The location is convenient to historical sites, the rooms are clean, the spa is included in the room rate, the breakfast is good and there is plenty to choose from. I recommend it.

I had a 90 minute spa treatment here and it was genuinely wonderful. Doli was amazing, very attentive, skilled, and made the whole session feel relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling lighter and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Hotel is vey clean and hygenic. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were quiet and elegant. It's near by the airport but far to the centre of Samarkand.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was huge, and I was especially impressed by the enormous bed (you could fit in it on a Thursday). The grounds are well-maintained, and the hallways are decorated with decorative elements. The breakfasts are good, with plenty of choice and everything is delicious. The hotel is located close to the airport, and the sights are 3-5 km away. A taxi takes a maximum of 10 minutes. They're not expensive, and they'll take you there for 10,000-15,000 soums. Overall, check into this hotel and you won't regret it.

The air conditioner broke down on the night of check-in and took half a day to repair. It was unbearable in the hot July. The front desk lacked service awareness and was indifferent throughout the whole process.
