Four Seasons Hotel Houston, Houston1 / 30

A staff thought I’m a paparazzi while I was sitting down on the lobby seat
The staff here is great and they are quick and professional 🙏
They have everything you need in one spot. Why would you go anywhere else?
Just OK! If you are looking for the real Four Seasons experience look to another property. This is an old worn out property that has been shined up but not true 5 star standards. The staff are excellent and that’s the only thing that makes it a Four Seasons.
The Four Seasons never fails! It was FANTASTIC! The room, the food, the service- all impeccable. Four Seasons, you are my forever stay!
It's expensive for a reason, room service is online

Here for work, my stay was pleasant. Everyone from top to bottom was curtios and friendly. The room was serviced daily, the best comfortable and those pillows were out of the world. The restaurant was inviting and cosy and the food was delicious, with a wait staff eager to please. The downtown rail system was my only contention, making the parking experience a little inconvenient.
I always have good experiences at this hotel but I wanted to highlight the level of service on my check in on 1/26. I had a long travel day and was getting into the hotel after midnight and was thinking how awful the day had been. I get up to my room to find an amazing assortment of desserts as well as a birthday card from the staff. This level of going above and beyond really made my day and all of...
My wife and I have stayed at this property three times over the past year. We chose this hotel initially due to its easy walking distance to MD Anderson but have chosen it since due to the hotel's outstanding service and relaxing atmosphere. Always an issue with hotels in central business districts, there is parking, at a reasonable rate, in a garage in a building that is attached to the hotel building...
Stayed here for the Houston Marathon weekend. The rooms and everything were maintained really well. For being all booked for a busy weekend they managed it all well. One note, they need slightly better customer service with check in and check out. Offered to help with my bags after I already walked in and before I checked in- this could be offered at or after check in. At check out, it was confusing...
Stayed two nights for work in the building next door. Overall my stay was fine. I liked the room very much, and the front desk service was good. My only complaint was with the breakfast service in the Griffin Lounge; it seemed to be short-staffed as it was pretty chaotic with all the guests jostling each other for breakfast, drinks, etcetera and the poor woman who was making the omelettes had to...
Fabulous stay! I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and we were greeted with a special card and dessert in our room when we first walked in. Great service and delicious restaurant in house as well.

The room was spotless. The service was exceptional throughout the hotel, its restaurants and bars. Without a doubt, this hotel lives up to its lofty reputation.
I had to check out Tilman Fertitta’s Post Oak Hotel while visiting Houston, and I’ve been absolutely amazed by the service. The moment you walk in, the hospitality is on another level—they truly take care of you. My room was extremely luxurious and spotless. I stayed in the Concierge Suite on the 21st floor, and the view is incredible. The attention to detail in the room is impressive—everything from...
ALL OF THE ABOVE!!! They offer an exclusive 5-Diamond treatment from the time you pull up to the door. We can’t stay away, we spend every holiday and time off with who we call “Our home away from Home”💜
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Clean beautiful rooms with lots of amenities. From the moment we checked in Jay front desk was great! Isaiah went above and beyond all throughout our stay and made sure we had a great time. This hotel really strives to have the best service and they definitely do provide that for guests. We will definitely be back again.
The best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the check in experience to the valets, all top notch. I can’t even explain how great it was. Everything was perfect. Anything you can think off that you may need is in your room. All the little things made it perfect. We reserved a king with a downtown view and it was perfect. The staff is amazing. That is what made it for us, the staff. It was my wife...
Celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday in the best way possible! She wanted something upscale, so we chose Bloom & Bee at The Post Oak Hotel for a special birthday brunch, and it was perfect. This was my 2nd time to be in residence at the St. Regis Houston. The first time was in 2011 with some friends as we were out for a baseball game. This time I had to do some business in Austin and attend a wedding in Houston. Just so happened to be Independence Day as well. So, we enjoyed the festivities downtown on the 4th. Our arrival and check in was pleasant with nice valets, bellmen, and front...
We stay here every year for our anniversary. Every year it gets better and better! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am so impressed with all of the staff and how they strive to make everything so perfect. The beautiful chocolate covered strawberries and the romantic music when we walked in was just superb. I called for a fan and within 5 minutes I had one. Everyone that works there pays such special...
With a generous Starwood early check in and late checkout, they made the Saturday night stay over feel like a full spoiled weekend. They sent up chocolate covered strawberries with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate, what a great touch! Comfy luxurious rooms, turn down service, Beautiful interesting art hangs everywhere and in the guest room, fine decor and feel throughout. Wonderful...
I flew to Houston for a 2 day business conference at the St. Regis. During the flight, another passenger vomited on me. It was awful. I will spare you the minor details but tell you I had it on my shirt and pants. When I told the check-in staff about it, they were so sympathetic that they offered to launder my clothes for free AND sent me a bottle of wine to my room. It really brightened up an otherwise...
This elegant and stylish hotel has everything you need when you visit the Houston Galleria area. Car service is available to and from the airport that might be cheaper than paying the daily valet/parking fee. Turn down and spa services make this ideal for a relaxing business trip, romantic getaway or special occasion. There is a stocked refrigerator and snacks in the room along with a bath robe and...
I was in town on business and stayed one night at the Regis. The front desk staff was awesome, I was a weary traveler. Room service sent up a perfectly gorgeous amenity plate with champagne, fruit, and a chocolate designed state of Texas. Yummy! The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet, wonderful night. Also, the location is perfect for tourists that want to walk around a great area.

