The hotel is a great location 10 to 20 mins away from most popular places.
There was a host at the restaurant who answered my questioned very rudely then asked me was i staying at the hotel.
I was very hurt. Other than that the hotel was great.
Had a great corner room, the hotel was in a cool location near the theater and art area. Many things in walking distance. Service was great in restaurant and room service.
Nice, clean hotel in a safe part of town within walking distance from the tunnel system, many major businesses and the convention center. Quiet after 5pm since it's in the financial district. If you are looking for night life while staying here you will have to catch a cab somewhere else in the city.
I was there for a one day conference so I didn't stay in a room. The valet service did well considering the huge volume when the conference ended. The meeting rooms and chairs were comfortable. The food was pretty average but expectations shouldn't be very high for food at a conference. Overall it was a good conference experience.
Have used this hotel several times for work events and service is always spectacular. The hotel lobby area is clean and staff was always willing to escort me to the event location. Bathrooms are easily accessible and any needs are quickly addressed. Would recommend the venue.

We upgraded to have breakfast for $60. The hotel upgrade is to executive and free appetizer. So we got 4 free appetizers for free. Perfect location in downtown Houston. We”ll stay again next time. Their breakfast are really good as well
good location for exhibition. friendly staff
Good location poor amenities poor concierge good check in experience
It's OK, I stayed here for business trip, close to the conference center. There are many good reviews online, I was quite worried at first. Hilton standard hotel, normal standard, breakfast is also OK.
Very good facilities and good location... but you have to pay for it.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

We had a great stay. Had an issue with the bathroom toilet. Esteban went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for rest and relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. The conference space was well-equipped and the food exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!
We always enjoy Biggio's, Lazy River, and The M Club. Everything at this property is fresh and new and clean. Our stay this time started off on the right foot at the front desk. What a pleasure....to have Karen Washington checking us in. With so much incompetence and ineptitude everywhere you go, it was refreshing to experience professionalism, friendliness, and just whiz-bang competance. It looks...
From the moment we arrived at the Marriott Marquis, Antoinette at the front desk set the tone for what became one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! This was our first time staying at this property, and as Marriott members, we were treated with such kindness and care by Antoinette that we immediately felt at home. Antoinette truly went above and beyond in every way. She anticipated our needs, offered...
One night fantastic stay. I was greeted by a spacious lobby; the amenities was superb and my room decor + the large windows are my best favorite!! Very near to George Brown Convention Center, which I had a meeting.
Loved the whole pool experience…very relaxing and a great vibe! Just the right amount of music, good food and adult beverages with excellent service. Enjoyed Texas T for breakfast pickup. Walkable everywhere we wanted to go including Daikin Stadium twice.

Exceptional stay in the heart of Houston! 🏙️✨
Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with top-notch service. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many downtown attractions, restaurants, and business centers.

The hotel was really nice and their rooms were very comfortable. Having a 24/7 Einstein bagels was really convenient. However, they charged me for incidentals twice. I was told that it would be refunded within 10 business days. I know it's common to get refunded in that time, but charging me twice means I am out an extra $300 for over a week until then. All I got was a "oh we're sorry, someone must...
Staff at check in, were friendly and welcoming even at 1am in the morning. Elevators were pretty quick, even to some of the top floors.
The rooms seem to appear having some recently updated features. For instance the lighting, bedding and furnishings in the room. Yet, other things appeared to be dated, like the door and shower in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the convenient layout of the...

There was no internet in my room, my room was 1100.
I had to get to the lobby to get internet. And couldn’t find the gym or the buffet breakfast at the beginning had to ask. Hate the carpet though was kinda hard to push my luggage ALL THE WAY to the room. The room was big and comfy overall. The best part for sure is the bathroom.
A very good hotel, unique architecture, quality restaurant and room service, unique views, and a convenient location. A distinguished "space age" exterior appearance and modern interior. No excess noise, very flexible arrival and departure times for travelers. A favorite layover hotel for me.
The location is great. Surprising, nose from the planes wasn't an issue. However, topi could hear everything going on in the halls. Since this is located in an airport, people are coming and going all night. So, it's not particularly restful. The rooms are nice though dark. The breakfast buffet was good. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Not like other Four Seasons we have stayed at. Hotel was nice but in the financial district so pretty dead and not much around that is walkable.
Pool vibe was dead. No servers for a few days of our trip and no music playing or anything like that.
Great!
Excellent! Best front desk staff ever 👍
The hotel is desperately in need of a major renovation. Service was great as usual
The staff was very friendly. The hotel was perfectly clean and well appointed. Exactly what you’d expect of a Four Seasons in a city. It is downtown however. It is ideal for going to events at the stadium but the area wasn’t great for walking around for other exploring.
Downtown location, very good restaurant and bar in the hotel, a few restaurants close by. Staff friendly, hospitable, and genuinely interested in yourcmfort and enjoyment.

