Pretty mixed on this place. The property is nice and well landscapes, the lobby, bar and restaurant are and convention floors are very well done, and the staff was great! old spec hard wares, high price mineral water and beverage service, noisy atmosphere, friendly and quick response clerks, high quality breakfast but expensive. No good restaurant around. Totally expensive price for the services than expected.

There were issues. Shades very difficult to open and close. Fire alarm sounded 3 time (false alarm) in 30 minutes.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and took an uber instead. We learned at the desk that the shuttle operates every hour instead of every half hour as advertised.

Staff at the hotel was helpful. - Good to mail out a couple letters for me. - Night restaurant was great meeting a couple late orders on arrival for dinner. - The breakfast scrambled eggs tasted like some kind of meat contamination, I left them. Everything was on point. The bed was so comfy. Breakfast was not so great but the rest was in good standing.

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable, the service is good, the hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. I will stay here again next time.

The bed was great, bathroom clean. However the appointments in the room were dowdy, tired. Lamps were bad, switches especially. The furniture looked old, and not cleaned.

I stayed in room 2209. With the heavy rains, water leaked for a few hours into the room from window. We mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

The lobby and dining areas were beautiful. Employees were VERY polite and helpful! The room was clean but I wouldn't say it was to the same standard as you'd expect from the condition of the elegant entrance. (phone and cords in the bathroom had a layer of dust, the bedskirt was askew with one side actually laying on the floor about 6 inches.)

Hotel is undergoing some renovations. Water took over 20 minutes to get hot. Service was great. Food was good. Parking was ok.

However, the shower was incredibly small, the smallest I've ever stayed in. My legs were ice cold after a shower, and I couldn't get my hair clean at all! we share a romantic weekend at the hotel and visited several places surrounding the hotel. we walked a lot since we love to hold hands and get to know a place. We were amazed at how safe we felt and the prices of everything was always within our budget.

Great hotel! I stayed here for a few days and they had very comfortable rooms, as well as a nice pool and a store downstairs with snacks and other essentials. Room service was also very good.

The room is large, the facilities are complete, the service is quite satisfactory, the breakfast is relatively rich, but it is the same every day, which is monotonous, which is understandable for foreigners. The overall feeling is pretty good. You can watch the sunrise every morning.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

Here for work, my stay was pleasant. Everyone from top to bottom was curtios and friendly. The room was serviced daily, the best comfortable and those pillows were out of the world. The restaurant was inviting and cosy and the food was delicious, with a wait staff eager to please. The downtown rail system was my only contention, making the parking experience a little inconvenient.

The room was spotless, every aspect was top notch and the staff from every interaction including the valet was amazing. I was having a difficult time and he was very kind. The room service was very good and quick. My room overlooked the little water feature and it was very quiet.

The staff from the valet, reception desk to the bartenders and wait staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I asked a maid in the hall where the machine was and she did not just point, she escorted me to it. 👍

If you have a wheelchair or helping one the elevators will annoy you so much because there is only one elevator for this and once you push the button it activates all elevators NOT JUST THE BIG ONE. Great stay for NYE! Beautifully renovated hotel and room. Bed was extremely comfortable and loved the layout of both the room and bathroom. I liked the tub and shower were on opposite sides of the spacious bathroom. Also great pressure from the rainfall shower head! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel for the Price Great hotel for the price point compared to others in the area. The staff were helpful and accommodated my request for a late checkout at noon. There was a security officer stationed in the parking area that checked incoming visitors and watched over the vehicles, which provided some peace of mind as well.

The hotel is relatively quiet and has complete supporting facilities. The king bed room I stayed in was very comfortable to sleep in. Moreover, there is a car pick-up and drop-off service, which is very good. When I go to Houston in the United States again, this is still my first choice.

Staff was great. However, the AC in our room did not work the entire stay and the room never got below 78 degrees. Also, the bath tub drain was clogged. When this issue was raised with management, they offered to waive valet parking charge.
