We had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. We booked a room through Airbnb and had already paid in full, but when we arrived, they refused to let us in. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel staff told us that they don't work with Airbnb and effectively kicked us out.
The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed no interest in finding a solution for us. Instead, they demanded we pay in cash if we wanted to stay, clearly attempting to avoid paying taxes. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also illegal.
To make matters worse, they showed no empathy or concern for our situation, leaving us stranded with nowhere to go. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which caused us a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
This hotel is not recommended for anyone, especially those traveling from Europe. As Swedes, we are very disappointed with how we were treated. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!

Nice hotel with helpful and friendly staffs, especially the Supervisor.

We are bikepackers so for us the Hotel was a bit pricey but very clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were looking for a hostel but all hostels are closed because of covid. When a friendly staff member of Amina crossed us on the street and showed us the way to Amina hotel. The WiFi is not always very good in every room but the breakfast is very tasty and the beds are nice.

Have stayed here for about two weeks and found the experience quite enjoyable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was filling and included fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, and several hot dishes. The location is great for walking to numerous historic sites or Samarkand State University, or to many dining establishments. Would definitely stay here again

A new hotel...family run, so service is excellent! I stayed for over two weeks and I would highly recommend it. It is near everything, within a short walking distance of all Samarkand has to offer, for work or for tourism. English is spoken enough, breakfast is great, and it is all low stress. I highly recommend it...
