Gym But I booked a king room and they give me a double queen bed room I don’t accept
The location is pretty good, right in the city center, with shopping and dining all around, a 15-minute walk away. The room was also okay, a standard business hotel. However, the shower was incredibly small, the smallest I've ever stayed in. My legs were ice cold after a shower, and I couldn't get my hair clean at all! I don't know why the standard of this hotel is so different from a typical Holiday...
The room is relatively large, which means the king-size room was changed to a standard room.
we share a romantic weekend at the hotel and visited several places surrounding the hotel. we walked a lot since we love to hold hands and get to know a place. We were amazed at how safe we felt and the prices of everything was always within our budget.
Great hotel! I stayed here for a few days and they had very comfortable rooms, as well as a nice pool and a store downstairs with snacks and other essentials. Room service was also very good.
The room is large, the facilities are complete, the service is quite satisfactory, the breakfast is relatively rich, but it is the same every day, which is monotonous, which is understandable for foreigners. The overall feeling is pretty good. You can watch the sunrise every morning.

Great Hotel for the Price
Great hotel for the price point compared to others in the area. The staff were helpful and accommodated my request for a late checkout at noon. There was a security officer stationed in the parking area that checked incoming visitors and watched over the vehicles, which provided some peace of mind as well.
Jon at the desk was so kind, coming off such a rough day I was actually crying because it meant so much to me. It's a really unique design where the room windows over-look lobby and restaurant. It was clean and functional and we slept very well. We would happily return because...

Impeccable! Great stay. Great service and staff and valet. They upped the southern hospitality and I will definitely come back to stay again.
Staff was great. However, the AC in our room did not work the entire stay and the room never got below 78 degrees. Also, the bath tub drain was clogged. When this issue was raised with management, they offered to waive valet parking charge.
The hotel is old but interesting. The elevators are very old and need updating. The dining menu is weird and way overpriced. The bed was hard.
Pleasant, helpful staff.the rooms are well appointed
