Overall, I really liked the hotel.
Check-in was quick and very professional — the agent was polite, guest-oriented, and provided all the necessary information. The evening front desk associate was also very friendly and helpful with my requests. Breakfast staff were welcoming and attentive.

On the downside: the room was not cleaned throughout the day (if housekeeping is by request only, guests should be informed). I also requested a wake-up call at 3:00 AM, but unfortunately it did not happen, and I almost missed my flight. Additionally, a breakfast to go was promised and included in my stay, but it was not provided.

Despite these issues, the overall impression is positive. With better communication, the service could be excellent.

Couldn't get wifi in the room. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and we had to leave at 6:30. I think wanted a hotel that served breakfast and we couldn't even benefit from it. Wasted money.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I stay here at least 6 times a year. The staff is always really nice & accommodating & the hotel is always clean. I just stayed here this past weekend & was elated to see that we now have a microwave in our room!

Overall,we had a convenient and comfortable stay. The parking and breakfast choices though were only limited.

Staff was very friendly and willing to extend themselves to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Food and dining service were remarkably good. Shuttle service was timely and friendly. Only negative was a bit of a dank smell when we first entered our room, but seemed to moderate during the stay. Overall, very good value for the cost.

Rooms are old and outdated, the water in the tub took a long time to flush like it was clogged. You have for them to clean your room

My room have a STENCH smell. The exit door by my room doesnt work with the key so i have to enter thru the front door. I ask the front desk and she said thats the emergency exit. She lie to cover the inconvenient. There was a homeless person sitting at the exit door for hours and I couldnt get to my car.

Our stay was short but pleasant. The hotel overall was very clean. Felt that mattress might need updating, but overall very clean. Would certainly recommend. Good location

It's just an average hotel. Not offering complimentary breakfast was unfortunate, especially in light of the ridiculously high prices for breakfast there. We have stayed at much nicer places over the past year with similar prices. However, this place did not earn the right to charge the prices that they did! I doubt we will return.

Usually exceptional but lately they seem to be a bit off thier game. My last couple drive thru orders were missing the condiments (salsa or guac). For me, not major enough to go back but still disappointing.

We have been going to this Taco Cabana location for many years. And its always been good, but we just spent $37 on tacos for my wife, granddaughter and myself And the steak is so salty that we can't even eat a whole taco. Needless to say, we are very unsatisfied with this meal. I won't even call to complain, but I also will not ever be back.

Good Tex-Mex fast food. This Cabana gave me the full proportions when I ordered the Cabana bowl, which I love. I don't like when other Taco Cabanas skimp on ingredients.

The unassuming exterior let me go in with no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food. I appreciated the large amount of salsa offerings as well. The cashier recommended the fajitas as being popular and I can see why. In all, I've had better but the value proposition of Taco Cabana is very good.

My 1st time here. They freakin suck. Waitress took all day to acknowledge us. Nachos consisted of 10 chips with cheese splattered on top. Waited 30 mins for a margarita. Beer cost $5. Food was below average. Never coming here again. Music loud as hell. But, hey im only one person, they'll stay open and continue to rip ppl off with their awful food, high prices and bad service. ZERO STARS!!!

When I went for the first time the waitress was just a cute face but no brains. She didn't know the menu and couldn't answer hardly any questions. But when the food did come out after a hour, it was good. 2nd time was horrible nothing was good or right. I left with only paying for a beer

Good food and drinks. It can get a little pricey depending on your alcohol of choice. The service was good every time I've been there.

Subject to change. Waiting for service as we text. Ordered a shot 5 minutes ago. Still waiting. Definitely not a gringo bar.

Terrible bartender. Had to ask for a beer twice. My friend finally asked. Still waited for a few minutes to actually get one.
Terrible service..... Don't see myself going back. But then I'm a gringo.

Now called "La Playita" crown n coke is $9, hurricane or any mixed drink is $15, watered down on top of the high price, nothing but dudes here, I was the only one with a girl... I won't be coming back.... expensive and it's a hole in the wall... My wife ordered a plate of food and said it was disgusting, the rice, beans, etc... Didn't finish... We left to bombshells.... Should of never stopped here lol....
