I would expect from a hotel like this that it had better daily cleaning (example: didn't remove used coffee cups from one day to another). They also charged me for the breakfast on the final day, even though I had paid extra for a breakfast voucher.
The room/hotel was clean and in a great location! The shuttle service was very helpful for drop-offs in a 2 mile vicinity. The staff was warm and welcoming every single time we entered the hotel and made me happy to stay there. I definitely will come back in the future! The aesthetic is beautiful. ;) Thank you for a positive environment!
I came to seattle after finding this hotel had special bathtubs and views of the space needle. I was not disappointed one bit. The room was so very nice and the staff made the trip extra memorable. I seriously do not want to check out and will be coming back here every chance I get. I was very nervous to book with the construction reviews going on, and yes, they are remodeling the front of the hotel...
Overall, it's pretty good. The central location is within a 15-minute walk to Amazon headquarters, the Space Needle, and Pike Place Market! There is a large supermarket downstairs with a wide variety of products, including cooked food. It is recommended that you buy porridge and vegetables for breakfast at the supermarket! The only regret is that it is under renovation recently, which will reduce the...
We love Denny Park Hotel (formerly Pan Pacific) and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seattle! My parents stay here whenever they visit us for special events, and the service has always been outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make their stay memorable—whether it’s a handwritten note wishing them a happy birthday or anniversary or warmly acknowledging the occasion at check-in.

Had a very pleasant stay! Rooms were very clean, newly renovated and modern! But they have some renovations still occurring so if you plan on staying I'd suggest having your room be on the higher up floors since it looked like the lobby floor was mostly affected. But I will absolutely stay again ❤️ Staff very friendly and welcoming

Located right next to the port, it's conveniently located. Check-in was delayed by about 10 minutes due to the inability to find the booking information. The staff were friendly. There was a concert in Seattle on the day of my check-in, so the hotel was crowded and a bit chaotic. The room was large and bright, but there were no windows that could be opened, so it might feel stuffy on a longer stay...
Very good, excellent service, beautiful scenery, convenient travel, easy access to the beach, next to the aquarium and Ferris wheel, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the first Starbucks coffee shop
Ranked first among five-star hotels in Seattle, the price-performance ratio is not very good, the view effect is not ideal, the hygiene is very good, and the service facilities are basically up to standard.
Good hotel as always. Will stay again.
The location is good, but it is far worse than the Four Seasons in China
Good location, but average view.

Gorgeous hotel! Kind staff. Good location. Gym was perfect (yea for a Peloton—two Pelotons!). We were in a suite—very spacious with a nice sitting area. Not a rinky dink couch—a solid, comfortable one. Lobby and attached restaurant were wonderful. Great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
The staff is amazing! Kind, helpful, and fun. Also bilingual! The room was fine, but it’s the little things that matter, right? The shower was wonderful! Beautiful tile, smooth sliding glass door, cool textured floor, and TWO adjustable shower heads. Loved the wall-mounted make-up mirror, too. I miss the funky decor of the old Hotel Monaco, but these are the details that will bring me back.
The hotel was pet friendly and extremely kind to us. The design is so aesthetic and we loved our room and the staff.
Everything about my stay was amazing! The quiet atmosphere, the staff were very welcoming
The property was recently refurbished and it looks and feels great. Every staff member was professional and personable.
Spotless well-decorated room and bartender. Day 1 at breakfast in attractive newly-finished restaurant: good food and service. Day 2 the restaurant manager was rude, asking us to wait 15 minutes so he “coud clear some tables” (that we could see were unoccupied). We said we need to be seated and were short on time and would have to eat st the airport if we could not be seated sooner. He said have a...

The hotel itself was clean and beautiful. Staff were amazing. Best location to travel the area. Located right next to a light railway station.
Good location. Near the westlake station. Convenient to visit public market and space needle.
This is the third time we have stayed at the Mayflower Park Hotel. it is so conveniently located for many things in downtown Seattle. Always clean and well done. Love to have breakfast at Olivers.
Very nice hotel, close to major attractions (pike place market, Starbucks, etc), light rail (westlake station to SEA airport), monorail (westlake center to space needle). Great value for the price. If you want to save money, make sure to book 2-3 months in advance. The only problem is that the heater/AC is a bit noisy.
This is a good solid hotel with a good reputation. Rooms were spacious and classically decorated. Bed was comfortable. Daily room servicing was performed professionally to a high standard.
As with many hotels, management' always has a hand in letting DOWN the vibe. Introducing mandatory 'destination fee' is a good example of management going in the wrong direction. That would definitely deter me from...

