The hotel is very comfortable. You need to take a taxi to go out. Overall it is good. It is very close to tourist attractions. The breakfast in this hotel is really amazing! You must try it! Highly recommended

This is an excellent hotel in Samarkand. The service and attentiveness were outstanding. The hotel's cleanliness truly amazed me; they pay meticulous attention to detail. My room was truly beautiful with a lovely view. The entire staff was incredibly attentive. I would definitely return to this hotel without hesitation!

Was on a family trip…the stay in this hotel which us considered 3 star but very well deserves to be 4 star 👌🏻had an amazing experience at this hotel. The property exhibits a wonderful blend of luxury and cultural significance .Every aspect of my stay was excellent.every member of staff were friendly and helpful,a special mention to mr Bekzod who was one of the best incharges i have met… he made every possible ways to make our family trip be full of comfort and memorable trully showcasing their genuine efforts towards their guests.the other person who needs to mention mr xusniddin,thanks for his cooperation during our breakfast meets.I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This is the place to make ur trip a wonderful one!!!!

Perfect place! I really like the room! Comfortable large bed and I also liked the sofa in the room. I was lucky, I had a view of the canal! I would like to note that the staff is very welcoming and friendly, everyone tries to make you feel comfortable!

I stayed there last week with my friends. I was impressed by the service which was provided by the employees. They were really helpful. I would like to give special credit to Bekzod (front office). I would 100% recommend a stay at this hotel as I would come back myself. The staff are ever so welcoming and were very accommodating to my family and I. They were very helpful and assisting with our needs and I will be missing the place very much. The family room was very clean and spacious and the children loved the views from the room. We found the shuttle bus to the city centre very convenient and comfortable. The whole stay was a definite 10/10. We are already planning to be coming back and to be honest we’ve not felt this way about a hotel stay in a long time. Thank you so much for making our stay in Samarkand so memorable!

They are very welcoming and cheerful.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable
The hotel is quite suitable for relaxation and the location is full of activities, My advice if you have kids is to visit the eternal city and spend some good time
I have to say also that Ms. Layla from the reception team was very helpful, polite, and supportive and made our visit easier and more enjoyable.
