Beautiful hotel with excellent service and a convenient downtown location. Unfortunately, the EV charging was a major disappointment. My car charged overnight and only reached 41%, making it unreliable for guests with electric vehicles. The gym is also very small with limited equipment, especially compared to other luxury hotels. I hope these facilities will be upgraded in the future.

There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.

I stayed in room 2209. With the heavy rains, water leaked for a few hours into the room from window. We mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

I stayed on the 5th floor, and the large window offered a nice view. The hotel forgot to provide a hairdryer in the room, so I had to borrow one from a colleague. The room was quite spacious, and the mattress was high and a bit soft.

The hotel is located near the city center. Parking costs $25 per night, but you can find free parking on the nearby streets. I stayed here for 5 nights, and overall it was okay. However, compared to other hotels in Houston at a similar price point, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. The elevators took too long, and the staff only spoke Spanish, no English.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

The service was bad actually. One night, we were in the room, the staff went into our room to send me two bottles of water, without checking whether there were guests inside. Additionally, our room was near the gym, and the music there was opened 24 hours. Maybe the the wall is not soundproof, so it bothered me whole night.
