An exceptional & affordable place to stay in Smarkand. Just next to the all prominent attractions in the heart of Samarkand city. On the walking distance from famous Registan Square & Gur e Amir Mausoleum. Easy & smooth Check-in, easy road-access, beautiful & clean bedrooms with brand new furniture & pleasant decor. Staff was very professional, polite, attentive & helpful to our needs. The owner of the property Mr. Zafar & Chehran are very cordial & hospitable hosts. They went a extra-mile to help us explore the city. It felt like home with them around & helping us make our trip memorable. We will highly recommend our friends, tourists & visitors to choose this beautiful & warm place during their stay in Samarkand. We will thank the owners for their hospitality during our stay there.

Excellent new hotel. Small, but very cozy. It's about 10 minutes' walk from Registan. There is a courtyard, a shared kitchen, you can cook, eat, wash, in general, there are all the amenities for travelers. We were by car and with a dog. The car was parked on the street right at the gate and the attitude towards animals turned out to be just wonderful! We stayed at this hotel in May 25 twice and both times everything was just great! The owners are very friendly, which also leaves a pleasant impression of the hotel. Overall 5+
