Very nice hotel, room is spacious with comfortable bed and pillow, well equipped with all we need in hotel room. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of various delicious food, bread, even has some bacon adn the best thing is all Halal, so for Moslem is worry free for eat anything. This hotel is inside hotel complex and unfortunately the day we stayed, there's UNESCO general assembly that made us unable to access hotel without special car/taxi with ID UNESCO. But doesn't matter, I really have good experience stay at this hotel. Receptionist staff Akbar was very kind and helpfull. Definitely will stay at this hotel again whenever visit Samarkand.

The hotel is a bit remote, with no restaurants nearby, but the dining quality at the hotel is satisfying. The staff's attitude is excellent. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. Upon check-in, there was a fruit platter and cookies provided👍

Overall this hotel is very good👍👍one disadvantage is,for travelers without Vandex Go apps getting taxis back to the hotel is a pain🥵🥵To get help go to the store to ask the people to get a taxi , the usually are willing to help. Get a direction card from the hotel as the has Uzbek language & QR quote.

Wonderful Stay at Wellness Park Hotel Bactria – A True Alternative to Antalya!

We stayed at the Wellness Park Hotel Bactria in Samarkand as a group of six (4 adults and 2 children), and our experience was absolutely delightful.

The hotel is beautifully designed, featuring spacious rooms and elegant furniture. Everything is tastefully furnished and offers a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to fulfill our requests. For example, they helped organize a birthday cake, which made the day truly special.

The entire Silk Road Samarkand complex is diverse and suitable for everyone. There’s a wellness and spa area, as well as outdoor and indoor pools, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, we were extremely satisfied, and we are already planning our next visit. Compared to our original holiday plans in Antalya/Belek at 5-star resorts, Silk Road Samarkand easily keeps up – and in terms of value for money, it’s unbeatable.

The only downside compared to Turkey is that Uzbekistan has no sea, but the fantastic facilities and the rich cultural experience more than make up for it. We truly believe the Silk Road Samarkand has great potential to attract more tourists in the near future – it’s certainly a hidden gem with a bright future.
