I would expect from a hotel like this that it had better daily cleaning (example: didn't remove used coffee cups from one day to another). They also charged me for the breakfast on the final day, even though I had paid extra for a breakfast voucher.

The room/hotel was clean and in a great location! The shuttle service was very helpful for drop-offs in a 2 mile vicinity. The staff was warm and welcoming every single time we entered the hotel and made me happy to stay there. I definitely will come back in the future! The aesthetic is beautiful. ;) Thank you for a positive environment!

I came to seattle after finding this hotel had special bathtubs and views of the space needle. I was not disappointed one bit. The room was so very nice and the staff made the trip extra memorable. Had a very pleasant stay! Rooms were very clean, newly renovated and modern! But they have some renovations still occurring so if you plan on staying I'd suggest having your room be on the higher up floors since it looked like the lobby floor was mostly affected. The staff is amazing! Kind, helpful, and fun. Also bilingual! The room was fine, but it’s the little things that matter, right? The shower was wonderful! Beautiful tile, smooth sliding glass door, cool textured floor, and TWO adjustable shower heads. Loved the wall-mounted make-up mirror, too. Very nice hotel, close to major attractions (pike place market, Starbucks, etc), light rail (westlake station to SEA airport), monorail (westlake center to space needle). Great value for the price. If you want to save money, make sure to book 2-3 months in advance. The only problem is that the heater/AC is a bit noisy.

If you are going to events in Lumen or T-Mobile stadiums you can't beat the location. The property has a nice pool and hot tub on the 9th floor. Jimmy's on 1st is the restaurant in the same building as hotel and it has decent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I am not one to write reviews but I feel that because we had such an incredible experience, this is the least I can do. From valet to check in to check out and everything in between. This will be our new hotel to stay when we’re in town again. Shoutout to Rio at check out too!

I always stay at the Silver Cloud- Stadium location when going to any event at T-Mobile park. The view from the rooms are great, you can watch the hustle and bustle of people arriving to go to a game. There is a great pool and jacuzzi on the 8th floor ( also with amazing views). Although it's an older hotel, the staff were friendly and well-maintained, so I had no problems staying there for two days. It was also nice that they called a taxi for me after check-out.

Best location for staying in down town Seattle

The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and offers coffee and tea in the lobby all day. There's also a Starbucks on the first floor. It's less than a 10-minute bus ride from the city center, and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby.

Older very nice hotel but I prefer to stay at a hotel with a restaurant/bar on the premises.

The room was a bit small, especially the bed. The room facing the street wasn't well soundproofed; you could hear noises from outside.

It was already 8-9pm when I arrived, but the service staff still checked me in very quickly. The room and bathroom are well-equipped and spacious, the bed is very comfortable and very quiet.

A great hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The compact rooms do not have a place to work, or to sit and relax, other than the bed. Although there are comfy seats in the lobby.

This 3.5-star hotel, renovated from a nearly century-old building, lacks a pool and is small. The prices are a bit high, but I'd consider the Grand Hyatt across the street next time. After the renovation, it's quite clean and modern. It's conveniently located near the Light Rail, the fish market, and a supermarket. Din Tai Fung and Haidilao are across the street.

Had an excellent experience at Hyatt House! The hotel is right across the street from the Space Needle and MoPop, and just a couple of blocks down from great food! Room was spacious and comfortable, location perfect for UW meeting. When I arrived the floor was quite sticky in place. The Graduate texted me after I checked in to see if they could do anything. I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!

The transportation is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the subway entrance, and the bed is wide enough for one person to lie down freely.

The check-in process was a breeze! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. And the location is great - it’s super walkable to many of the Seattle attractions.

Not a bad hotel but fairly barebones. Desk staff are generally very pleasant and efficient. Multiple elevators that take some learning- one way locked doors. Exterior access doors. Continental breakfast has recently become prepackaged and generally not free.

I stayed here for three nights with my daughter. She lives nearby. I have stayed here several times before. A parking fee is now charged but that is common in this area. Rooms were okay but bathroom / sink / microwave area is crowded. Breakfast was a $5 grab-and-go bag with nothing good except an orange and very small yogurt container, shower curtain was falling down, toilet looked like it was going to overflow, elevator was barely serviceable. Its a ruff looking neighbourhood, lots of garage and street individuals around. Had no problems though. Hotel had security patrolling, not very friendly. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but otherwise it's worth the price, equivalent to the Jinjiang Star in China! If you have to compare it with a star hotel, you will be disappointed.

Had a liver transplant at Swedish and the put me up here for about a month and a half. Had to change rooms once, but it went ok. Had alot of stuff to move. They have been very accommodating. Needed an extra fridge and had one in under 30mins. Very good place to stay.
