Beautiful hotel with excellent service and a convenient downtown location. Unfortunately, the EV charging was a major disappointment. My car charged overnight and only reached 41%, making it unreliable for guests with electric vehicles. The gym is also very small with limited equipment, especially compared to other luxury hotels. I hope these facilities will be upgraded in the future.

Here for work, my stay was pleasant. Everyone from top to bottom was curtios and friendly. The room was serviced daily, the best comfortable and those pillows were out of the world. The restaurant was inviting and cosy and the food was delicious, with a wait staff eager to please. The downtown rail system was my only contention, making the parking experience a little inconvenient.

I was in town on business and stayed one night at the Regis. The front desk staff was awesome, I was a weary traveler. Room service sent up a perfectly gorgeous amenity plate with champagne, fruit, and a chocolate designed state of Texas. Yummy! The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet, wonderful night. Very comfy stay overall. In the tower the whole building made random squeaking noises which were annoying but over all very nice hotel.
