The first room was right next to the road, so it was very noisy. Later, we changed to a room further inside, which was much better. It had a window that could be opened, was spacious, and comfortable. The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view. The location is so-so, the breakfast is okay. Everything else is average, a bit pricey.

Friendly staff, clean lobby and rooms. It’s a short walk from the hotel to Climate Pledge Arena.

We only stayed one night for a Seattle kraken game but it was excellent! We paid for an early check in and we received an upgrade since it was our first stay. Very convenient to the arena, space needle, coffee shop, close communicate to downtown.

Breakfast was good and this time on Christmas day. My suggestion would be to have a tip jar for the breakfast staff.

It would be be nice to have an ice machine onsite. There was a an ice machine in the room freezer, but it takes to long.

This property is well maintained and the amenities are great. The area is nice and within walking distance to Climate Pledge arena if you are ok with walking up a steep 4 blocks. There are things that are wearing out that need to be addressed. The heater was laboring and very loud. Great location, so close to the Space Needle, plus a bus stop is right outside so you can take the E downtown to Pike Place Market. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good.

Overall is pretty good, except for the a/c is a bit loud. Some noise from the streets in the middle of the night.

The hotel is relatively new. Room is clean. Very near to Space Needle and can see it from the window of the room. Gated garage feels safe. Parking fee is $35.00 per night. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel located on the outer part of downtown. The staff at reception was not welcoming at all. The room was as standard as it could be. We would be happier paying more for other hotel instead.

The staff have been amazing and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of and happy.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You could see the effort that they were putting into keeping the lobby and common areas clean and inviting. I would recommend this establishment to any friends and family who were traveling with pets and children. The pool area and game room were also really fun.

From check in to check out, our stay was outstanding. Our host at check in made it very easy to get settled, signed me up for Marriott rewards and offered me late check out for signing up. Room was nice, plenty of room, large bathroom. Shower was malfunctioning was negative towards the room. The other negative was having to pay $41.00 plus tax for on-site parking,

Everything was clean. Staff were great. This hotel had the best continental breakfast ive ever had. They upgraded us to a luxery suite unexpectedly and it was wonderful!

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for. You can even cook your own meals, and there's a dishwasher too!

The hotel facilities were nice and clean. The hotel also has excellent security. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the University of Washington area.

The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you’d expect. The staff were friendly and responsive. The gym is large and was never crowded. The breakfast is decent too. The only drawback might be the location. There are often more unhoused folks nearby and can be somewhat loud depending on which street you face. But it is well situated near restaurants and transportation.

Hotel is Conveniently located near Line 1 - U District Station , only about 6 minutes walk to hotel from train station. We took Line 1 from airport to U District station. Hotel room is clean , spacious and nice and fits 2 queen size beds. Beds are also comfortable.  There is also complementary breakfast . Safeway supermarket and eateries are all nearby . Easy to take Line 1 to do sightseeing .

Hotel was clean and had a sink, fridge, microwave and was very spacious. You really get a bang for your buck here. I appreciated the focus on safety at the check-in area and the gated parking lot. The front desk girl (didn't catch her name) was super sweet and helpful. Thank you for the stay!

Although the location was a little sketchy the motel was great!! We had an early appointment at Seattle children's and the price was right at this place. The gate to parking lot was already a huge stress relief. The rooms were clean and cute, TV was good size and was easy to hook up fore stick. I was highly impressed. So much I'm leaving this review :)

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this motel was. While the area is not the best the Motel is very nice, clean, and wonderful. It us also very secure with a gate. The staff was very professional and extremely nice! The price was beyond reasonable. There is a lot of food, amenities, and things to do. Just be aware of surroundings but overall very nice!

This is certainly my "go-to" in regards to being on the lower end of the scale. Although only getting rated 1 to 2 I would definitely disagree and rate it 4/5. Given the neighborhood that it's placed in the owner's do a excellent service in providing you with a sense of safety/comfort without including "highway robbery" taxation in pricing. Had a perfect stay here. The room was beautiful and homey. The mansion was clean, tastefully decorated, gorgeous, and genuine feeling. Highly recommend this accommodation. Also, this place is pet-friendly.

My husband and I stayed at The Bacon Mansion for five nights and loved it! It was located in a great area, we walked a ton and it was super convenient to take public transportation. Daryl and the rest of the staff were all wonderful - super friendly, helpful and had great suggestions on places to eat and visit. We'll definitely be staying here on future Seattle trips!

The place was beautiful, but Daryl wasn't super helpful, sometimes short, even forgetting to bring us ice until he saw us on our way to pick it up ourselves. The place doesn't feel super welcoming and the breakfast wasn't really up to par considering the price of the stay. The rooms were clean, though, and the location is great which is why I am still giving 3 stars.

We loved staying at the Bacon. Or plans changed last min and they were able to accommodate us a night early. The rooms are large and authentic with everything you needed plus a whole lot of charm.