Stayed here for conference at Westin Galleria, this was nearby and a really nice hotel. Recommend
Food and drinks from the bar and restaurant where fantastic. Outstanding service from one of the bartenders, named dean. This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back.
This hotel seems to be chronically understaffed. Between the front desk and the bar on my first night, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting in line to check in, pay for parking, for food, and to pay for the food. Having said that, all the staff were great, there just simply wasn't enough of them.
I was there for a conference, and the events area was well staffed, and the staff were great.

This hotel was the most AMAZING experience Ive ever had. We booked a room for the weekend for my daughters 7th birthday. They left a cake and candy in the room for her. The sanitation is a little poor, the location is good, and it is very convenient for shopping. The disadvantage is that I was deducted 30 US dollars for no reason. After a month of communication with Ctrip, I returned it. Next time I go to Houston, I will not choose this place. I lost the convenience of shopping, and there is nothing else worth recommending
The location is very convenient. The hotel shower and sink facilities are old and the temperature adjustment is not sensitive. The service staff is very friendly. Overall, it is a good experience
The hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely.
The room was clean and tidy, and it was very convenient for eating and shopping.

Quite. Nice. Good drinks at the bar. Close to shopping areas and mall. Right in the middle of it all. The view was horrible from my room 808 and had to pay an additional $25 to park. I visit Houston on business every month for at least 7+ days. I shall never stay at this hotel again for I refuse to pay to park with bad views. I can definitely do better for $188.72 a night.
Unfortunately the only nice part of the hotel is the public spaces. The rooms are only partially renovated and the sections not done are run down and falling apart. The water pressure keeps dropping when you try to take a shower so much that at times its a trickle. Housekeeping did not get to the room till after 3 even after being told at 1pm they would be doing the room next. Would not recommend this...
Rooms are clean and relatively nice but dark since there is only one small window to let in light. The lobby is comfortable and staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to the Houston Galleria which is nice if you are going shopping or doing business in the area.

Good place to stay though it’s pretty old, not renovated, old doors, no electric locks. The location, is awesome, pretty close to galleria, restaurants were close enough. I was just here for a business conference, so I cannot comment on the rooms. The inside of the hotel is stunning, very modern style with lots of glass, steel, and stone. Plenty of places to sit, recharge phones, and work on your laptop.

Great hotel. Really good location, nice big rooms, good facilities.
I was a bit disappointed. My key card didn't work all weekend, despite me going to the front desk multiple times to have it re-keyed. The room itself is very nice, but the doorman is clearly at the door, neither telling us that there is a free underground parking space, causing us to park in the paid parking space on the ground at the hotel entrance, nor asking if we need help with luggage, but seeing other skin-colored guests, Very active in luggage, feeling discriminated against.

Not impressed at all.
I was excited about my stay, from reading some reviews prior. I was only staying for a night, I found body hair in the bed. The air conditioner made a loud knock before coming on , each time. Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.
When we walked into the room, it was certainly not clean, a thick layer of dust everywhere (allergies), there were hairs in the bathroom, shower, and sink, and dirty glasses were set with the ice bucket. We went and spoke to front desk manager who was very helpful and gave us a new room, which actually was clean.
We arrived early because of our flight, the hotel was able to accommodate us with an early check-in for a fee. We were able t sleep off our red eye flight in a comfy, quiet, dark room for a few hours. We had a nice lunch in the bar and plan to get some more sleep before our early flight tomorrow. Definitely appreciate the shuttle service to and from the airport!
Food was excellent and conveniently located on the property, the room was clean and comfortable with airport shuttle service. Served the purpose well.
No microwave in room, fridge barely work, pull out fridge smelled like pee and wallpaper was peeling. They also didn’t miss a chance to loudly remind me that I booked through a third party when asking for assistance

Okay. It was clean. Considering the cost of living in the US, it was acceptable.
It is a good hotel and well located. I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the vent was and when I ended up with a flow when I turned on the air- conditioning. It was obvious what caused it.
Well, the environment is okay. The hardware is generally old. The elevators are still out of power. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean. There are many insects floating on the water. The water is a bit turbid. I don’t know why. It may be because there is too much bleaching powder. reason. There are not many types of breakfast, but you can also have relatively large blackberries, red plums...

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable, the service is good, the hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. I will stay here again next time.
Nice stuff which is friendly but not very satisfying with shuttle service.
Very suitable for a layover

This is how hotels used to be. Every employee who saw me either greeted or welcomed me. The experience just got better from there. Quick, expert service. Quiet, clean, luxurious rooms. The food was fantastic. I wish every hotel had this level of classiness - it costs nothing to treat your customers like you are happy they are there.
We had a great stay at Omni hotel in Houston. We went for vacation and we enjoyed the spacious room, clean space and great breakfast. They offer buffet on Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and it is highly recommended. They have valet service as well as self parking for free. Waiters and personal are super friendly. We will definitely come back again.
Attended a gala event at the Omni Hotel Houston and was really impressed. The ballroom looked stunning—beautifully lit, elegant décor, and plenty of space for guests.
