Hello, this isn't my first time staying at a hotel for work. However, I was disappointed. I arrived on August 10, 2021, and the bed linens had holes in them and I noticed hair loss. They changed them upon request. The shower in the bathroom doesn't work. They explained that a delegation of women from low-income families recently came and this happened afterward... I woke up this morning to the sound of a vacuum cleaner. They were vacuuming the hallway at 5 a.m. Breakfast was at 7:30 a.m., and we asked to come by at 8:30 a.m. At 8:30 a.m., they prepared two eggs and sausages; there was no buffet. After breakfast, I arranged to go to the pool at 7:00 p.m., and they promised to close for 0.5 hours. When I arrived, they said they couldn't keep their promise and offered no apologies. They gave me the phone number of Zamshet, who I believe is the manager. I explained the situation, and he answered, "I don't have time. If you don't like it, you can leave, no money needed!" But I paid because I can't get their breakfast back. I paid the full amount and went to another hotel. I used to really like this hotel. I think they've changed management.
