The hotel was lovely We stayed 3 nights . Room was clean, service staff were good. Trinity at the Reception was so lovely & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped us a few times always with a lovely smile.
The hotel area was lovely to sit in while waiting for pickups, books to read if wanted.
We did go to the Bar for dinner one night but the service from the lady there was so rude & cold we left after one drink, disgusted.
No point advertising nice meals in the lifts if the staff are so not nice.
The motel is easy walking distance to food, drinks, sight seeing.
Its a good walk to Pike Market, but enjoyable. There is a free waterfront bus 2 blocks away to catch that will cover most of the tourist area.
Would def stay again..

This hotel is located very conveniently just a short 5 minute walk from the space needle. Parking here was relatively less expensive compared to other hotels, although I don't understand why a hotel should be charging a parking fee. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our short stay.
The room was decent sized although the air conditioner was broken and would only blow medium warm air and it was hard to warm the room at night in December.
Breakfast was decent, with a variety of items including self serve waffles but some items didn't seem fresh including the baked goods.
Overall a decent stay, would recommend it. P.S book online, it was cheaper than the direct rate, even when I was in the hotel, trying to extend the stay by 1 night.

I paid $96 for the night and the room was well worth it. Clean comfortable beds and a nice view. You are easily withing walking distance to Pike Market and other attractions. Large eating area and bar on site. The secure underground parking was welcome as well. They let us keep our car there until 4pm the next day which was nice. For the money this is an excellent hotel.

Pretty decent for the price and one nights stay. The view of the Space Needle did not disappoint (pic) Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was typical small hotel so did not partake. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something. After we checked out they let us leave our car in their garage until we were done sight seeing for the day which was so much appreciated and worth the fee. The one thing I was not thrilled with was the room had paper thin walls it seemes. We could here everything in both rooms on either side. Luckily our hotel neighbors were not obnoxious. Very close to a lot of cool stuff to do bars, food. Would stay here again.

+ I stayed for week for work. Nice and friendly staff, room was very spacious and cleaned daily well. Breakfast food was good and I used the bar once for dinner and that food was good. Within a block of the space needle and easy to get to restaurants around to include the space needle food court. Price wa better than any hotel I found nearby and will definitely choose this one again when I come back. Used gym and machines/weights were good enough for a travel gym.
- Paying for breakfast, was a little high but may be the standard for all hotels in area. Noise was sometimes heard between rooms, but didn't keep me awake.

+ Despite some reviews I previously read, this hotel was fantastic. The location, amenities, and even the morning newspaper delivered made me feel welcome and relaxed.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfy and quiet with an amazing view and of the Space Needle. You can walk to the Space Needle in 5 minutes. We received a parking ticket after parking in a faded handicap spot (you couldn't see this at night) and the front desk was wonderful and handled it for us. Left money in the safe by accident, and management was honest and wonderful to mail a check to us. Highly recommend the excellent service here.
