This hotel has everything you need and it's conveniently located. My room was comfortable and very clean. The staff is very friendly and responded to my needs as quickly as possible. I really enjoyed my stay in Houston.

Decided on a staycation for New Years Eve with the Family. Room was ready and spotless when when we checked in. Pool area is well maintained and the kids loved it. Pool is heated and enjoyable even on a 55° day

Didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant and bar out because we were so busy. A wedding reception was held here and the room was beautiful. The food from it was very good

Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies

I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids

Beautiful lobby and conference hall. They had a nice bar with plenty of options, as well as an internal store you could find anything needed. The guys in valet parking were also friendly and helped direct me a few times

One of the best reasons to return is the fact that it is centrally located and anything you can think of from shops like DXL or a nice restaurant, and even museums are only about 10-15 minute's away from the Royal Sonesta

I unfortunately had a tumble in my room and security ensured that the EMT’s were able to get to me rapidly and that I had a wheelchair available in case I needed it, and I appreciate that

This is hands down one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The valets offer fast and excellent service. The bellhop was very nice and assisted with grace and swift assistance

Located about a 10-minute walk from the mall, it's perfect for shopping enthusiasts! Early check-in is available, and there's drinking water at the front desk! The service is excellent!

You can, but I wouldn’t Everything was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again though. For the price, I would have expected more. Parking was great and free, but there was never a bailsman around to help with our luggage - ever

I absolutely love coming to Hilton’s restaurant, especially on Thursdays—it’s become a weekly highlight for me. The atmosphere is always welcoming, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff

Initially, when I thought it wouldn’t warm up at all, I went down to the front desk (because calling wouldn’t work) and the attendant told me I had to let it run for like 15 minutes

There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.

Googling B indicates it's closed entirely and every other hotel is picking up everyone at C. Signage at the hotel clearly indicates that they pick up from A & C near the front desk

The hotel you choose when transiting in Houston has a free airport shuttle bus, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up location is at B-103

Staff at the hotel was helpful. - Good to mail out a couple letters for me. - Night restaurant was great meeting a couple late orders on arrival for dinner

Room size is good, clean and no smell; the environment is prefect, nice decoration. The pool is nice, but not use due to cold weather at this moment. The experience is fine.

This is a nice hotel, very pricey but worth the extra money. Pool area has dead palm trees, but the rest of the landscape is nice. Workout room is big and equipment is quality. Overall...good stay!

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being right off I-10, and the room was very clean. We had a corner room, so the view was excellent. The service at their restaurant was top notch, I would stay here again.

The bed was great, bathroom clean. However the appointments in the room were dowdy, tired. Lamps were bad, switches especially. The furniture looked old, and not cleaned.

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.

We arrived early because of our flight, the hotel was able to accommodate us with an early check-in for a fee. We were able t sleep off our red eye flight in a comfy, quiet, dark room for a few hours

This hotel is a little older than we have experienced with other Double Tree hotels. The escalators were not working from the garage. So climbing the two stories of dead escalators was no fun

The hardware is generally old. The elevators are still out of power. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean. There are many insects floating on the water. It may be because there is too much bleaching powder

Double not advertised queen bed was a real disappointment. Paid parking disappointing too. Nice Saleen pool though. Good looking place. Helpful staff.

Always an issue with hotels in central business districts, there is parking, at a reasonable rate, in a garage in a building that is attached to the hotel building

When the weather is bad, the hotel offers a shuttle that departs frequently and runs a route thru nearby medical facilities

Omni is always one of the best hotels I ever stay at from places in Florida to just getting a place in Houston for a night. It’s always great.

The staff from the valet, reception desk to the bartenders and wait staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I asked a maid in the hall where the machine was and she did not just point, she escorted me to it. 👍

We booked the suite and it was so nice and spacious! I love how the bedroom had its own door very nice touch. Birdie’s breakfast buffet is a must try! And the La Reserve Whiskey Lounge is the perfect spot for a nightcap

We had a great stay at Omni hotel in Houston. We went for vacation and we enjoyed the spacious room, clean space and great breakfast. They offer buffet on Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and it is highly recommended

Easy to find, right off the highway. Parking lot is small for hotel but sufficient. No restaurants in walking distance but they have one onsite. Room was super comfortable and roomy. Staff is super friendly and helpful

Staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Rooms on the front side have constant sound of cars zooming through the highway as hotel is right next to it

You cant even drive to the front… i had to park on this side push all my luggage across the whole facility just to get to the unsatisfactory elevator. The pool bathrooms are not done either