Highly recommended Amazing location and great facilities and near by attractions for the trip
This is our second time at this hotel, and we chose it again for its convenient location within a shopping mall. However, this second stay, they put us in a room right above the pool where the music was incredibly loud and vibrant. Considering they knew we had a small child, I find this completely unacceptable in terms of service. The hotel offers complimentary Arabic coffee, with a person serving...

Excellent staff. Room was amazing. Really cozy atmosphere!
The hotel is beautiful and the art is great. Our room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very kind and the concierge remembered our name and greeted us kindly. Just a couple small things - the rug in our room was stained quite badly. Not like, a little splotch, but very large dark stains all over it. The wood floors are nice enough they could have just pulled the rug...

Amazing stay! Beautiful, clean, had all the amenities we needed. Great location, super walkable, near restaurants and Daikin Park. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience with the team at Hilton Americas-Houston, and I especially want to recognize Ivan Lopez, Head of Security. We were in Houston for NCA, which happened to be the second largest cheer event ever. We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to Houston or this particular competition (which has historically been held in Dallas), but this hotel was the highlight of my trip and I just had to share. We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice and clean. The maid came each day but all we needed were towels and beverage supplied. The front desk folks were kind and helpful. Pretty mixed on this place. The property is nice and well landscapes, the lobby, bar and restaurant are and convention floors are very well done, and the staff was great! But the rooms are VERY average for the price. Bedding and pillows are average, the bathroom felt very old and the carpets didn’t seem super clean. All around an “ok” stay. This is hands down one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The valets offer fast and excellent service. The bellhop was very nice and assisted with grace and swift assistance. The lady at the front desk, KAMEYAH spirit was very professional and helpful. She’s first class.
The bed was great, bathroom clean. However the appointments in the room were dowdy, tired. Lamps were bad, switches especially. The furniture looked old, and not cleaned.
I stayed in room 2209. With the heavy rains, water leaked for a few hours into the room from window. We mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing about it.
The lobby and dining areas were beautiful. Employees were VERY polite and helpful! The room was clean but I wouldn't say it was to the same standard as you'd expect from the condition of the elegant entrance. (phone and cords in the bathroom had a layer of dust, the bedskirt was askew with one side actually laying on the floor about 6 inches.)

Was a little disappointed to find out Rosalie’s was not open on the weekends as advertised showing open online. Breakfast buffet available for a fee. Shuttle will only drop off 2 mile distance (not even 2.4 miles) and does not pick up. Overall, decent place. No parking on site and must valet. Valet is quite expensive for overnight with not discount for stay
Room was lacking amenities. No refrigerator. No microwave. Bathroom was missing hand soap. Room had a small table for dining but only one chair. Room had a good view and a good location. Overpriced for what is provided.
Everything was nice I just didn’t like the $23 fee that is tacked on and you HAVE to pay it in either food to the room or you just paying $23 there’s no way around it… also $70 a night for valet parking is RIDICULOUS!!

