We stayed for 3 days, staff seems pretty nice. Room was very nice walkin showers are awesome a/c is very nice well kept. No ware close to eat. Minus the fridge not working or the fridge in 2nd room. Worth your $

Far less than impressed! Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Not only is the entrance and lobby more on the scale of a Best Western, the room is filfthy! Spend your money elsewhere.

The stay was amazing. Front desk agent "Faith", and the courtesy drivers Derrick and Andrew were so helpful. Breakfast was great, the room was very nice, and it was affordable. They are renovating, but it won't get in your way during your stay. Definitely will make this my choice hotel when in town. Thanks Hawthorne Suites!! Well worth it.

Best hotel value I got at Hotel.com 49+tax. Free and breakfast and wireless internet. Food is nothing to write home about but it serves the purpose.

This place had a room makeover probably 2 years ago. It's OK, but room still needs work. Closet door is off slider. Water stains all around AC unit. Light in bathroom doesn't work. Fridge was pushed into the middle of the room when we arrived for no reason and cookware and silverware was on the floor. The only reason I give it a 2 is because the staff was very friendly and tried to help. The breakfast was decent. They should have spent money replacing the 1 pane windows with double pane since it's directly behind the airport.

Booked a room for $65, the shuttle service was fine and came about 15 after contacting the front desk. Check in was quick. When i stepped in the room a mildew mixed with smoke smell hit me immediately. I had an 11 hour flight with a 5 hour layover, so i was extremely tired. Woke up to use the bathroom around 4am with the worst allergy migraine I’ve had in years, due to the cigarette smoke and dust coming from the heater. My room was 207, maybe this is the room they reserve for the customers paying under $70, I’m not sure. I left around 8am to get a toothbrush and came back to find all my items gone and the room cleaned before my 11am checkout. Do not go into room 207.

I was very impressed with the size of the room for the price. Nice to have a full fridge, stove top, and a place to wash dishes if necessary. Face soap bar visibly different than the body soap bar. Friendly staff, which was relieving after how angsty everyone seemed to be at the airport. A nice reprieve.

After some flight issues we knew that we were going to be coming into Dallas very late. With our infant son we knew that we weren't going to be able to drive to our destination that night as planned. I called to make sure that they had a pack and play crib available for us to use. They said to just call when we got in and they would send the shuttle to come get us.
We landed shortly after 1am, after collecting our things the shuttle was there quickly. Took us to the hotel quickly, when we checked in I had said we requested that they have a pack and play for us. They said it was in the room already.
When we got to the room they had the pack and play set up and ready to go for us. The room was clean, and ready for us. It was really nice to have exceptional customer service like this, after a long day of travel. To be able to come in so late and be taken care of like that and just be able to go to sleep. Was above and beyond.

Location is very near the airport and has easy interstate access.
Breakfast was included and not too bad.
The king suite was very large with lots of room, and even had utensils, dishes, and cookware.
Cons:
The price per night is higher than it should be. I expected more for the price I paid.
Elevator was out of service and had been for a week prior to my stay.
No access to building from the side entrances (nearest the staircases) even with a room key (it looked like the scanners had been torn out by vandals).
The staircase appeared neglected by cleaning staff.
No safe in room for valuable items.
TV stations did not match the programmed channels and there was no channel guide available in print or online.

This stay was awful, left 1 week into 30 day reservation. Front Desk staff needs training on customer service and billing. Still trying to resolve multiple issues of over charges to debit card. Incredibly unconcerned that they locked me out of my bank account, by trying to bill me a month in advance. Then double charging for taxes 3 days after I checked out. Which I've been assured would be credited back in 2 to 3 days......really?
