Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.

Here for work, my stay was pleasant. Everyone from top to bottom was curtios and friendly. The room was serviced daily, the best comfortable and those pillows were out of the world. The restaurant was inviting and cosy and the food was delicious, with a wait staff eager to please. The downtown rail system was my only contention, making the parking experience a little inconvenient.

The bed was great, bathroom clean. However the appointments in the room were dowdy, tired. Lamps were bad, switches especially. The furniture looked old, and not cleaned.

I stayed in room 2209. With the heavy rains, water leaked for a few hours into the room from window. We mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

The lobby and dining areas were beautiful. Employees were VERY polite and helpful! The room was clean but I wouldn't say it was to the same standard as you'd expect from the condition of the elegant entrance. (phone and cords in the bathroom had a layer of dust, the bedskirt was askew with one side actually laying on the floor about 6 inches.)

The room was very very very tiny! It was not what it looked like in the pictures. We had so much anxiety because we were claustrophobic. Also, we had homeless people asking us for my money as soon as we stepped outside the hotel and would ask a few times after we said we didn't have cash. I am always willing to give, but we had our two year old daughter with us and We did not feel safe at all.

This hotel has been a source of great comfort and solitude during a very difficult time in our lives. The hotel is in close proximity to MD Anderson and other world class hospitals. They offer a shuttle service for all of their guests. The staff is kind, courteous, and caring. They treat my mother and I like family. I am so grateful for this hotel.

I would have put 5 stars for the service, however I was really disappointed when they stated that a shuttle was running within a 2-mile radius. The shuttle was available for drop off if needed. Everything was nice, just the phone in the room never worked, bathroom cabinet was broken and the towels were got at the beginning of our stay had a disgusting stain on them.

Our room didn't get serviced satisfactorily during our stay.  Beds were not made; used washcloth left in the shower;  towels, washcloths not replenished.

Great Hotel for the Price Great hotel for the price point compared to others in the area. The staff were helpful and accommodated my request for a late checkout at noon. There was a security officer stationed in the parking area that checked incoming visitors and watched over the vehicles, which provided some peace of mind as well.

It's an older hotel very close to the airport with shuttle service so most of their business seems to be business travelers. The hotel is relatively quiet and has complete supporting facilities. The king bed room I stayed in was very comfortable to sleep in. Moreover, there is a car pick-up and drop-off service, which is very good. When I go to Houston in the United States again, this is still my first choice.

The communication was great, had an issue with the heat in my room and they changed my room without any problems. Was a bit cold in the lobby but other than that, my stay was great!