Great location. But ventilation at restroom is not so great.
Great location by Lake Union with stunning views. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient access to downtown. Comfortable stay for business or leisure. Highly recommended in Seattle!
About 3 kilometers from downtown
The location is good. Nothing bad about the other things. A bottle of water is $5.
By the lake, great hotel. 20 min walk from Pike place

If you are going to events in Lumen or T-Mobile stadiums you can't beat the location. The property has a nice pool and hot tub on the 9th floor. Jimmy's on 1st is the restaurant in the same building as hotel and it has decent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I am not one to write reviews but I feel that because we had such an incredible experience, this is the least I can do. From valet to check in to check out and everything in between. This will be our new hotel to stay when we’re in town again. Shoutout to Rio at check out too!
Amazing hotel on all fronts. Highly recommend!! Parking, location, food, comfort, customer service all top notch.
I always stay at the Silver Cloud- Stadium location when going to any event at T-Mobile park. The view from the rooms are great, you can watch the hustle and bustle of people arriving to go to a game. There is a great pool and jacuzzi on the 8th floor ( also with amazing views). The beds are definitely "cloud" like. I always sleep go good. The front desk staff and valet parking staff are so nice...
We enjoy your service. Requiring me to right a review is annoying. I gave my opinion; I should not have to write 100 characters to send my opinion.
This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just as lovely as the time before. From the time we arrived until we left, service and stay was superb. I had the same room as last time with a wonderful view of T-Mobile park and I forgot how comfortable the bed was. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Always an amazing stay. My new favorite stay in Seattle!!
Although it's an older hotel, the staff were friendly and well-maintained, so I had no problems staying there for two days. It was also nice that they called a taxi for me after check-out.
Best location for staying in down town Seattle
The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and offers coffee and tea in the lobby all day. There's also a Starbucks on the first floor. It's less than a 10-minute bus ride from the city center, and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby.
Older very nice hotel but I prefer to stay at a hotel with a restaurant/bar on the premises.
Very satisfied with the location

Spotless room, amazing amenities and a shout out to Kris at the front desk! They really went above and beyond to make our stay awesome during the soccer tournament! Thank you so much! We will be back again.
Clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, comfortable hotel overall. Pool is busy but what hotel pool isn’t busy.
The staff was friendly, rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.
Facility are excellent, My only complaint i forgot my parfum in the room after check out , when came back th same day and ask, no one know about it...
Rooms were clean and well appointed for our 4 night stay. Convenient location close to the airport. Staff was incredibly friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Seriously, they were a wow! Breakfast options were good.
The location is convenient, the hotel is relatively new, and the service is good, but the soundproofing is poor. I woke up very early in the morning to find children running around upstairs. The kitchen and dining table are compactly designed.

I stayed three nights, but the room wasn't cleaned. I only received replacement towels after calling the front desk on my last day. One of the two elevators was broken, making waiting for it a real pain. The room was incredibly small, comparable to those in Japan.
On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Pike Place Market.
Well. I probably won’t stay here again. The bed is comfy. The shower water pressure decent. The room is clean. But the toilet handle is in a really awkward position behind and very close to the glass shower. The sink is really shallow and the drain makes it even more so. There’s no laundry service and washing clothes in this tiny sink is extremely difficult. In the shower, you have to stand under...

