Less than thirty minutes walk to the typical tourist spots, and close to a major bus hub. It's close to some decent schwarma places and supermarkets, so this is a convenient spot if you don't mind some exercise on your way to see the spectacles. The room is nice, comfortable bed and great shower. No kettle or fridge unfortunately. WiFi is good. All in all, can't complain - I had a nice stay here.

The worst hotel we stayed in in Uzbekistan in April 2025. The description provided is sometimes inaccurate.

Major drawbacks: extremely noisy, a cacophony of car horns sometimes starting at 6 a.m.; housekeeping every two days; mice in the restaurant.

Minor drawbacks: only two small bottles of water for a four-day stay; breakfast cannot be served before 8:30 a.m. and it's not a buffet; non-functional electrical outlets near the bed; a table that threatens to collapse when touched; poorly designed bathroom; reception staff speak only Uzbek and Russian, so don't count on being understood in English; no elevator, you have to climb 19 or 38 steps depending on the floor.

The room we stayed in was for four people. The beds were too close together. Our room was warm, but the worst part was the lack of running water in the toilets. It was absolutely torture. What age are we in? In the most spiritual city of a Muslim country, this deficiency is unacceptable.

Fantastic hotel! It just opened, so everything is brand new. The owner, Damir, is very kind and accommodating. We were traveling with an elderly family member, and they kindly moved our room from the 3rd floor to the 2nd to better suit our needs. The staff is friendly and eager to assist with any requests—we asked for a kettle, and though it wasn't a standard offering, they gladly provided one and checked if we needed anything else. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, served at a lovely café on the first floor. We even had Turkish baklava for dessert! We'll definitely stay here every time we visit Samarkand and highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent hotel! It just opened, everything is brand new. The owner, Damir, is very kind and attentive. We were traveling with an elderly relative, and they kindly moved our room from the 3rd to the 2nd floor so he could avoid the stairs. The staff is friendly and ready to help with any requests—we asked for a kettle, and although it wasn't included in the standard service, they happily provided one and asked if we needed anything else. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning work great. The breakfast was simply delicious, served in a cozy cafe on the ground floor. We had Turkish baklava for dessert! We will definitely stay here every time we're in Samarkand and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
