Hotel is situated at nice location with Eternal City walkable distance and airport 20min drive. The surrounding is calm and lush greenery.
Staff are incredibly patient, nice and friendly helping you out.
Could give 5 star rating but the toiletry items can improve as nothing much provided there. Also breakfast spread can be better.

Overall strongly recommended..

I would 100% recommend a stay at this hotel as I would come back myself. The staff are ever so welcoming and were very accommodating to my family and I. They were very helpful and assisting with our needs and I will be missing the place very much. The family room was very clean and spacious and the children loved the views from the room. We found the shuttle bus to the city centre very convenient and comfortable. The whole stay was a definite 10/10. We are already planning to be coming back and to be honest we’ve not felt this way about a hotel stay in a long time. Thank you so much for making our stay in Samarkand so memorable!

We enjoyed every moment in this hotel,
They are very welcoming and cheerful.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable
The hotel is quite suitable for relaxation and the location is full of activities, My advice if you have kids is to visit the eternal city and spend some good time
I have to say also that Ms. Layla from the reception team was very helpful, polite, and supportive and made our visit easier and more enjoyable.
