My stay at Sabrina Hotel in Samarkand was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s warm atmosphere, beautiful design, and spotless rooms. The location is perfect — close to the city’s main attractions yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring.

What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A special mention goes to Sobir, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt completely at home. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail — from helping with local recommendations to arranging transportation and ensuring every request was handled promptly.

Thanks to Sobir and the entire team, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I’ve stayed at many hotels across Central Asia, but Sabrina Hotel truly stands out for its hospitality, cleanliness, and personalized service.

Hotel is not exactly in the city center, but taxi has no problem to find it and getting to the main touristic attractions takes no time and no money.
Stuff there is super accommodating and helpful and flexible, even when surprised with requests in the very last moment.
Breakfast on top, they have also coffee machine, so if you are not big fan of instant coffee, they have your back
I would totally stay there again.

If you want to know how an outstanding non luxury hotel should look like, this is the place you need to see. The hotel is exactly what you need for a super comfortable stay. A beautiful courtyard for sitting and relaxing, beautiful clean airy, spacious, bright rooms, beautiful dining room, great breakfast. It just hits the spot for every single thing without showing off! Location is in a quiet neighborhood close enough to most attractions.

Knowing that the « guest houses » in the center are built on destroyed family houses. I recommend staying outside of the center to avoid propping up the further destruction of (what is left) traditional housing.

Sabrina hotel feels like an occidental like hotel with a touch of Uzbekistan. Beds are really nice, the courtyard is amazing and the breakfast very diverse and good. It is really easy to go to the center from the hotel. You can also easily go to restaurant by foot or other places that are mostly non touristic.

Also note that it is a family owned hotel not a chain. They also immediately asked us if we wanted a lunchbox for breakfast as we were leaving very early, a very nice gesture.

Nice little hotel, in a quiet residential area. Super friendly staff. I arrived early and the allowed mo to check in early. Room was nice and spacious and has a nice view of the backyard garden. Really comfortable bed. Breakfast was really amazing, lots of options.
