The check-in was horrible. The representative didn't listen, she was not clear and she charged my card an additional $340 after I told her my room was already paid for. She was very argumentative and not pleasant. She then sent me to room a room and said it was in one place

Welcoming employees, clean and tight rooms. Great breakfast variety and great location off the highway!

The very best part of our stay was the staff! Every single person was helpful and courteous! The property is dated and our suite was beat up. The couch was horrible. Door looked like it had seen a crow bar and kitchen cabinets were bad. The place needed to be dusted. Its a great location for medical stuff but just needs some work.

Location was great in terms of what we were doing. Noise from nearby roadways was a little loud. Hotel could use some updating but it served our purposes very well for the weekend.

The room was very comfortable and the water was hot and not lukewarm and the food was delicious.

Shower faucet was broken. I couldn’t shut off the hot water. I called the front desk and was told maintenance was coming. Half an hour later I called again and was told the same thing. 15 minutes later I called again said the water was still running and wanted to change rooms and I was tired of waiting.

The person at the front desk should have told me that the maintenance person hadn’t even come into work yet!

All 3 days we kept having to have our 3 rooms key cards reprogrammed because they stopped working

Kind and efficient checkin staff with coffee available in the Lobby. However, the room was stuffy and musty.

When we entered our first room we realized the tv in the living area didn't work. Also, a large ball of hair was on the floor. The receptionist came to room to try and fix TV. She was so nice and sweet, she even picked up the hair from the carpet. After speaking to her manager we were moved to a larger two bedroom. We had a pleasant quiet night and enjoyed our stay. Also, the breakfast was wonderful, probably best from a hotel stay. Will stay again

My family has been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and usually have a very good experience. This last time was a little different. It was an unusually long wait, (despite the fact that we had reservations), the food was good but both myself and a family member had stomach issues the next day. The most troubling aspect of our visit was that on the way out, we smelled a strange odor. As we got closer to the exit, we saw that there was someone working on a plumbing problem and outside a vehicle marked "emergency plumbing" was parked out front. I understand things like this happened but that issue coupled with the fact that 2 of us felt queasy the next day and add the extra component that my holiday work lunch is supposed to be going there this week and I'm a bit leery of going back so soon. I really hope things get sorted out soon!

Love the restaurant but HATE coming for lunch. Went to get a pick up order and stood at the bar for 10 minutes while workers including the manager kept walking back and forth past me like I was just invisible. Had to go to the front so the hostess could get someone to help. The guy standing behind the bar finally assisted. Wish there was a closer location with better customer service. Very disappointed as I eat here atleast once per week!

We had a great lunch!! I had a surgical procedure that morning and I always love Benihana, so my mom treated me to lunch. We've been there over 100 times over the years and that was the first time our chef didn't do ANY showmanship or tricks. There were two other ladies at our hibachi table and when we asked the lady closest to us if she had ever been there when they didn't do anything special during their cooking time, she said, "No" and pointed to the seat where the other lady had been sitting. She had two glasses of full iced tea at all times, they brought her a different salad, and several other things. I'm not a Dr, but I would definitely think she battles with OCD. Everyone knew her and she seemed to know most of the staff by name. Upon the mystery lady sitting at the table the server said, "Hello. We missed you. Where were you last week?" She smiled and that was about it for her. I think that's great that they are catering to a regular guests likes and dislikes.l, but we were disappointed that the chef didn't do anything. We have always loved the show they put on over the years and thought maybe they stopped doing the entertaining portion at lunch because business people are in a hurry, but a party was seated at the next table and he was doing lots of little tricks and stuff. ?? That's why they got four stars instead of five.

The greatest strength they have is their cooks' ability to execute everything with consistency. The food is well seasoned with all the spices you'd expect from a hibachi restaurant, but again, consistency is what makes them great. I've always had a pleasant experience in terms of their service and hospitality and would definitely recommend Benihana to anyone wanting the authentic Japanese experience in the United States, which is very hard to do just on principle. They even have the ambience on the outside of the building which is always a plus to me.

Benihana, is a great place to go for dinner or a special occasion. The staff and chefs are friend and full of laughs. This is a very entertaining venue if I must say so myself. I've been frequenting this location for over 10 years. If you get a kick out of seeing your food prepared before you this is the place to go. I'm wild about their "Splash and Meadow". The perfect mix of steak and seafood. If you visit their website and sign up under the "Chef Table". The Wednesday prior to your birthday they will email you a coupon for $30 off your meal when another meal is purchased. You usually have 30 days to redeem your coupon. I highly recommend Benihana, to seafood lovers.