Hygiene: clean and no pitfalls
Environment: relatively safe surrounding, within a ten-minute walk from Amazon headquarters and Pike Market; Haidilao is in the mall next to it; a little far from Third Street, but you have to pass by it when you go to Pike Market; five minutes walk from the subway...
It was already 8-9pm when I arrived, but the service staff still checked me in very quickly. The room and bathroom are well-equipped and spacious, the bed is very comfortable and very quiet.
A great hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The compact rooms do not have a place to work, or to sit and relax, other than the bed. Although there are comfy seats in the lobby.
This 3.5-star hotel, renovated from a nearly century-old building, lacks a pool and is small. The prices are a bit high, but I'd consider the Grand Hyatt across the street next time. After the renovation, it's quite clean and modern. It's conveniently located near the Light Rail, the fish market, and a supermarket. Din Tai Fung and Haidilao are across the street.

The staff was super nice and knowledgeable, and the room was so cute! Our housekeeper Hasha was so sweet and attentive to our needs, five stars!
John at check-in was ahhhmazing! Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. No prices on snacks, bit of a sticker shock. Carlos the night attendant on 1/6 was helpful and kind. Loved the location.
Nice, large room with kitchenette. Was able to celebrate a small birthday party in the room with ease.
Great location!
It was good. The only thing was people talking on the speaker phone on the hall way in the middle of the night. Not the hotel’s fault.
Nice rooms, great location right at Seattle Center. MoPop and the space needle are literally right across the street; the photo I am attaching was taken from the window in my room. Room was spacious and comfortable, location perfect for UW meeting. When I arrived the floor was quite sticky in place. The Graduate texted me after I checked in to see if they could do anything. I responded in the morning that the floor was sticky. They came and mopped and took care of it by the time I came back at 5 PM. Great service!

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own.

the hotel's locations is great, walking distance from most attractions and places to hangout to, even to nearby public transport stations. room is spacious and clean and comfortable. the only thing is the elevator is slow but everything else is good
I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!
The transportation is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the subway entrance, and the bed is wide enough for one person to lie down freely.
The check-in process was a breeze! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. And the location is great - it’s super walkable to many of the Seattle attractions.
This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that. The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though. I would stay here again.

Great location and really friendly staff. The room is quite big and very nice decoration. It is located in a good area with a bunch of restaurant around a hotel. Many options for self parking through a third-party app.
We stayed here for the first time during a concert weekend, and the experience was truly wonderful. The hotel looked fantastic, with a spacious and welcoming lobby. Not a bad hotel but fairly barebones. Desk staff are generally very pleasant and efficient. Multiple elevators that take some learning- one way locked doors. Exterior access doors. Continental breakfast has recently become prepackaged and generally not free.

Just recently celebrated my anniversary at this hotel paid housekeeping to arrange for my anniversary and they did an amazing job. Rooms was clean. It was a quiet room top floor. Everything was great
Rooms were okay but bathroom / sink / microwave area is crowded. Breakfast was a $5 grab-and-go bag with nothing good except an orange and very small yogurt container, shower curtain was falling down, toilet looked like it was going to overflow, elevator was barely serviceable. Clearly an old motel that was remodeled into a modern "hotel", all the rooms are located along the ouside.
Room was okay, clean had trouble opening and closing door.
Ice machine broken
Location was great for skytrain only a few blocks away to walk. Its a ruff looking neighbourhood, lots of garage and street individuals around. Had no problems though. Hotel had security patrolling, not very friendly. Made me feel like I was the enemy not the guest.
The air conditioner is a bit loud, but otherwise it's worth the price, equivalent to the Jinjiang Star in China! If you have to compare it with a star hotel, you will be disappointed.

The rooms are ok. Bathroom was a bit small. Then again, I'm a bigger guy. The location is what it is. It's in Seattle, so expect to park in the parking garage. They had a remodeling project going on so that was a little annoying. I feel like they could wave the parking fee for having to put up with the remodel but whatever.
Overall for what we paid for the room, it was a nice stay.
My brother and I went to Seattle to watch the Seahawks beat the Rams! SUPER BOWL! Location wasn’t to far away to walk to Lumen Field, right next to a super cool place called the Garage that had 20 pool tables, 20 bowling lanes, and arcade games with some bars for ages 21+. Wow, a real hotel! Things are comfy, clean, and in a great area. Seems rare to find this anymore! And the price was reasonable; too often proprietors (professional, or amateurs) charge multiple hundreds of dollars in major cities, simply because they can.