The room was very clean . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was there was construction going on and it was very noisy during the day . Made it hard to concentrate while trying to work. Other than that , I had a great stay and would definitely come back .
Overall good but had to call a tech to get the TV working. By the time he arrived at the room we had reset the TV (in the settings) after an hour trying to connect to streaming services - Netflix, Prime etc.
Convenient to Galleria. Renovations ongoing inside hotel 7days/week 9-5 so is noisy during the day.
The hotel had a breakfast buffet as well a menu with other options. Love the area lots of places to shop.
Booked through hotels. The front desk said they did not see my reservation and in order to stay I had to pay AGAIN for 3 nights. I called Marriot reservations bc MARRIOT sent me a message about my upcoming stay. They saw it but said they were not authorized to inform the hotel. Room was well maintained. You could tell it was an old but renovated room. I’m taking off a star because the room didn’t have a TV with any streaming services available, no Bluetooth connection, and not even an HDMI cable available. In the year 2026, this is hard to accept.
Very spacious room, very comfortable for a family with kids, considering the suite layout and sofa bed outside the main bedroom. However I wasn’t aware that housekeeping service what not performed on a daily basis and had to be requested.
Great location. Very clean and very nice hotel. Staff was friendly too. Would definitely stay again!!
The staff was great! I wish I’d gotten some of their names but one man helped us with our luggage was engaging and so polite! There was a bartender who was really nice too, she made us drinks in the Christmas bar the last day. Another bartender who made me a delicious pitcher. They really outshined the negative. You get what you pay for with this hotel. My husband was basically Bob the builder for...
Valet was slow. Seems to only had one guy working. We drank at the bar and they couldn’t make some of the drinks on the menu due to not having the mixers. Took us a few minutes to check in due to front desk person doing another job, but smooth otherwise. It was quiet, clean, lobby was decorated for Christmas and that was nice.
Hotel staff was awesome from valet, front desk, bellman, and bar. Simone was an absolute rock star

Generally a very good stay for me, however I could hear some kid from upstairs screaming late evening. Fortunately it wasn't in the middle of the night but poor kid.

Restaurant has fabulous martinis and best clam chowder I have ever had. Only thing was being woken at midnight to evacuation due to a fire in one of their elevators. Of course I had to be on the 20th floor with a lung condition and arthritic hips. Needless to say, it was tough, but I had lots of assistance from other guests and some cute firemen. Other negative I have is the outrageous valet overnight...
This hotel has been a source of great comfort and solitude during a very difficult time in our lives. The hotel is in close proximity to MD Anderson and other world class hospitals. They offer a shuttle service for all of their guests. The staff is kind, courteous, and caring. They treat my mother and I like family. I am so grateful for this hotel.
I would have put 5 stars for the service, however I was really disappointed when they stated that a shuttle was running within a 2-mile radius. The shuttle was available for drop off if needed. Anytime, I called for a shuttle I was told that one was on the way. I stood at one location for over an hour waiting in the rain for a shuttle, ended up calling an uber which arrived quickly. During my entire...
I had an outstanding experience at the Marriott, all thanks to Theo at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Theo went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, seamless, and truly welcoming. His kindness, professionalism, and warm demeanor made a lasting impression. Theo is incredibly helpful with every request, always with a smile and a genuine desire to assist. He’s not only efficient...

Everything was great, except for the parking fee which was too expensive.
Beautiful hotel. Very clean and safe. Excellent check in and check out. The shuttle service is amazing!
Everything was nice, just the phone in the room never worked, bathroom cabinet was broken and the towels were got at the beginning of our stay had a disgusting stain on them.
Our room didn't get serviced satisfactorily during our stay.  Beds were not made; used washcloth left in the shower;  towels, washcloths not replenished.
Had a great stay at this hotel, highly recommend
Parking was excessive, but over all hotel is fine, really good service and amenities.

Stuck in Houston over night because of flight delay/cancellations. Was a lovely looking hotel and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Room was clean as well.
Bathrooms are simply nasty to the point of not taking a shower. No wonder why bathrooms are not shown in the pictures
Adequate for a budget overnight stay Suggest add what's app contact for those travelling without US data Also, one very friendly and helpful front desk female staff member we interacted with - kudos to her
Great Hotel for the Price Great hotel for the price point compared to others in the area. The staff were helpful and accommodated my request for a late checkout at noon. There was a security officer stationed in the parking area that checked incoming visitors and watched over the vehicles, which provided some peace of mind as well.
Jon at the desk was so kind, coming off such a rough day I was actually crying because it meant so much to me. It's an older hotel very close to the airport with shuttle service so most of their business seems to be business travelers. It's a really unique design where the room windows over-look lobby and restaurant. It was clean and functional and we slept very well. We would happily return because...
The hotel is relatively quiet and has complete supporting facilities. The king bed room I stayed in was very comfortable to sleep in. Moreover, there is a car pick-up and drop-off service, which is very good. When I go to Houston in the United States again, this is still my first choice.

Good location,good restaurant,resonable price!
The communication was great, had an issue with the heat in my room and they changed my room without any problems. Was a bit cold in the lobby but other than that, my stay was great!

Your valet and self parking rates are outdated ..,
Absolutely loved this hotel! We only stayed for a night but definitely planning to come back again to enjoy the entire property. It’s so quiet you don’t realize you are in a big city.
Staff was amazingly friendly and efficient. Room was spotless and quiet (no hallway noise). The hotel property is gorgeous and relaxing.
Adjustment love this place. Our company always stays here
An elegant place to stay! All hotel staff courteous and professional.
