This modest hotel offers all the basics. Unfortunately I had a problem with the hot water so my shower was delayed. Oh and a couple tour buses used the restaurant. Now that I think about it the breakfast was really bad!

We only used this structure as a restaurant, for a quick lunch, as part of an organized trip. The menu was pre-established and did not differ much from those already experienced several times during the holiday. Overall quality almost in line with average, service a little too serious and no wifi connection. Three dots, with a little effort.

Service is zero. Even if i had booked and paid in advance, they called me that they had no room available. There is no sanitary things like tissue, telephone, toothpaste and toothbrush, even😡😡. Then too noisy. receptionist is too rude that he even swore. I don’t recommend at all.

was a wonderful stay, loved how staff are hospital, food is nice, rooms are clean and cosy. I stayedfor a business already twice,in summer enjoyed the swimming pool on back side and the delicious breakfast in the terrace. fully recommended!!!

I would not stay here again. The first non smoking room we were allocated stank of stale cigarette smoke, despite being on a no smoking floor. The second room a few doors on, was slightly less smelly. The sheets were scratchy, the toilet seat was cracked in two places, there was a huge crack in the wash hand basin and cigarette burns in the bath. Shower in the morning was lukewarm. Breakfast was very limited, and dishes cold. Staff tried their best, despite an extremely tired hotel. It needs a full refurbishment. They tell you about WiFi in the rooms, forget it. Even when you are in reception it drops out, so in effect there is no WiFi.

I called to reserve 3 double rooms on March 15 way ahead of my arrival. Spoke with Dildora who assured the booking was done. On April 2 called back to reconfirm if our reservation was still active since only couple days left to visit Shahrisabz.
Dildora simply cancelled our reservation which was done nearly 3 weeks ahead and accepted others on our place.
That sounds really unprofessional and terrible. How hotel administration can simply cancel existing booking and accept others instead.
That's called Uzbek style hospitality

Had paid a higher amount as Ian non Uzbekistan national. For zero standards and services.
Whole night had to struggle with the mosquitoes and internet or wifi was absolutely week and horrible. Few things were served in the name of a buffet breakfast

The Boys at Reception were very good people, th breakfast there was also very good But the main thing is that in comparison if Quality there is difference between the pictures and the reality
The Bathrooms didnot had facility to mix the taps of hot and cold water.
