Rooms are well appointed with quality bedding, mini fridge, flat screen tv and a safe. Location is great as you can walk to minute park, Compaq center and compass field. us you are connected to the convention center

I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids

The bedroom was nice and dark at night. The service was great! We interacted with the front desk, room service, and house keeping. Everything was great and we can’t wait to go back!

I attended the meeting in the lobby of the Bayou and Bottle Hotel. From the valet to the bartenders and staff, I was SO impressed! Soft music in the background made for pleasant conversation

Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Always an issue with hotels in central business districts, there is parking, at a reasonable rate, in a garage in a building that is attached to the hotel building

We love Hotels with ceiling to floor windows. The Windows did not give us clear views which defeats the purpose. But the Overall hotel is clean and smells really nice. Please clean the windows for a better view

No parking on site and must valet. Valet is quite expensive for overnight with not discount for stay

I was on the 12th floor in the rusk house portion of the building which had very nice rooms that were ideal for single people. There was a coffee maker but no fridge, which I did not miss

Not sure if thr ventilation system was working very well because it kept pumping out heat even with the air on. Im sensitive to heat, so that was the only downside

The room was great. All requests were fulfilled except for late checkout. They were not very accommodating in that regard.

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Toyota Center. The hotel is still within walking distance and much more affordable than other surrounding choices. The rooms are nice and updated.

The room is relatively small, and it is difficult to pass through the two boxes after opening them. The bathroom countertop is very small and not very convenient. But the big bed is very soft and comfortable

There is only one front desk attendant in the hotel, and the breakfast is also very simple, which may be the consumption characteristics of Americans. The surrounding area is very quiet

Rang reception however no one came to room. Reported following day at reception & dealt with immediately. TV lead disconnected & old power points not in use for coffee machine. Breakfast had a good selection

We were woken up at 430am (after 9 hours of airports & delayed flights) to someone blasting mariachi music, we called the front desk to complain & they said it was probably a car driving by (we were on the 9th floor, not likely), it went on for nearly 2 hours before it stopped & we were able to finally rest

However, they charge $60 per night when there is a lot directly across the street that is only $20. The highlight of this hotel is the AMAZING breakfast that is offered!

This is my favorite hotel in Houston, love the service and breakfast is amazing. Love the Nespresso machine in the rooms and the snacks :). It feels luxurious without being pompous, staff is so nice and helpful.

Major road construction that will continue for months. There is no food, shopping nearby. Takes 15 min walk to reach for convention center. Staff is friendly and very helpful

Looks to be recently renovated. Rooms are nice and clean and the hallways are very quiet. Great to walk to Toyota Center, George R. Good parking and actually free parking which is a huge bonus

The hotel's main entrance was under renovation, so you could only enter through the scaffolding on the side. The Toyota Center, home of the Houston Rockets, is right next door and within walking distance

This hotel is great for events at the convention center and the Toyota center. Their is some construction happening that makes transportation a little challenging.

It's a 10-minute drive from downtown, which we didn't go to. The hotel facilities were basic, offering everything you'd expect. Toiletries were from Dove, and the room included two bottles of water
