New, clean, and comfortable. There's a large smart TV with access to YouTube and other apps. Being able to use the washing machine was a big plus. The location is within walking distance to Shobhabazar.

Amazing hotel! Wonderful hosts. They offered tea and coffee upon arrival, huge, clean rooms with wonderful high-quality bedding and snow-white towels! Convenient location. The market and main attractions are a 15-minute walk away. A microwave and washing machine are freely available. The rooms have EVERYTHING for a comfortable stay! If I come to Samarkand again, I will definitely stay there again.

Later, we checked into a hotel in Bukhara, a class higher. We missed the hotel in Samarkand. It was simple on the outside, no private territory or reception, but the rooms are made for people. The hosts are kind, helpful, and hospitable. 100 out of 10! Thank you for what you do!

The location is convenient. The owner arranged a room on 3/F and he helped me to carry the luggage upstairs. The room with double doors so the sound insulation is good. The carpets are pretty. Can watch YouTube and Netflix on TV. Air-con, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and toothbrush are provided. I wish to use the kettle but I can’t find proper socket except near the bed and under hair dryer in toilet. I found some ants in the corner. Water pressure is strong enough for showering and flushing. After checkout, luggage storage is available.

A truly wonderful place to stay, a great location—very close to the Registan. Excellent rooms, beautifully renovated and with a balcony. Comfortable beds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. A wonderful, pleasant, and welcoming host greeted us, explained everything, and showed us around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse! I highly recommend it!

Ended up staying here for four nights due to food poisoning (unrelated to hotel) and the owner was so helpful, even came with me to a local hospital. Room is very modern and extremely clean.

Firstly, the hotel is not clearly marked. There is no "HOTEL" on the door, so it doesn't look like a hotel at all. Secondly, when I navigated there according to the address on Ctrip, I found that it was actually a rural area, a deserted place. What a rip-off.

The location is very good. You can walk to any tourist attraction you want to visit. There is also a restaurant not far away that specializes in pilaf, which is delicious! The price-performance ratio is also very high!

The hotel is very new, with excellent air conditioning. The landlord is also very friendly. It's close to many attractions. There's a small supermarket just downstairs, which is perfect for basic needs.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with great light and ventilation. The owner, a Hubei native, was very hands-on, providing excellent service and easy communication. The prices were affordable, and there's a Hunan restaurant upstairs. The airport is three kilometers away, making it very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I highly recommend this place for families visiting from China.
